微扰QCD方法计算稀有衰变B+→D+sK0

在标准模型中,稀有衰变道B⁺→D⁺_sK^*0只有通过纯湮没图才可以发生.这样这个衰变道的分支比很小.利用基于kT?因子化的微扰方法给出分支比的预测,发现它在10^－8的量级上.这个衰变道估计在将来的LHC上得到测量,对检验标准模型以及探寻新物理有着重要的意义.     

A New Cycloartane from Sphaerophysa salsula

A novel cycloartane,named sphaerophysone A,9,19-cycloart-7β,24β,25-triol-1-en-3-one,was isolated from the ethanol extract of Sphaerophysa salsula DC.The structure was elucidated on the basis of spectral evidences and confirmed by X-ray analysis,the stereochemistry of the compound was also defined by X-ray analysis.     

纳米Zr-V-O粉末的XRD及TG-DSC研究

利用机械合金化制备纳米Zr-V粉末，对制备过程的材料进行物相分析和热分析试验。初始粉末Zr（150μm）和V（150μm）元素粉末（纯度99．15％）按原子比1：2或1：1进行混合后在氩气气氛中放入SimoloyerCMol—2球磨仓中，按几种不同的试验条件进行球磨。同时在997K和1047K下热处理40min和1h，并对热处理前后的粉末进行了物相和TG-DSC实验分析。     

Raman properties embeddedof GaSb nanoparticlesin SiO2 films

The Raman shifts of nanocrystalline GaSb excited by an Ar^ ion laser at wavelengths 514.5, 496.5, 488.0, 476.5,and 457.9nm are studied by an SPEX-1403 laser Raman spectrometer respectively, and they are explained by phonon confinement, tensile stress, resonant Raman scattering and quantum size effects. The Stokes and anti-Stokes Raman spectra of GaSb nanocrystals strongly support the Raman feature of GaSb nanocrystals. The calculated optical spectra compare well with experimental data on Raman scattering GaSb nanocrystals.     

一种微穿孔板消声器

本文根据马大猷教授提出的“微穿孔板吸声体精确理论”，在对微穿孔板消声器结构参数与吸声特性之间的相互影响进行了分析的基础上，设计了微穿孔板消声器并将其应用在新舟60飞机APU(辅助动力装置)降噪的实际工程中，并通过编写的噪音数据采集分析程序，对降噪效果进行了测试和分析，验证出微穿孔板消声器对消除飞机的APU的排气噪声具有良好的消声效果，平均降噪7．16dB。     

电致发光色纯性增强的硅基有机微腔

报道了硅基有机微腔的电致发光（EL）.该微腔由上半透明金属膜、中心有源多层膜和多孔硅分布Bragg反射镜（PS DBR）组成.半透明金属膜由Ag（２０nm）构成，充当发光器件的负电极和微腔的上反射镜.有源多层膜由Al (1 nm) / LiF(05 nm) /Alq3/Alq3:DCJTB/NPB/CuPc/ITO/SiO2组成，其中的Al/LiF为电子注入层，ITO为正电极，SiO2为使正、负电极电隔离的介质层.该PS DBR是采用设备简单、成本低廉且非常省时的电化学腐蚀法用单晶Si来制备的；该PS 关键词： 电化学腐蚀 电致发光 窄峰发射 硅基有机微腔     

关于Banach空间中凸泛函的广义次梯度不等式

本文在前人^[1,2]的基础之上，以凸泛函的次梯度不等式为工具，将Jensen不等式推广到Banach空间中的凸泛函，导出了Banach空间中的Bochner积分型的广义Jensen不等式，给出其在Banach空间概率论中某些应用，从而推广了文献[3—6]的工作．     

Nano-tribological study on a super-hydrophobic film formed on rough aluminium substrates

A novel super-hydrophobic stearic acid (STA) film with a water contact angle of 166^o was prepared by chemical adsorption on aluminum wafer coated with polyethyleneimine (PEI) film. The micro-tribological behavior of the super-hydrophobic STA monolayer was compared with that of the polished and PEI-coated Al surfaces. The effect of relative humidity on the adhesion and friction was investigated as well. It was found that the STA monolayer showed decreased friction, while the adhesive force was greatly decreased by increasing the surface roughness of the Al wafer to reduce the contact area between the atomic force microscope (AFM) tip and the sample surface to be tested. Thus the friction and adhesion of the Al wafer was effectively decreased by generating the STA monolayer, which indicated that it could be feasible and rational to prepare a surface with good adhesion resistance and lubricity by properly controlling the surface morphology and the chemical composition. Both the adhesion and friction decreased as the relative humidity was lowered from 65% to 10%, though the decrease extent became insignificant for the STA monolayer. 反射式微光机电系统是微光机电系统中的重要组成部分,近年来得到了较快的发展。介绍了反射式微光机电系统(MOEMS)的研究现状和最新进展。根据反射式微光机电系统的分类,列举了一些具有代表性的反射式MOEMS器件。简要介绍了反射式MOEMS的加工工艺;阐述了反射式MOEMS的应用领域;展望了发展前景。
