A magnetically rotational reactor (MRR) has been developed and used in absorbing benzene emissions. The MRR has a permanent magnet core and uses magnetic ionic liquid [bmim]FeCl4 as absorbent. Benzene emissions were carried by N2 into the MRR and were absorbed by the magnetic ionic liquid. The rotation of the permanent magnet core provided impetus for the agitation of the magnetic ionic liquid, enhancing mass transfer and making benzene better dispersed in the absorbent. 0.68 g benzene emissions could be absorbed by a gram of [bmim]FeCl4, 0.27 and 0.40 g/g higher than that by [bmim]PF6 and [bmim]BF4, respectively. The absorption rate increased with increasing rotation rate of the permanent magnet.  相似文献

A magnetically stabilized bed (MSB) reactor for selective hydrogenation of olefins in reformate was developed by combining the advantages of MSB and amorphous nickel alloy catalyst. The effects of operating conditions, such as temperature, pressure, liquid space velocity, hydrogen-to-oil ratio, and magnetic field intensity on the reaction were studied. A mathematical model of MSB reactor for hydrogenation of olefins in reformate was established. A reforming flow scheme with a post-hydrogenation MSB reactor was proposed. Finally, MSB hydrogenation was compared with clay treatment and conventional post-hydrogenation.  相似文献

In the present paper, the efficiency of an enhanced formulation of the stabilized corrective smoothed particle method (CSPM) for simulation of shock wave propagation and reflection from fixed and moving solid boundaries in compressible fluids is investigated. The Lagrangian nature and its accuracy for imposing the boundary conditions are the two main reasons for adoption of CSPM. The governing equations are further modified for imposition of moving solid boundary conditions. In addition to the traditional artificial viscosity, which can remove numerically induced abnormal jumps in the field values, a velocity field smoothing technique is introduced as an efficient method for stabilizing the solution. The method has been implemented for one- and two-dimensional shock wave propagation and reflection from fixed and moving boundaries and the results have been compared with other available solutions. The method has also been adopted for simulation of shock wave propagation and reflection from infinite and finite solid boundaries.  相似文献

无网格近似函数具有高度光滑性,能够很好的逼近曲壳表面及其位移场。无网格局部Petrov-Galerkin方法不论插值还是离散都不需要单元,是一种真正的无网格方法。本文基于无网格局部Petrov-Galerkin方法的基本原理,采用移动最小二乘插值,利用控制微分方程弱形式,建立了Mindlin壳结构的无网格局部Petrov-Galerkin分析方法,用屋顶壳、受夹圆柱壳、几何非线性圆柱壳作为计算实例分析了求解精度、收敛性和稳定性,并与精确解和有限元计算结果进行了对比,表明该方法计算精度高及收敛性好。  相似文献

将双互易法同杂交边界点法相结合,提出了求解弹性动力问题的新型数值方法------双互易杂交边界点方法. 该算法在求解弹性动力问题时,将控制方程非齐次项的域内积分转化为边界积分. 该方法将问题的解分为通解和特解两部分,通解使用杂交边界点法求得,特解则使用局部径向基函数插值得到,从而实现了使用静力问题的基本解来求解动力问题. 计算时仅仅需要边界上离散点的信息,无论积分还是插值都不需要网格,域内节点仅用来插值非齐次项,因此该算法仍是一种边界类型的无网格方法. 数值算例表明,该方法后处理简单,计算精度高,适合于求解弹性动力问题.   相似文献

提出了一种计算二维有限变形弹塑性摩擦接触问题形状设计灵敏度的算法. 采用主动集策略和mortar方法处理接触边线上的约束条件. 在mortar接触边线的切线和法线方向上采用相同的名义罚函数,提出基于名义罚函数的移动摩擦锥算法来正则化接触约束条件,发展了一种新的二维多体有限变形摩擦接触算法. 在此基础上, 通过将离散形式的摩擦接触问题控制方程对形状设计变量微分,得到了该路径相关问题的直接微分法解析设计灵敏度计算格式, 其节点位移灵敏度方程在每个增量步不用迭代、直接求解. 与国际上现有的二维多体有限变形摩擦接触问题的解析设计灵敏度算法相比,本算法不需分解为法向和切向推导,表达式较简洁,便于编程实现. 数值算例验证了算法的精度和有效性.   相似文献

