A New Eremophilanoid Sesquiterpene from Senecio oldhamianus

A new Eremophilanoid sesquiterpene(1) was isolated from the whole plant of Senecio oldhaminus. Its structure was elucidated as 7β,11-epoxy-9α,10α-epoxy-8-oxoeremophilane using spectroscopic methords and X-ray analysis.     

A New Stigmasterol and a New Eremophilenolide from Ligularia dolichobotrys

A new stigmasterol 3β, 7α, 22-trihydoxystigmast-5-ene (1) and a new eremophilenolide 8α-methoxy-6β-angeloyloxyeremophil-7(1 l)-en-8β, 12-olide-14-oic acid (2) were isolated from Ligularia dolichobotrys Diels. Their structures were deduced on the basis of spectral data.     

A New Triterpenoid from Doellingeria scaber

A new oleanane-type triterpene was isolated from the roots ofDoellingeria scaber. Itsstructure was identified as 3-oxo-16ct-hydroxy-olean-12-en-28-oic acid based on 1D and 2D NMRspectroscopy and X-ray analysis.     

铁杆蒿化学成分研究

从铁杆蒿中分离并经光谱方法鉴定出17种化合物,其中5,8,3',5'-四羟基双氢黄酮(1)、5,8,2'-三羟基-5'-甲氧基双氢黄酮(2)、5,7,4'-三羟基-3',5'-二甲氧基双氢黄酮(3)和3-(3-羟基苯氧基)-2-丙烯醛(6)为新化合物.     

A New Sesquiterpene Lactone from Scorzonera austriaca

A new guaianolide was isolated from the roots of Scorzonera austriaca. The structurewas elucidated on the basis of spectral methods including 2D NMR.     

驱虫斑鸠菊化学成分的研究

从驱虫斑鸠菊(Vernonia anthelmintica Willd)的种子中分离到十个化合物, 经理化性质及波谱分析鉴定为斑鸠菊黄烷苷-对羟苯甲酯(p-Hydroxy benzoyl-Vemovan)(1)、斑鸠菊黄烷苷(Vernovan)(2), 为未见文献报道新化合物, 并发现斑鸠菊大苦素(Vernadalin)(3)、斑鸠菊醇(Vernodalol)(4), 对P388白血病细胞有抑制作用,5,6,7,8及10为该属植物中首次获得。     

菊科植物林泽兰三萜化学成分的分离提取与结构

研究了菊科植物林泽兰(Eupatorium lindleyanum DC.)中丰富的三萜类化学成分,采用溶剂萃取和各种正反相色谱技术分离纯化,利用高分辨质谱,一维及二维核磁共振等技术鉴定其结构。共分离鉴定得到8个三萜类化合物,其中一个新三萜类化合物:eucalyptic acid(Ⅰ)、eucalyptic acid B(Ⅱ)、eucalyptolic acid(Ⅲ)、麦珠子酸(al-phitolic acid,Ⅳ)、桦木酸(betulinic acid,Ⅴ)、3β,30-二羟基-羽扇豆醇酸(3β,30-dihydroxyiup-20(29)-en-28-oic acid,Ⅵ)、3β-羟基-30-降羽扇豆烷-20-酮-28-酸(platanic acid,Ⅶ)、山楂酸(maslinic acid,Ⅷ)。所有化合物均为首次从该种植物中分离得到。     

紫菀中的一个新寡肽

紫菀肽C为白色粉末,m.p.250～252℃,[α]_D—4.9°(c=0.33),对Ninhydrin反应呈阴性,Ehrlich反应呈阳性。IRυ_(max)~(KBr)(cm~(-1))示有羟基(3304)、酯羰基(1749)和酰胺键(1651)。UV(nm):208(1.39×10~4,MeOH),267(1.82×10~4)。以上结果表明为一个肽类化合物。将该化合物用6mol/L盐酸水解,用氨基酸分析仪检测出丝氨酸(Ser,1mol),苏氨酸(Thr,1
