4,5-二(2',4'-二硝基苯硫基)-1,3-二硫杂环戊烯-2-酮的合成, 晶体结构及其激光倍频性质

首次合成了具有激光倍频性质的BNPT-DTO,并测定了结构.BNPT-DTO是电子给体-受体型手性分子,它的两个苯环几乎与二硫杂环戊烯的平面垂直,用1064nm YAG:Nd激光照射晶体产生532nm的倍频光,其强度与KDP的倍频光强度相当     

酰基吡唑啉酮双席夫碱配合物的电子结构、成键性与生物活性

The electronic structures of N,N′-bis[(1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-oxo-4-pyrazolinyl) α-furylmethylidyne]ethylendii- mine (and -o-phenylendiimine), and their complexes of transition metals M (M=Ni, Cu, Co, Pd, Pt) have been calculated by B3LYP method of DFT. Their geometries and bonding characters are discussed, and the relationship between their bioactivities and electronic structures are also discussed from the calculated results of electronic populations and frontier orbital energies.

高效液相色谱法测定吡喹酮在脑囊虫病人脑脊液中的浓度及药代动力学参数

 〕作者建立了高效正相色谱法，测定脑囊虫病人脑脊液和血浆吡喹酮浓度。色谱柱为PartisilSi(Whatman)；用环己烷：乙酸乙酯：四氢呋喃：甲醇=52.3:38.0:4.7:5.0流动相洗脱，流速为0.8ml/min；用RP-530型荧光检测器检测吡喹酮峰，薳λ260nm.em285nm。检测限为100ng。人脑脊液吡喹酮浓度，至今未报道过。文中还列出了脑脊液和血浆吡喹酮药代动力学参数。     

手性恶唑硼烷结构与还原苯基乙基甲酮的对映选择性研究

本文以苯基乙基甲酮为还原底物, 研究了原地(in situ)制备的在3、4、5位具有不同取代基的手性1,3,2-恶唑硼烷催化剂的结构与不对称催化效应关系。研究结果表明, 在不对称催化硼烷还原反应中(CBS方法)、产物的构型和对映选择性主要受手性恶唑硼烷的4位取代基控制。     

增敏双波长光度法同时测定底泥中的铜和铬

在pH6．4的磷酸二氢钾-磷酸氢二钾缓冲液和CIMAJB、正丁醇、正庚烷组成的微乳液的介质中，水杨基荧光酮与铜（Ⅱ）、铬（Ⅵ）的显色体系灵敏度都有很大提高，选择了合适的测定波长，利用双波长解方程组法同时测定了底泥中的铜和铬。结果令人满意。     

新型1,2,4-三唑并[3,2-d][1,5]苯并氧氮杂(艹卓)-2-酮的合成

取代苯并二氢吡喃-4-酮(1)的芳腙在冰醋酸中与KNCO发生[3 2]环加成反应,加成产物经KMnO4氧化开环得偕偶氮异氰酸酯(3).3在HBF4的催化下发生环化-重排反应,合成得到一系列新型6-7-5三环系1,2,4-三唑并[3,2-d][1,5]苯并氧氮杂(艹卓)2-酮(5a～5g).由X单晶衍射测定了化合物5a的晶体结构.     

Photopolymerization induced by a benzophenone derivative photoinitiator

A benzophenone derivative photoinitiator, HBP-TDI-HQ-TDI-HBP （HTCTH）, was synthesized based on 4-hydroxy benzophenone （HBP）, toluene-2,4-diisocyanate （TDI） and hydroquinone （HQ）. HTCTH was a more effective photoinitiator which had longer wavelength absorption in the UV-vis absorption spectra than the low molecular counterpart benzophenone （BP）. It showed that both rate of polymerization （Rp） and final conversion （P） increased with increase of amine and HTCTH concentration in photopolymerization.     

二(β-二酮)氧钒(Ⅳ)与含氮碱加合物的合成和表征

合成了一系列VO(β-dik)_2L类型加合物,其中β-dik分别为苯甲酰丙酮,2-噻吩甲酰三氟丙酮,L3-甲基吡啶、4-甲基吡啶、吗啉、异喹啉,VO(bza)_2Mor、VO(tta)_2Mor、VO(tta)_2iso-q为首次合成,并通过元素分析、摩尔电导、红外光谱、电子光谱、顺磁共振波谱等对加合物进行了较系统的表征工作。
