Effect of Microstructure of TiO2 Thin Films on Optical Band Gap Energy

TiO2 coatings are prepared on fused silica with conventional electron beam evaporation deposition. After annealed at different temperatures for four hours, the spectra and XRD patterns of TiO2 thin film are obtained. XRD patterns reveal that only anatase phase can be observed in TiO2 coatings regardless of the different annealing temperatures, and with the increasing annealing temperature, the grain size gradually increases. The relationship between the energy gap and microstructure of anatase is determined and discussed. The quantum confinement effect is observed that with the increasing grain size of TiO2 thin film, the band gap energy shifts from 3.4 eV to3.21 eV. Moreover, other possible influence of the TiO2 thin-film microstructure, such as surface roughness and thin film absorption, on band gap energy is also expected.

A VARIATIONAL EXPECTATION-MAXIMIZATION METHOD FOR THE INVERSE BLACK BODY RADIATION PROBLEM

The inverse black body radiation problem, which is to reconstruct the area temperature distribution from the measurement of power spectrum distribution, is a well-known ill-posed problem. In this paper, a variational expectation-maximization （EM） method is developed and its convergence is studied. Numerical experiments demonstrate that the variational EM method is more efficient and accurate than the traditional methods, including the Tikhonov regularization method, the Landweber method and the conjugate gradient method.     

空腔靶能量吸收,转换特性实验研究

本文介绍空腔靶设计的物理思想、及能量吸收特性、X光转换特性和堵腔特性的实验研究方法,给出了实验观察到的一系列物理现象,通过对现象的分析而得出空腔靶的能量吸收和X光转换明显优于平面靶;利用相对孔径较大的聚焦透镜打空腔靶有利于改善靶的能量吸收和转换特性的结论。     

氧化钴／吸附树脂催化剂在对甲酚氧化反应中的催化性能研究

本文研究了吸附树脂D3520负载的氧化钴催化剂对甲酚氧化反应中的催化性能。结果表明:该催化剂具有良好的活性和选择性;甲醇为反应的良溶剂;D3520载体对活性组份具有良好的吸附性能,延长了催化剂的使用寿命。     

对溴偶氮氯膦流动注射分光光度法测定岩矿中的钪

本文研究了对溴偶氮氯膦与钪在盐酸介质中的显色反应。在波长740nm,络合物的摩尔吸光系数为7.0×10~4,7～18μg Sc_2O_3/25ml符合比尔定律。采用流动注射分光光度法,联合使用微型计算机,测出工作曲线的线性范围为5～45μg Sc_2O_3/25ml,比普通分光光度法扩大1.5倍。应用于测定岩矿中的微量钪,方法快速、准确。     

广义Jacobi矩阵的逆特征问题

本文主要讨论广义Jacobi阵及多个特征对的广义Jacobi阵逆特征问题.通过相似变换将广义Jacobi阵变换为三对角对称矩阵,其特征不变、特征向量只作线性变换,再应用前人理论求得广义Jacobi阵元素ai,|bi|,|ci|有唯一解的充要条件及其具体表达式.     

CR超导二极铁导线的3D有限元失超模拟

利用FEM软件ANSYS对德国GSI的FAIR项目的超导二极铁的超导线进行了失超模拟.该模拟形象地给出导线的失超过程,通过APDL编程可以得到失超传播速度,失超时导体的端电压随时间的变化.文章还进一步研究了导线的最小失超传播区域MPZ,失超段初始温度和电流对失超传播速度的影响.     

Microscopic Superconductivity and Room Temperature Electronics of High-Tc Cuprates

Abstract This paper points out that the Landau criterion for macroscopic superfluidity of He H is only a criterion for microscopic superfluidity of ^4He, extends the Landau criterion to microscopic superconductivity in fermions （electron and hole） system and system with Cooper pairs without long-range phase coherence. This paper gives another three non-superconductive systems that are of microscopic superconductivity. This paper demonstrates that one application of microscopic superconductivity is to establish room temperature electronics of the high-To cuprates.
