胺烷基二茂铁衍生物的合成及其结构与性质的研究

选择不同的胺组分，利用改进的Ugi法合成了一系列含有胺烷基的二茂铁衍生物，并对其结构和性质进行了研究。     

笼形聚偕氨肟树脂的研究──Ag(Ⅰ)在树脂上的吸附过程

测定了Ag+离子在笼形聚偕胺肟树脂（CAO）及其酸、碱处理产物（ACAO、BCAO）上的吸附容量．Ag+离子在BCAO树脂上吸附容量较高,但同非选择性吸附,在ACAO上的吸附容量则与处理树脂的酸的pKa值有关．用高pKa值的硼酸、苯酸和对氨基酚处理所得的ACAO树脂的吸附容量接近BCAO树脂的水平,认为是胶后胺肟基发生互变异构所致．吸附动力学表明Ag+离子在H3BO3/ACAO和C6H5OH/ACAO树脂上进行多层吸附．在吸附中伴随有氧化还原反应并生成Ag（O）微晶的过程．

含5—氟尿嘧啶生物可降解聚磷酰胺的合成及其抗肿瘤活性研究

通过Ｌ－赖氨酸（Ｎ＾１－５－氟尿嘧啶）烷基酯双盐酸盐与二氯磷酸乙酯，二氯膦甲酸乙酯，二氯膦乙酸乙酯共聚，合成了三类１２种侧链含５－氟尿嘧啶的聚磷酰胺。聚合物的结构经ＵＶ，ＩＲ，ＨＮＭＲ及元纱分析鉴定。聚合物用微量细胞培养四氮唑实验方法（ＭＴＴ法）进行了对人肝癌细胞系Ｂｅｌ－７４０２细胞的微量培养实验。     

纤维素基磁性聚偕胺肟树脂的研究——锌副族金属离子在树脂上的吸附

研究了Ｚｎ２＋、Ｃｄ２＋、和Ｈｇ２＋离子在碱式纤维素基磁性聚偕胺肟树脂（ＢＭＡＯ）上的吸附动力学。结果表明，吸附速度受粒内扩散所控制。测得粒内扩散系数分别是１．２２×１０－４、２．４２×１０－４和３．９０×１０－４ｃｍ２·ｓ－１；Ｈｇ２＋离子在树脂上的吸附行为符合Ｆｒｅｕｎｄｌｉｃｈ和Ｌａｎｇｍｕｉｒ等温吸附方程；浓集因数随Ｈｇ２＋离子浓度降低而上升，有利于从稀溶液中除去Ｈｇ２＋离子。将树脂加至Ｚｎ２＋、Ｃｄ２＋或Ｈｇ２＋离子浓度为５０ｐｐｍ的溶液中，离子去除率分别是９６．１、９９．９和９９．３％。     

含羟基芳基或氨基芳基的磷酰胺酯衍生物的合成

采用均相反应的方法合成了6个含羟基芳基或氨基芳基的磷酰胺酯衍生物:[(ClCH_2CH_2)_2NP(O)(OPh)(XArY)](X:O,NH;Y:m或p-OH或NH_2).用元素分析、红外光谱、氢核磁共振谱及质谱证实了它们的组成及结构.     

A Novel Asymmetric Synthesis of （-）-cis-1, 3-Dibenzylhexahydrofuro[3, 4-d]imidazole-2,4-dione

(-)-cis-1, 3-Dibenzyl-hexahydrofuro[3, 4-d]imidazole-2, 4-dione was prepared by a new synthesis method from meso dicarboxylic acid and dehydroabietylamine by asymmetric reduction in good yield with up to 91.6% e.e. value.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of 3,3‘—（Hexane—1,6—diyl）bis（1—acetyl—5,5—dimethylhydantoin）,a New Inducer of Differentiation

The title compound C20H30N4O6, Mr = 422.48)was synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method. It crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P ī with cell parameters: a = 8.330(2), b = 8.468(2), c = 16.017(3) A, α = 97.30(3), β = 92.33(3), γ = 103.94(3)o, V = 1084.7(4) A3, Dc = 1.294 g/cm3, Z = 2, F(000) = 452 and μ = 0.096 mm-1. The structure was refined to R = 0.0483 for 3732 observed reflections with I>2(I) and wR = 0.1335 for 4828 unique reflections. The hydantoin rings are planar and the two ring planes of one molecule are paralleled to each other.     

诱导效应指数与脂肪族胺、醇和醚的气相碱性

用烷基诱导效应指数I和RX分子中质子亲合原子X所带电荷qx及元素电负性XN与 脂肪胺，醇、醚的气相质子亲合PA进行关联，结果表明，脂肪胺，醇、醚的气相碱 性可以用下式定量描述：PA(kJ.mol^-1)-2732.0333-2457.1510∑I-1492.2351qx- 732.6277XN利用上式对64种化合物的气相碱性进行预测，平均相对误差为0．34％ ，预测值和实验值的偏差均在实验误差范围内。     

铜(II)-5-取代邻菲啰啉-二氧四胺大环三元体系的稳定性研究

The stability of copper (Ⅱ)-13-(2'-Hydroxy-3',5'-substituted benzyl)-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane-12, 14-dione(RTADO-14) binary complex compounds and of copper (Ⅱ)-5-substituted-1,10-phenanthrolines(R'TADO)-RTADO-14 ternary complex compounds was studied by means of pH titration method at 25.0±0.1 ℃ and I=0.1mol?dm-3KNO3. The formation constants of binary and ternary complexes were obtained. The structures of the binary and ternary complxes and the effects fo substituents on macrocyclic ligands and on R'Phen were also discussed.
