齿叶橐吾中新吉马烷型倍半萜结构研究

菊科案吾属植物在我国约有100种,是民间广泛应用的中草药资源,具有清热解毒、抗菌消炎、化痰止咳、活血止痛等功效D‘．本文报道了通过反复柱层析（溶剂石油醚：丙酮体积比为10：1～3：I）和制备薄层层析（溶剂苯：丙酮体积比为5：1）从齿叶蠢吾（＊fggLggfgdentata）中分离得到的一新吉马烷型倍半储,命名为la,4卢,6a,10a一四羟基一3卢,sa,sa一三当归酸氧基吉马一11一烯一9一酮（1）．化合物1为无色胶体,卜」g＋3·2“（＊＊Q。,C几51）．其’H、”C＊＊R和＊＊＊T谱表明1中存在3个当归酸氧基,在FAB－MS谱中有连续失去463…     

New Sesquiterpenes from Cacalia ainsliaeflora

Two new eremophilane sesquiterpenes, 3β-angeloyloxy-8-oxo-eremophil-6(7)-en-12-oic acid 1 and 3β-angeloyloxy-10β-hydroxy-8-oxo-eremophil-6(7)-en-12-oic acid 2, and a novelnor-eremophilane derivative, 3β-angeloyloxy-10β-hydroxy-8-oxo-eremophil-6(7)-en 3 were isolated from the roots of Cacalia ainsliaeflora. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods, including 2D NMR.     

长梗千里光呋喃雅槛兰型倍半萜的结构研究

我们曾从甘肃省漳县采集的长梗千里光全草中分离并鉴定出两个呋喃雅槛兰型倍半萜. 在此基础上, 本文对其脂溶性化学成分进行深入研究, 除了发现倍半萜外, 又分离并鉴定出2个呋喃雅槛兰型倍半萜. 通过IR， UV， MS， CD和NMR等数据分析, 确定了4个化合物的结构, 其中, 化合物3首次在长梗千里光中分离得到, 化合物4是一种新化合物, 通过圆二光谱及核磁共振和NOE差谱研究其立体化学结构, 并按Dreiding models构筑该化合物分子的立体化学结构, 确定该化合物为Non-steroid型构象.     

Two New Sesquiterpenes from Ligularia veitchiana

A new furanoeremophilane and a new eudesmane were isolated from the roots of Ligularia veitchiana .Their structures were elucidated as 1 β,10β-epoxy-6β-isobutyryloxy-9-oxo-furanoeremophilane and 8α-hydroxy-4(15),11-eudesmadiene by spectroscopic methods.     

Flavonoids from Carthamus tinctorius

Two new flavonoids,(2S)-4′,5-dihydroxyl-6,7-di-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl flavanone(1) and 6-hydroxykaempferol 6,7-di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),were isolated from Carthamus tinctorius.Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic means including 2D NMR,ESIMS and CD.     

Four new eremophilendiolides from Ligularia atroviolacea

From Ligularia atroviolacea, four new eremophilendiolides, 81$-hydroxy-eremophil-3,7 （11）-dien-12,8α（14,6α）-diolide （1）, 8β-methoxy-eremophil-3,7（11）-dien-12,8α（14,6α）-diolide （2）, 8α-hydroxy-eremophil-3,7（11）-dien-12,8lβ（14,6α）-diolide （3） and eremophil-3,7（11）,8-trien-12,8 （14,6α）-diolide （4）, as well as a known diolide （5） were isolated. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR as well as ESI-MS spectral data.     

阿尔泰狗娃花化学成分研究

本文从阿尔泰狗娃花Heteropappus altaicus的乙醇提取物中分离出12个已知化合物,经过红外光谱(IR),质谱(MS),核磁共振谱(NMR)等分析方法及与标准品对照,鉴定了它们的结构。分别为:木栓酮(1),表木栓醇(2),达玛烷-20,24-二烯-3β-醇(3),达玛烷-20,24-二烯-3β-乙酰基(4),α-波甾醇(5),槲皮素(6),3'-甲氧基槲皮素(7),槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8),阿魏酸(9),β-谷甾醇(10),β-胡萝卜苷(11),没食子酸乙酯(12)。其中化合物9和12为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物5,6,9和12为首次从该植物中分离得到。     

双花千里光中一个新的呋喃骈雅槛蓝烷型倍半萜

从藏药双花千里光中分离得到2个倍半萜类化合物,经过HR-ESIMS,1D和2D NMR等光谱技术,将上述化合物鉴定为6-oxo-9α-angloyloxy-10βH-furanoeremophilane(1)和spiroeuryolide(2).化合物1为新的呋喃骈雅槛蓝烷倍半萜.同时,对文献报告中化合物2的13C NMR数据进行了纠正.     

Two New Lactones Metabolized from Isoline by Rat Liver Microsomes

Two new metabolites, namely bisline lactone and isolinecic acid lactone, were isolated from the resultant incubates after a scale-up incubation of isoline with rat liver microsomes. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic data, especially those from ID and 2D NMR experiments.     

昆明西山菊科植物-土壤系统Fe、Mn、Ni分布特征研究

The content of Fe,Mn, Ni and their distributions in the compositae plant-soil system of the western hill in Kunming were discussed. In the tested plants，the relative absorption coefficients of Ni were less than 1 except Suassurea Japonica.The result showed that element Ni has dilution and cushioning effects in the plants while acumulation of Mn was shown in 6 kinds of compositae plants.
