Density functional theory (DFT) has been applied to study the enantioselective reduction of 3-morpholin-4-yl-l-phenyl-l-propanone with borane catalyzed by (S)-4-benzyl-5,5-diphenyl-l,3,2-oxazaborolidine at the B3LYP/6-31G* level. All molecular species involved in the four reaction steps have been fully optimized and the structural parameters are provided, and the micro process of reaction was also investigated. The catalyst-alkoxyborane adduct formed in step Ⅲ exhibits a B-O-B-N tetra-atomic ring. Reaction coordination calculations show that BH3 can react with 3-morpholin-4-yl-l-phenyl-l-propanone spontaneously, resulting in the need of 2 tool BH3 in the reaction. 相似文献

A flexible approach to ethyl (3R,4S)-N-Boc-4-amino-3-hydroxy-5-phenylpentanoate (N-Boc-AHPPA-OEt), the γ-amino-β-hydroxy acid moiety of hapalosin is described. The synthetic method features a ring-opening ethanolysis of an activated N-Boc-lactam, which is obtained via a diastereoselective reductive-alkylation of (R)-malimide derivative. The reaction mechanism of phenylamine reacting with 1,4-butanediol to give N- phenylpyrrolidine was investigated with traditional transition state theory. Based on the experimental results, two reaction channels were discussed. The geometries of their reactants, products, intermediates and transition states were optimized. 甲基苯基乙烯硅橡胶具有耐高低温、防震等独特优势,在航天器的减震、密封等领域具有广泛应用前景。研究了甲基苯基乙烯基硅橡胶的电离总剂量效应。结果表明,随着辐射剂量的增加,甲基苯基乙烯基硅橡胶的力学性能出现了不同程度的退化。拉伸强度和撕裂强度变化规律以1106 Gy(Si)剂量点为分界点。低于该剂量,拉伸和撕裂随剂量增加快速下降;高于该剂量时,随辐照剂量增加,拉伸强度出现一定程度反弹,呈现出宽U形,而撕裂强度则是先增加后下降。拉断伸长率和邵氏硬度A随辐照剂量增加分别出现快速下降和增加,最终接近饱和。最后,从辐射交联和裂解方面讨论了甲基苯基乙烯基硅橡胶电离总剂量效应的潜在物理机制。 相似文献

研究了阳离子表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)存在下3'-甲氧基-4'羟基苯基荧光酮(MHPF)与Ge(Ⅳ)的显色反应.在HCl介质中,CTMAB的存在对MHPF与Ge(Ⅳ)的显色反应有显著的增敏作用,Ge(Ⅳ)与MHPF形成稳定的1:2红色配合物.配合物最大吸收波长位于505 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.72×105L·mol-1·cm-1.锗量在0~0.48 mg/L范围符合比耳定律.方法已用于铅锌矿渣中微量锗的测定. 相似文献
