Electron Holography of Barrier Structures in Co／ZrAlOx／Co Magnetic Tunnel Junctions

We investigate the potential profiles and elemental distribution of barriers in Co/ZrAlOx/Co magnetic tunnel junctions (MTJs) using electron holography (EH) and scanning transmission electron microscopy. The MTJ barriers are introduced by oxidizing a bilayer consisting with a uniform 0.45-nm Al layer and a wedge-shaped Zr layer (0-2 nm). From the scanning transmission electron microscopy, AlOx and ZrOx layers are mixed together, indicating that compact AlOx layer cannot be formed in such a bilayer structure of barriers. The Eli results reveal that there are no sharp interfaces between the barrier and magnetic electrodes, which may be responsible for a smaller tunnelling magnetoresistance compared with the MTJs of Co/AlOx/Co.     

Synthesis of 2-Acyl-2H-1,2,3-diazaphospholes and Their Diels-Alder Reaction with Cyclopentadiene

2H-1,2,3-Diazaphospholes 3a-3h were prepared from various ketone acylhydrazones and phosphorus trichloride in the presence of triethylamine. Compounds 3 underwent feasible hetero-Diels-Alder reactions with cyclopentadiene to afford the respective anellated [1,2,3]diazaphospholes 4a--4d as well as 4a‘--4d‘ in moderate yields. The endo rule in the reaction was observed under kinetic control conditions.     

Microwave Synthesis, Characterization and DNA-binding Properties of a New Cobalt（ Ⅱ ） Complex with 2,6-Bis（benzimidazol-2-yl）pyridine

A new cobalt(Ⅱ) complex with tridentate ligand 2, 6-bis (benzimidazol-2-yl)pyridine has been synthesized by microwave irradiation method and characterized by elemental analysis,electrochemical and spectral methods. The binding of the complex with calf thymus DNA has also been investigated by absorption and fluorescence spectra.     

钨(Ⅵ)的富集与检测方法研究进展

检测W（Ⅵ）对环境科学和生命科学研究具有积极意义。本文就1991年以来国内外W（Ⅵ）的富集手段，检测方法概况作一综述，其中包括，荧光光谱法，分光光度法，原子发射光谱法，质谱法，动力学方法，极普法，化学发光法，中子活化分析及联用技术等。     

光泽精化学发光体系的研究与应用

对光泽精化学发光体系的动力学性质、荧光光谱、化学发光光谱及化学发光机理进行研究和探讨。详细研究了光泽精 - H2 O2 - Co( )流动注射化学发光体系的最佳分析条件。结果表明 ,当光泽精 (L c)为 2 .5×10 - 5mol/L、H2 O2 为 0 .5 mol/L、Na OH为 0 .4 mol/L、CTMAB为 2 .0× 10 - 5mol/L时 ,测定 Co( )的校准曲线线性范围为 0 .0 5— 2 0 0μg/m L ,检出限为 0 .0 1μg/m L。对 10μg/m L Co( )连续测定 7次 ,相对标准偏差为 1.7%。     

High Power One- and Two-Order Cascaded Raman Lasers Based on Home-Made Phosphosilicate Fibre

One- and two-order cascaded Raman fibre lasers are demonstrated by using home-made P-doped Raman fibres.An output power of 2.8 W at 1245 nm with a slope efficiency of 33.4% and an output power of 2.0 W at 1495 nm with a slope efficiency of 23.5% are obtained with the pump source at 1069. 7nm.     

二阶导数光谱-峰面积积分法同时测定芦荟中痕量铁(Ⅱ)和钴(Ⅱ)

在 1,10 -邻菲罗啉显色体系中 ,引入二阶导数光谱 -峰面积积分技术 ,建立了同时测定痕量铁 ( )和钴 ( )的新方法。该法可有效消除共存离子的干扰 ,提高了准确度和灵敏度。对铁和钴的表观摩尔吸光系数分别为 εFe5 .4 5× 10 6 L·mol-1·cm-1,εCo 1.1× 10 4 L· mol-1· cm-1;铁含量在 0 .0— 8.5 μg·m L-1,钴含量在 0 .0— 7.3μg· m L-1范围内遵守比耳定律。可用于芦荟中铁和钴的同时测定 ,结果令人满意     

Effects of Pre-exposure Mouse Pituitary with Low-dose ^60Co γ-ray on Growth Hormone （GH） and Body Mass Induced by Subsequent High-dose Irradiation

The pituitary of the B6C3F1 hybrid strain mice were irradiated with 0.05 Gy of ^60Co γ-ray as the pre-exposure dose (D1), and were then irradiated with 2 Gy of ^60Co γ-ray as challenging irradiation dose (D2) at 4h after per-exposure. Body weight and serum growth hormone (GH) were measured at 35th day after irradiation. The results showed that irradiation of mouse testes with 2 Gy of ^60Co γ-ray significantly diminished mousebody weight and level of serum GH (Table). Pre-exposure with a low-dose (0.05 Gy) of ^60Co γ-ray significantly alleviated reductions of mouse body weight and level of serum GH induced by subsequent a high-dose (2 Gy) irradiation (Table). The data suggested that low-dose ionizing irradiation can induce adaptive responses to the harmful effects of pituitary by subsequent high-dose exposure.