The research of the miscible oil and water displacement problem with moving boundary values is of great value to the history of oil-gas transport and accumulation in the basin evolution as well as to the rational evaluation in prospecting and exploiting oil-gas resources. The mathematical model can be described as a coupled system of nonlinear partial differential equations with moving boundary values. For the twodimensional bounded region, the upwind finite difference schemes are proposed. Some techniques, such as the calculus of variations, the change of variables, and the theory of a priori estimates, are used. The optimal orderl2-norm estimates are derived for the errors in the approximate solutions. The research is important both theoretically and practically for the model analysis in the field, the model numerical method, and the software development.  相似文献

Research on NOx treatment is extensive in recent years due to growing environmental awareness. Selec- tive catalytic reduction (SCR) of NOx, as a proven technology, offers higher NOx control efficiency than many other NOx treatment methods. The present work reviews the recent development of SCR reactor technologies. Firstly, catalysts and mechanism of different SCRs were briefly summarized. Different SCR reactors, e.g. structured reactor, fluidized bed reactor and moving bed reactor, were then discussed. As a more advanced technology, multifunctional reactors were also developed for SCR process and could be divided into two categories: decoupled adsorption-reaction process and combined SCR system. The mechanism and properties of these processes were discussed in detail. Some recommendations were given for the future work in SCR reactor design. SCR reactor technology for emerging energy processes was also addressed, such as oxyfuel combustion and biofuel conversion processes, which put forward new requirements for SCR technologies and also open new opportunities for advanced design of SCR reactors.  相似文献

Based on Huang's accurate tri-sectional nonlin- ear kinematic equation (1997), a dimensionless simplified mathematical model for nonlinear flow in one-dimensional semi-infinite long porous media with low permeability is presented for the case of a constant flow rate on the inner boundary. This model contains double moving boundaries, including an internal moving boundary and an external mov- ing boundary, which are different from the classical Stefan problem in heat conduction: The velocity of the external moving boundary is proportional to the second derivative of the unknown pressure function with respect to the distance parameter on this boundary. Through a similarity transfor- mation, the nonlinear partial differential equation (PDE) sys- tem is transformed into a linear PDE system. Then an ana- lytical solution is obtained for the dimensionless simplified mathematical model. This solution can be used for strictly checking the validity of numerical methods in solving such nonlinear mathematical models for flows in low-permeable porous media for petroleum engineering applications. Finally, through plotted comparison curves from the exact an- alytical solution, the sensitive effects of three characteristic parameters are discussed. It is concluded that with a decrease in the dimensionless critical pressure gradient, the sensi- tive effects of the dimensionless variable on the dimension- less pressure distribution and dimensionless pressure gradi- ent distribution become more serious; with an increase in the dimensionless pseudo threshold pressure gradient, the sensi- tive effects of the dimensionless variable become more serious; the dimensionless threshold pressure gradient (TPG) has a great effect on the external moving boundary but has little effect on the internal moving boundary.  相似文献

In microcantilever-based label-free biodetection technologies, deflection changes induced by adsorptions of double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) molecules on Au-layer surface are greatly affected by the mechanical, thermal and electrical properties of DNA biofilm. In this paper, the elastic properties of dsDNA biofilm are studied. First, the Parsegian's empirical potential based on a mesoscopic liq- uid crystal theory is employed to describe the interaction energy among coarse-grained DNA cylinders. Then, con- sidering a Gaussian distribution of DNA interaxial distance, the thought experiment method is used to derive an analyti- cal expression for Young's modulus of DNA biofilm with a stochastic packing pattern for the first time. Results show that Young's modulus of DNA biofilm is on the order of 10 MPa. These findings could provide a simple and effective method to evaluate the mechanical properties of soft biofilm on snbstrate.  相似文献
