2能级模型处理长脉冲圆偏振光与钠原子相互作用的合理性

 采用密度矩阵方法来处理长脉冲光与钠原子的相互作用,求解24能级钠精细结构的布洛赫方程,给出参与跃迁的每个态密度随时间的演化曲线。对于圆偏振情形,发现在长脉冲(大于100 ns)的持续时间内,最终的原子通过转移只在3S_1/2(2,2)到3P_/3/2(3,3)之间进行泵浦并且激发态达到稳态。进一步的2能级模型计算与24能级计算结果的对比表明：用2能级近似的速率方程方法取代24能级密度矩阵方法具有合理性,由此简化了模型,节约了后续研究的计算量。     

Sexually Transmitted Diseases on Bipartite Graph

We study the susceptible infected-susceptible （SIS） epidemic model on bipartite graph. According to the difference of sex conception in western and oriental nations, we construct the Barabasi Albert Barabasi Albert （BA-BA） model and Barabasi-Albert Homogeneity （BA-HO） model for sexually transmitted diseases （STDs）. Applying the rate equation approach, the positive equilibria of both models are given analytically. We find that the ratio between infected females and infected males is distinctly different in both models and the infected density in the BA-HO model is much less than that in the BA-BA model. These results explain that the countries with small ratio have less infected density than those with large ratio. Our numerical simulations verify these theoretical results.     

Interaction of a Two-Level Atom with the Morse Potential in the Framework of Jaynes-Cummings Model

A theoretical study of the dynamical behaviors of the interaction between a two-level atom with a Morse potential in the framework of the Jaynes Cummings model （JCM） is discussed. We show that this system is equivalent to an intensity-dependent coupling between the two-level atom and the non-deformed single-mode radiation field in the presence of an additional nonlinear interaction. We study the dynamical properties of the system such as, atomic population inversion, the probability distribution of cavity-field, the Mandel parameter and atomic dipole squeezing. It is shown how the depth of the Morse potential can be affected by non-classical properties of the system. Moreover, the temporal evolution of the Husimi-distribution function is explored.

利用费米分布函数和杂质电离的热平衡理论计算了载流子在杂质能级上的占据概率,其结果与传统的热力学统计理论及计算化学势方法得到的结果完全一致．本方法运算简单,且物理意义清晰．     

一种实现显微荧光寿命图的测量方法

将脉宽120fs、重复率76MHz激光引入激光扫描显微镜的激发光路,利用其扫描系统对荧光标记样品激发扫描,将激发出的荧光从荧光探测光路引入备用的外部探测口;在探测口接一快速光电倍增管,将光电倍增管的信号送给时间相关单光子计数器,获得时间相关的荧光强度图;最后通过计算机处理获得荧光寿命图。应用此系统对青色荧光蛋白(CFP)、黄色荧光蛋白(YFP)荧光寿命进行了测量,并应用CFP、YFP实现荧光共振能量转移的测量。通过实验看出利用已有的激光扫描显微镜,配合较先进的寿命测量方法,可以很好地实现显微荧光寿命图的测量。
