研究了salen型席夫结构的荧光探针N,N’-二(2-羟基-1-萘甲醛)-l,2-苯二胺(NAPPDIH)对Cr3+的响应。Cr3+能够使该探针的荧光猝灭。研究表明,在pH3.5(乙酸胺-盐酸)和DMSO/H2O(V/V,8:2)的条件下,8.0×10-6 mol/L的Cr3+可以导致NAPPDIH 65%的荧光猝灭。并且,Cr3+的浓度在5.0×10-7~8.0×10-6 mol/L的范围内,与荧光强度的变化值呈良好的线性关系,检出限为3.7×10-7 mol/L。方法可用于直接检测水样中的Cr3+。 相似文献

A series of benzo-fused heteroaromatic compounds with 5-, 6- and 7-membered tings, such as benzimidazole,quinoxaline and 1H-1,5-benzodiazepine derivatives, were synthesized through condensation reaction of o-pheny1-enediamine with ary1 aldehydes or ketones. The experimental conditions were carefully examined, and the products were characterized by ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR, MS, IR and elemental analyses. 肿瘤微环境(TME)的复杂性,使得单一治疗方式很难实现完全治愈。 为此,构建了一种负载吲哚菁绿(ICG)的铁掺杂的聚2-硝基-1,4-苯二胺多功能纳米球Fe-PNPD-ICG(FPIs),用于光热(PTT)/光动力(PDT)/化学动力学(CDT)的联合治疗。 在808 nm激光器照射下,ICG作为光敏剂可以产生单线态氧,铁掺杂的聚2-硝基-1,4-苯二胺纳米球作为光热剂具有36.65%的光热转换效率。 FPIs一旦内化到肿瘤内,由Fe3+/Fe2+转化引发Fenton反应产生·OH实现化学动力学治疗,反应过程中可以清除TME中过表达的谷胱甘肽(GSH),从而降低肿瘤中的抗氧化能力。 同时,产生的氧气可以改善TME中乏氧情况,增强PDT的治疗效果。 因此,FPIs是PTT/PDT/CDT联合治疗的一种理想材料,在肿瘤治疗中具有潜在的应用前景。 相似文献

Samarium diiodide (SmI2) was found to be an efficient catalyst for the condensation of o-phenylenediamine and ketones to afford the corresponding 2,3-dihydro-1H-benzo[b][1,4]-diazepines in moderate to excellent yields under very mild and solvent-free conditions. The real active species here was suggested to be a Sin(Ⅲ) intermediate formed in situ and the mechanism of the present reaction was proposed. 相似文献
