Comparison of Nd:YAG Ceramic Laser Pumped at 885nm and 808nm

Laser performance of 1064 nm domestic Nd：YAG ceramic lasers for 885 nm direct pumping and 808 nm traditional pumping are compared. Higher slope efficiency of 34% and maximum output power of 16.5 W are obtained for the 885nm pump with a 6ram length 1 at.% Nd：YAG ceramic. The advantages for 885nm direct pumping are discussed in detail. This pumping scheme for highly doping a Nd：YAG ceramic laser is considered as an available way to generate high power and good beam quality simultaneously.     

Effect of Different Substrate Temperature on Phosphorus-Doped ZnO Thin Films Prepared by PLD on Sapphire Substrates

Phosphorus-doped ZnO （ZnO：P） thin films are deposited on a c-plane sapphire in oxygen at 350℃, 450℃, 550℃ and 650℃, respectively, by pulsed laser deposition （PLD）, then all the ZnO：P samples are annealed at 650℃ in oxygen with a pressure of 1 × 10^5 Pa. X-ray diffraction measurements indicate that the crystalline quality of the ZnO：P thin films is improved with the increasing substrate temperature from 350℃ to 550℃. With a further increase of the deposition temperature, the crystalline quality of the ZnO：P sample is degraded. The measurements of low-temperature photoluminescence spectra demonstrate that the samples deposited at the substrate temperatures of 350℃ and 450℃ show a strong acceptor-bound exciton （A^0X） emission. The electrical properties of ZnO：P films strongly depend on the deposition temperature. The ZnO：P samples deposited at 350℃ and 450℃ exhibit p-type conductivity. The p-type ZnO：P film deposited at 450℃ shows a resistivity of 1.846Ω·cm and a relatively high hole concentration of 5.100 × 10^17 cm^-3 at room temperature.

在逐步增加的型截尾模型下,研究部件寿命服从双参数指数分布的冷贮备串联系统可靠性指标的Bayes估计及单样本场合未来观测值的预测问题.在两个参数均未知的情形下,分别在平方损失(SE)、LINEX损失和熵(General Entropy,GE)损失函数下给出两个参数及可靠性指标的Bayes估计,对于超参数的确定,给出一种新的方法;并讨论了单样本场合未来观测值的预测问题,给出预测分布及预测区间;最后利用随机模拟方法进行比较,并对结果进行了讨论.

给出了求解最大顶点覆盖问题的一种近似算法,讨论了它的性能保证,利用P ipage技术,为最大顶点覆盖问题设计出了0.75-近似算法.     

Analysis of Nanostructural Waveguides Using Fourth-Order Accurate Finite Difference Methods with Nonuniform Scheme

We successfully apply fourth-order accurate finite difference methods with nonuniform scheme to analysis the symmetric slot waveguides. The results of numerical simulations show that the present nonuniform formula offers the results more accurate than the previously presented second order schemes.     

Measurement of the KLL Dielectronic Recombination Resonances in He-like to C-like Kr Ions

The KLL dielectronic recombination processes of highly charged He-like to C-like Kr ions have been studied experimentally. The measurement was performed on the newly developed Shanghai electron beam ion trap （Shanghai-EBIT） facility. Characteristic x-rays from both dielectronic recombination and radiative recombination are detected as the electron beam energy is scanned through the resonances. The KLL resonant strengths obtained are 5.41×10^-19, 4.33×10^-19, 3.59×10^-19, 2.05×10^-19 and 0.98×10^-19 cm^2 eV for He-like to C-like Kr ions, respectively.     

Magnetic Behaviour of Sm2Co7/Fe/Sm2 Co7, Nanocomposite Trilayers with Cr and Ti Additions

Trilayered Sm2Co7/Fe/Sm2Co7 spring exchange magnets are fabricated by dc magnetron sputtering on MgO substrates. Very thin layers （0.3-0.7 nm） of Cr and Ti are added at the interfaces of the two magnetic phases. The thickness of StucCo7 is kept at 20nm and Fe at 6nm while the thickness of Cr and Ti are varied as 0.3, 0.5, and 0.7nm. The base pressure of sputtering chamber is kept below 10^-7 Torr and Ar pressure at 3-8m Torr. The samples are characterized by x-ray diffraction （XRD） and SQUID magnetometer. We report improvement in exchange coupling of nonacomposite magnets by addition of thin layers of Cr at interfaces.

为了明确国家或地区战略石油储备天数,在分析世界发生石油生产中断的历史数据的基础上,建立了战略石油储备天数的复合泊松过程的概率模型。把模型计算结果与国际能源机构确定的经合组织石油储备天数的标准及其实际石油储备数据进行对比分析,发现该模型具有相当的合理性,可以作为指导国家或地区进行战略石油储备的理论依据。     

宏观经济信息宣告的股市收益及波动性效应——基于改进的AR(1)-EGARCH(1,1)-M模型的实证检验

基于改进的AR(1)-EGARCH(1,1)-M模型,从收益率和波动性两个方面考察各类宏观信息宣告对股票市场价格行为的影响.结果表明,居民消费价格指数和商品零售价格指数对股票市场的收益有负向影响;国内生产总值、社会消费品零售总额、公开市场操作利率变动率和企业景气指数对股票市场的收益有正向影响;公开市场操作公告会导致股票市场条件收益率显著增加;其余各类宏观信息因素对股票市场收益的波动性并不存在显著影响.

引入了Hilbert空间H中广义框架的非交性、强非交性,讨论了它们的一些性质;并且引入了保非交算子、强保非交算子,证明了酉算子、可逆算子是强保非交算子,下有界算子、余等距算子是保非交算子.
