A rodlike barium ferrite precursor with an average size of 0.72～19.6 μm and aspect ratio of 2.6～8.3 has been successfully prepared in an inverse microemulsion consisting of isooctane, cetanyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB), n-C₄H₉OH and water with ammonia and ammonium oxalate as precipitants. On sintering at 780(C, the rodlike precursor particles could be transformed into rodlike particles of barium ferrite(BaFe₁₂O₁₉) with the average size and aspect ratio of 0.69～18.2 μm and 2.3～5.8, respectively. The effect of volume ratio of aqueous phase to oleic phase, the starting concentrations of metal ions and the starting concentration ratios of metal ions to precipitants were investigated.

Based on chiral ligand exchange, the distribution behavior of mandelic acid enantiomers in the two-phase system containing copper ion(Ⅱ)(Cu²⁺) and N-n-dedecane-L-hydroxyproline (L), was studied. At different pH, the partition of Cu²⁺ in the two-phase system containing N-n-dedecane-L-hydroxyproline, was investigated. The formation constant of binary cpmplex(Li₂Cu) was obtained by regression. The influence of pH, concentrations of Cu²⁺ and chiral ligand, and solvents on partition coefficients(K) and separation factor(α), was discussed. The experimental results show that Li forms more stable ternary complex with D-mandelic acid than with L- mandelic acid. There is a large influence of pH on K and α. At low pH values (<3.5), formation of binary complexes is thermodynamically unfavourable. K and α are best when pH values are above 3.5 and the molar ratio of chiral ligand to Cu²⁺ is 2∶1. At the same time, solvents influence K and α very much.

用裂解气相色谱法研究ＰＭＲ型聚酰亚胺前体在反应中的化学变化过程，以裂解产物醇和环戊二烯的生成率表示酰胺化或酰亚胺化及交联的程度，结果表明，酰胺化或酰亚胺化在５０℃以下不发生，在１８０～２２０℃完成，降冰片烯端基在１５０℃以下不发生交联反应，在２８０℃，１０～１８小时可完成交联反应。

二水·2-羰基丙酸水杨酰腙合铜(Ⅱ)配合物的晶体结构及生物活性

在水中,以2-羰基丙酸水杨酰腙与硫酸铜反应,制得新配合物Cu(C₁₀H₈N₂O₄)(H₂O)₂(C₁₀H₈N₂O₄^2-为2-羰基丙酸水杨酰腙负离子),并以水为溶剂培养了单晶,测试了晶体结构,该单晶为深绿色,属单斜晶系,空间群为C2/c,晶胞参数a=1.1297(1)nm,b=0.9824(8)nm,c=2.1973(3)nm,β=91.91(8)°,V=2.43749(8)nm³,Z=8,μ=1.817mm^-1,D_c=1.743Mg·m^-3,F(000)=1304,R=0.0264,wR=0.0654,GOF=1.052。其测试结果表明在配合物中Cu²⁺处于五配位的四方锥配位环境,配位原子分别来自1个三齿配体2-羰基丙酸水杨酰腙负二价离子的2个O原子和1个N原子,2个水分子中的O原子,其中1个水分子的O原子处于四方锥的锥顶,锥底的配位原子基本处于同一平面上。对该配合物所作的皿内抑菌试验和盆栽活体实验表明,配合物对小麦条锈病、白菜黑斑病及辣椒疫霉菌等分别有96%、89%、100%的抑制率,且有一定的助长作用。     

24-亚甲基胆甾-5-烯-3β,19-二醇的合成

从豆甾醇出发,通过10步反应,合成得到具有显著细胞毒活性的24-亚甲基胆甾-5-烯-3β,19-二醇(1),总产率为16%.目标产物1的熔点、[α]值和波谱数据与天然产物一致.化合物1的合成是首次报道,它对人体鼻咽癌(CN2)和胃癌(Mgc803)细胞有显著抑制活性.
