液相色谱-四级杆飞行时间质谱法检验血液中的3-氯甲卡西酮

本研究建立了液相色谱-四级杆飞行时间质谱(LC-QTOF-MS)检验血样中3-氯甲卡西酮(3-CMC)的方法。血液经1:2体积的乙腈沉淀蛋白后,采用Agilent?ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18色谱柱(3.0 mm×150 mm,1.8μm)分离,0.1%(v/v)甲酸-水(5mol·L~(-1)乙酸铵)和乙腈作为流动相梯度洗脱,电喷雾双喷离子源电离正离子模式(Dual AJS ESI+)扫描。3-氯甲卡西酮在5～500ng·mL~(-1)范围内线性关系良好,检出限和定量限分别为2ng·mL~(-1)和5ng·mL~(-1),回收率在103.6%～113.7%之间,日内精密度小于8.1%,日间精密度小于11.8%。本方法可以对血液中的3-氯甲卡西酮进行定性定量检测,能够满足实际检案的要求。     

一种卟啉结构硫离子荧光探针的合成及荧光性能

以卟啉为荧光发色团,4-氯-7-硝基苯并-2-氧杂-1,3-二唑为识别基团,设计合成了一种具有较高选择性、高灵敏度的近红外硫离子荧光探针,其结构经~1H NMR,IR和HR-MS(ESI)表征。该合成路线简短,后处理简单。以荧光光谱为检测手段,测试了该探针分子对硫离子的识别效果。结果表明,此探针不仅具有高选择性和灵敏度,且在1. 0×10~(-6)～7. 0×10~(-6)mol·L~(-1)的浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,其检出限为78 nm。     

基于溶胶-凝胶技术的丁氯喘电极

报导了一种以硅钨酸为活性物质 ,用溶胶 凝胶技术制做的新型丁氯喘电极。电极有良好的能斯特响应。斜率为 5 5mV以上 ,线性范围为 1 .0× 1 0 -1～5 .0× 1 0 -5mol L ,检测下限为 2 .0× 1 0 -5mol L ,适宜的pH为 4.2～ 8.7。     

Coating Carbon Nanotubes with Europium Oxide

Carbon nanotubes (CNTS) coating with europium oxide by a simple method is reported in this letter for the first time. The CNTS were refluxed in a solution of nitric acid containing europium nitrate, and the pH value was subsequently ajusted with ammonia solution. At last, the mixture was filtered and annealed. The TEM micrograph showed that the CNTS were covered with a uniform thin layer with thickness of about 15 nm. The XRD results revealed that the CNTS were coated with europium oxide.     

Binding Reaction of Hemin with Chloroquine, Quinine and Quinidine in Water-propylene Glycol Mixture

the interaction of hemin with chloroquine,quinine and quinidine was investigated in 50% water-propylene glycol mixture at pH=9,8.1,7.4 and 6.8using a spectrophotometric method.The data could be well fitted into a model consistent with the formation of a 1:1 complex between the reacting partners.In addition,the results indicated that hemin complexed more strongly with quinidine than with chloroquine and quinine,and the binding constants were pH-dependent.Moreover,it was proved that the water-propylene glycol mixture is well suitable to the study of the systems containing hemin and quinolinebased drugs.

在分子拓扑理论的基础上，提出了1个改进的连接性指数气^mL并用气研究了氯代苯、醇、酯的正辛醇-水分配系数及气相色谱保留指数，^mL不仅对这些有机化合物有良好的结构选择性，而且与其正辛醇-水分配系数、气相色谱保留指数有良好的相关性；由方程得出的预测值与实验测定值之间能较好地吻合。
