TiSiW12O40/TiO2催化合成苹果酯

以固载杂多酸盐TiSiW12O40/TiO2为多相催化剂，通过乙酰乙酸乙酯和乙二醇反应合成了苹果酯，探讨TiSiW12O40/TiO2对缩酮反应的催化活性，较系统地研究了原料量比，催化剂肜量，反应时间诸因素对产品收率的影响，实验表明：TiSiW12O40/TiO2是合成苹果酯的良好催化剂，在n(乙酰乙酸乙酯）：n(乙二醇）＝1：1．5，催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的1．0％，环己烷为带水剂，反应时间50min的优化条件下，苹果酯的收率可达84．1％。     

Structureal Study of Inclusion COmplex of Adrographolide with β-Cyclodextrin Prepared under Microwave Irradiation

An inclusion complex of β-cyclodextrin with andrographolide (Andro) was prepared by using a convenient method of microwave irradiation.The structure of the inclusion complex was determined by the ^1H NMR,2D NMR spectroscopy as well as the elemental analysis.     

Capillary Electrophoresis for the Simultaneous Determination of Metals by Using Ethylenediamine Tetraacetic Acid as Complexing Agent and Vancomycin as Complex Selector

A new separation system of capillary electrophoresis for the simultaneous determination of metals by using ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid （EDTA） as complexing agent and employing vancomycin as complex selector was described. The Z-shape cell capillary electrophoresis was used to enhance the sensitivity for the determination of the complexes of Cu（Ⅱ）, Ni（Ⅱ）, Co（Ⅱ） and Fe（Ⅲ） with EDTA. The partial filling method （co-current mode） was used in order to increase the selectivity of the electrophoretic method, meanwhile vancomycin was not present at the detector path during the detection of metal-EDTA complexes. The vancomycin concentration, phosphate concentration and pH of the buffer strongly influenced mobility, resolution and selectivity of the studied analytes. Under the optimal condition, the relative standard deviations （n=5） of the migration time and the peak area were less than 3.14% and 7.35%, respectively. Application of the Z-shape cell capillary electrophoresis method with UV detection and vancomycin loading led to the reliable determination of these metal ions in tap water and the recoveries were 97%-101%. The detection limits based on a signal to noise ratio of 3 ： 1 were found in the range of 2-10 μg·L^-1.     

相转移催化合成对甲氧基肉桂酸-2-乙基己酯的研究

对甲氧基肉桂酸 2 乙基己酯是一种有效的ＵＶＢ防晒剂[1 ,2 ] ,一般采用Ｃｌａｉｓｅｎ Ｓｃｈｍｉｄｔ缩合反应制得[3] ,但由于催化剂ＫＯＨ处于水相 ,对反应物不能充分起到催化作用导致产率较低[4] 。我们利用乙二醇 (ＰＥＧ)为相转移催化剂合成立体专一的反式对甲氧基肉桂酸 2 乙基己酯 ,产率提高到 72 .5 %。合成路线如下 :1　实验部分1 .1　仪器与试剂ＢＩＯ ＲＡＰＦＴ45 0红外光谱仪 ,用液膜法测试 ;Ｂｒｕｒｅｒ ＡＭ 30 0超导核磁共振仪 (溶剂ＤＣ Ｃｌ3) ;ＭＡＴ/44Ｓ ,ＧＣ ＭＳ型色质联用谱仪 ;试剂均为分析纯 ,上海化学试剂…     

单分散交联聚甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯树脂的制备及亲合纯化伴刀豆球蛋白-A

采用一步种子溶胀聚合法制备了颗粒呈单分散的交联聚甲基丙烯酸环氧丙南树脂，对其环氧基的组成比进行了表征，并以氨基葡萄糖为配基，首次制备了纯化粗品伴刀豆球蛋白-A(Ⅲ）(Con-A，Ⅲ)的聚合物基质的高效亲合色谱柱。配基在树脂上的键合量为8．2mg／g，对纯化后的Con-A（Ⅲ）的吸附量为13．4mg／g。使用该亲合色谱介质成功地从粗品Con-A中快速纯化了Con-A，电泳分析显示为一个主要的谱带，纯度从15％提高到95％。     

阳、阴、非离子表面活性剂胶束对酯碱性水解的影响

应用紫外分光光度法和热动力学方法研究了芳香酸酯和正脂肪酸酯在表面活性剂ＤＴＡＢ、ＴＴＡＢ、ＣＴＡＢ、ＳＤＳ、Ｂｒｉｊ３５、ＴｒｉｔｏｎＸ－１００胶束中的碱性水解反应。阳、阴、非离子表面活性剂胶束对酯的碱性水解均有禁阻作用。讨论了胶束对酯碱性水解禁阻作用的原因。     

氰氟草酯及其代谢物在稻田水、土壤和稻株中的残留分析方法

研究并建立了氰氟草酯及其 4种代谢物在稻田水、土壤及稻株中的残留分析方法。在同一色谱分析条件下 ,同时检测 5种化合物 ,样品前处理过程简单 ,方法准确可靠 ,灵敏度和准确度达到了农药残留检测的要求。氰氟草酯及 4种代谢物在上述样品中的最低检知浓度在 0 .0 2～ 0 .0 0 4mg kg之间 ,方法的添加回收率(0 .0 1～ 5mg kg)在 80 .2 %～ 1 0 1 .2 %之间     

用FTIR定量测定聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯晶区和非晶区反式构象含量

用傅里叶变换红外分光光度计测定不同条件下退火处理的聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯膜的谱图, 用谱带分离技术对归属于反式构象的1340cm^-^1谱带进行阻尼最小两乘分峰处理, 结合属左右式构象贡献的1454cm^-^1谱带, 用线性回归分析的方法获得晶区反式构象、非晶区反式构象、非晶区左右式构象的百分含量。     

1-芳酰基-3-(4-苯磺酰胺嘧啶)硫脲类化合物的合成

研究了以无水乙腈为溶剂,通过芳酰异硫氰酸酯与磺胺嘧啶的加成反应合成12个新的1-芳酰基-3-(4-苯磺酰胺嘧啶)硫脲、生物测试指出化合物对大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌、变型杆菌有很强的抑制作用.此外,1-苯酰基-3-(4-苯磺酰胺嘧啶)硫脲和1-(P-氯代苯酰基 )-3-(4-苯磺酰胺嘧啶)硫脲对金黄色葡萄球菌也有很强的抑制作用.     

Synthesis of Lanthanide Coordination Polymers with Benzophenone-4,4′-dicarboxylate： Effect of Lanthanide Contraction on Structures

Four lanthanide coordination polymers with benzophenone‐4,4′‐dicarboxylic acid (H₂bpndc) and 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen), [Ln₂(bpndc)₃(phen)] (Ln=La (1), Pr (2) and Tb (3)), [Yb(bpndc)₁₅(phen)].05H₂O (4) were obtained through solvothermal synthesis. The crystallographic data show that 1, 2, and 3 are isostructural, the Ln(III) ions in 1, 2 and 3 are all eight‐ and ten‐coordinated, respectively, and thus the Ln(III) ions are connected by bpndc ligands, resulting in an interpenetrating 3D structure. While in 4, the Yb(III) ions are eight‐coordinated and connected by bpndc ligands into a 3D structure with 1D rhombic channels, which result from the effect of lanthanide contraction from La(III) to Yb(III) ions, and the bpndc ligands in 1, 2, 3, and 4 display three types of coordination modes.
