呋喃甲酰基吡唑啉酮缩邻苯二胺铀(Ⅵ)钍(Ⅳ)配合物的合成、表征及生物活性

分别合成了U(Ⅵ)和Th(Ⅳ)与双席夫碱N，N’-双[(1-苯基-3-甲基-5-氧-4吡唑啉基α-呋喃次甲基]邻苯二亚胺(HPMα FP)2pen形成的新配合物．通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、核磁共振谱及摩尔电导等方法测试，确定其组成为：[UO2(PMαFP)2pen]和[Th(PMαFP)2pen(NO3)2]．对新配合物的结构与性质进行了表征．抗菌实验表明，配合物具有一定的生物活性．     

八配位钇(Ⅲ)-反式-1,2-环己二胺四乙酸配合物NH4[Y(trans-CYDTA)(H2O)2]·4.5H2O的合成及分子结构

In this paper, the molecular and crystal structures of the NH₄[Y(trans CYDTA)(H₂O)₂]·4.5 H₂O(trans-CYDTA=trans 1,2-cyclohexanediaminetetraacetic acid) are reported. The crystal data are as follows: Triclinic system, P1space group,a=0.8599(6)nm,b=1.0021(7)nm,c=1.4370(9)nm,α =88.095(13)°,β =75.559(1)°,γ =88.344(12)°,V=1.1981(14)nm³,Z=2, M=708.68,D_c=1.570g· cm^-3, μ =2.506mm^-1 and F(000)=590. The final R₁ and wR₂ are 0.0571 and 0.1350 for 4205 [I >2.0σ (I)] unique reflections and 0.1007 and 0.1615 for all 4981 reflections, respectively. In the title complex, the anion [Y(trans-CYDTA)(H₂O)₂]^- has an eight coordination structure with distorted square antiprism. The trans CYDTA which acts as a hexadentate ligand with four Oatoms and two Natoms and two H₂O molecules directly coordinate to central metal Y(Ⅲ) ion. It can be known that the Y(Ⅲ) ion can form an eight coordinate compound with aminopolycarboxylic acid ligands in addition nine coordination structure.     

新试剂10—（2—羧基苯偶氮）—9—菲酚的合成及与铈显色反应的研究

本文研究新试剂１０－（２－羧基苯偶氮）－９－菲酚（简称ＣＡＰ的合成，测定试剂的高解常数。研究了试剂ＣＡＰ与铈（Ⅳ）的显色反应。在表面活性剂ＯＰ存在下，光度法测定球墨铸铁中铈的含量，结果较满意。     

N-(1-异丙基-2-羧基-4-甲基二环[2.2.2]-5-辛烯-3-羰基)-N′-芳基(硫)脲的合成

在无溶剂绿色化学条件下,将α-萜品烯-马来酸酐加成物(1)与取代苯(硫)脲发生N-酰化反应,合成了4个N-(1-异丙基-2-羧基-4-甲基二环[2.2.2]-5-辛烯-3-羰基)-N′-芳基(硫)脲化合物(3a~3d),并由IR、UV-Vis、MS、1HNMR、13C NMR和元素分析确认了目标产物的结构。生物活性测试表明,其中3个化合物(3a、3b和3c)具有植物激素作用。     

盐中水不溶物测定中的问题及解决办法

分析盐中水不溶物含量测定时过滤、洗涤、称量等操作过程中存在的一些问题，提出了相应的解决办法。     

反相胶束膜模拟体系中氨基酸的光敏化氧化

研究了AOT/H_2O/甲苯反相胶束体系中,光敏剂H[TBC(O~iPr)_4P(OH)]的光化学性质及其对氨基酸的光敏化氧化.结果表明,反相胶束可促使光敏剂解聚,并提高其敏化产生和~1O_2~-的效率,溶于反相胶束水团中的色氨酸和酪氨酸可被H[TBC(O~iPr)_4P(OH)]光敏化氧化,反应以Ⅱ型机制(~1O_2)为主.氨基酸光氧化动力学研究表明,反相胶束所形成的微多相体系可改变光敏化反应的途径和动力学控制因素.     

热塑性/热固性聚合物共混体系研究——乙炔端基砜/聚砜共混物的动态固化动力学

The dynamic cure kinetics of thermosetting acetylene-terminated sulfone (ATS) and two blends prepared by the ATS and thermoplastic bisphenol A polysulfone (PSF), polyary-lethersulfone with cardo group (PES-C) were determinated by differential scanning calori-metry (DSC). The addition of polysulfone's resin increases the temperature of initial reaction and decreases the activation energy of cure reaction(E), pre-exponnential factor (LnA), and heat of cure reaction (AH). The temperature of reaction peak and final reaction and the reaction order(n) have been no effect.     

THE SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF SOME POROUS CROSS—LINKED POLY （VINYLACETOPHENONE） RESINS AND THEIR CAPACITIES IN ADSORBING GYPENOSIDES

In search of a suitable adsorbent used for the enrichment and separation of natural saponins from an aqueous solution,a series of porous cross-linked poly (vinylaceto-phenone) resins I-Ⅸ were synthesized via the Friedel-Crafts acylation of styrene-divinyl-benzene copolymer beads.Their carbonyl contents were characterized by infrared spectra and elemental analysis.Their physical properties such as bulk densities,skeleton densities,and specific surface areas were also determined.The tests for the resins adsorption of gypenosides showed that only those resins with high carbonyl contents and large specific surface areas could favorably adsorb gypenosides from an aqueous solution with much higher capacities.     

Study of the Complexation Behavior of Calixarene with Transition Metal Cations by UV—vis and Fluorescent Spectra

A new fluorescent compound based on calix[4] arene skeleton was synthesized.Its complexation ability with transition metal ions,such as Fe^3 ,Co^2 ,Ni^2 ,Cu^2 ,Zn^2 and Ag^ ,Was investigated by UV-vis and fluorescent spectra.
