InxGa1-xAs-GaAs应变层量子阱结构的流体静压光荧光研究

本文报道了对分子束外延(MBE)生长的In_0.25Ga_0.75As-GaAs应变层量子阱结构在77K下的压力光荧光(PL)研究的结果。流体静压力从0到50kbar.,给出了In_0.25Ga_0.75As-GaAs应变层量子阱的Γ谷压力系数,实验观察到了量子阱中能级与势垒GaAs中X谷的能级交叉。通过对其压力行为的分析,给出了In_0.25Ga_0.75As-GaAs异质结的导带与价带跃变比:Q_c=△E_c:△E_v=0.68:0.32。对(InGa)As-GaAs应变量子阱常压下的理论分析与实验符合很好。本文也对Al_0.3Ga_0.70As-GaAs量子阱进行了讨论。 关键词：     

激光痕量物证采集系统

Coherent（相干）公司推出独特而功能强大的新型Trac-ER^TM激光器，用于犯罪现场的痕量物证，包括隐约残留指纹的采集。TracER使用5W的绿光激光器。TracER的高输出功率大大提高了在犯罪现场进行无损搜索的效率，可以仅依据特征荧光采集指纹或其他痕量物证。同时，532nm波长非常适合于使用烟熏样品和荧光探针如茚三酮（ninhydrin）。     

Effect of Nonradiative Recombination on Carrier Dynamics in GaInNAs/GaAs Quantum Wells

The nonradiative recombination effect on carrier dynamics in GalnNAs/GaAs quantum wells is studied by timeresolved photoluminescence （TRPL） and polarization-dependent TRPL at various excitation intensities. It is found that both recombination dynamics and spin relaxation dynamics strongly depend on the excitation intensity. Under moderate excitation intensities the PL decay curves exhibit unusual non-exponential behaviour. This result is well simulated by a rate equation involving both the radiative and non-radiative recombinations via the introduction of a new parameter of the effective concentration of nonradiative recombination centres in the rate equation. In the spin dynamics study, the spin relaxation also shows strong excitation power dependence. Under the high excitation power an increase of spin polarization degree with time is observed. This new finding provides a useful hint that the spin process can be controlled by excitation power in GaInNAs systems.     

荧光X射线分析装置

本发明的课题在于提供一种进行氮置换的荧光X射线分析装置，容易更换试样室和照射室之间的隔壁膜，在分析时，试样室的空气不流入照射室。第1支架（21）按照其窗（21a）与试样室（3）和照射室（8）之间的壁部（4）的窗（如）重合的方式气密地安装于壁部（4）上，按照覆盖第1支架的窗（21a）的方式设置隔壁膜（9）。第2支架（23）按照其窗（23a）夹持隔壁膜（9），与第1支架的窗（21a）重合的方式设置。     

催化动力学光度法测定痕量铝

痕量铝在硝酸介质中能催化加速过氧化氢和高碘酸钾与二甲苯胺兰FF之间的褪色反应。研究了反应的最佳实验条件,建立了测定痕量铝的新方法。方法检出限为6.1×10-10gAl3+/mL,检测范围为0-1.0μgAl3+/25mL。本方法具有高灵敏度,选择性较好,操作简便,快速的特点。用以测定水样中的痕量铝,获得满意结果。     

动力学中的“独立”与“叠加”

在动力学中，有两个独立性原理：“力的独立作用原理”和“运动的独立性原理”．将这两条原理结合起来，认识力的分解和运动的分解之间的相关性，对于我们解决那些因物体受外力作用而做较为复杂的曲线运动的问题或因短暂冲击而改变运动方向等方面的难题，是十分必要的．     

陈式刚

浙江省温江市人，1935年11月生，汉族，1958年毕业于复旦大学物理系。理论物理学家。历任组长、研究室副主任。现任北京应用物理与计算数学研究所研究员、博士生导师。2001年11月当选中国科学院数学与物理学部院士。陈院士40多年来一直潜心从事基础理论研究和核武器理论研究与设计。是我国混沌研究的主要开拓研究者之一，在映象混沌、符号动力学、混沌控制与同步等方向上的研究都获得了多项创见性成果。     

Lie symmetries and conserved quantities of controllable nonholonomic dynamical systems

This paper concentrates on studying the Lie symmetries and conserved quantities of controllable nonholonomic dynamical systems. Based on the infinitesimal transformation, we establish the Lie symmetric determining equations and restrictive equations and give three definitions of Lie symmetries before the structure equations and conserved quantities of the Lie symmetries are obtained. Then we make a study of the inverse problems. Finally, an example is presented for illustrating the results.     

生物分子拉曼散射测定过程中荧光背景的抑制

拉曼共焦技术、表面拉曼增强技术以及降低入射激光强度的方法，被运用于SOD、DNA等生物分子拉曼散身实验中，以抑制其荧光背景，改善光谱质量。
