Conductive polymers implemented in fibrous energy devices have drawn considerable attention because of their economic importance, good environmental stability, and electrical conductivity. Conductive polymers demonstrate interesting mechanical, electronic, and optical properties, controllable chemical and electrochemical behavior, and facile processability. This review elaborates on the latest research in conductive polymers in fibrous energy devices, such as fibrous supercapacitors, fibrous solar cells, and fibrous integrated energy devices. The performance requirements of these fibrous energy devices, with specific reference to related materials, fabrication techniques, fiber structure, and electronic transport as well as mechanical functionality, are also reviewed in this paper. 相似文献

两种纤维状矿物作为汽车刹车片增强材料的实验研究 总被引:7,自引:1,他引:7
以改性针状硅灰石和纤维状海泡石作为复合增强体制备了多种刹车片试样,在综合分析各刹车片的冲击强度及定速摩擦试验数据的基础上,优选出了最佳刹车片配方,并针对基于优选配方的刹车片试样进行了卡斯试验及台架摩擦试验测定.结果表明,以1:6(质量分数)的硬脂酸改性细粒(0.018mm,颗粒长径比L∶D>12)针状硅灰石和硬脂酸改性粗粒(0.28mm,L∶D>50)纤维状海泡石作为复合增强体所制备的刹车片的综合性能最佳.基于优选配方所研制的19号刹车片试样的各项性能指标符合汽车刹车片材料国家标准,完全可以替代以石棉摩擦材料为增强材料的刹车片. 相似文献

A kind of fibrous clay, palygorskite(PAL), was used as the sole stabilizer in suspension polymerization without the using of any other stabilizer usually used, especially polymeric stabilizers. In order to improve the compatibility with the organic monomer, PAL nano fibers were organically modified with silane coupling agent methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane(MPS). Transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and Fourier-transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy results show that the hydrolyzed MPS was attached onto PAL surface through Si―O―Si bonds formation without morphology change of PAL. At a loading amount of PAL to monomer as low as 0.36 wt%, effective stabilization could be achieved. After suspension polymerization, spherical poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA) particles were obtained. Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) analysis on both the outer surface and the inner cracked surface of the spherical PMMA particles indicates that the PAL particles reside on the surface of the PMMA spheres. The densely stacked PAL together with attached silane coupling agent stabilized the droplets throughout the suspension polymerization. 相似文献

以香兰素为原料,采用三聚法合成了2种外围脂肪族基团碳数分别为3和5的环三亚藜芦基(cyclotriveratrylene,CTV)系衍生物碗形分子--CTV-3和CTV-5,其中,用先关环后衍生化的合成路线克服了因CTV-5的外围基团太长、分子对称性不好而无法用传统方法合成的难题.产物的化学结构经1H NMR、13CNMR、质谱以及元素分析确认.在偏光显微镜下观察到纤维状晶叠加在碗形分子的向列液晶织构上.纤维状晶是从液晶态冷却时形成并装饰在原液晶织构上的一种结晶形态.通过SEM测定,观察到纤维状晶实际上是由厚度约为100-200m、宽度为2-5μm的无限长的单层片晶组成的多层片晶,而片晶则是由直径约为100nm的微纤组成的.微纤可以推断是碗形分子柱的束状聚集体. 相似文献

FFA-1离子交换纤维是一种弱碱性离子交换材料,本文对这种材料在波相和气相中对HF、SO2、HCl的静态和动态吸附与再生,水分与CO2对吸附的影响,以及它的耐酸、碱、氧化等性能进行了考查,对FFA-1纤维吸附HF分子的机理进行了初步探讨。实验表明:这种功能纤维在劳动保护以及有害气体吸附与净化等领域有着十分良好的应用前景。 相似文献
