Electron field emission characteristics of nano-catkin carbon films deposited by electron cyclotron resonance microwave plasma chemical vapour deposition

This paper reported that the nano-catkin carbon films were prepared on Si substrates by means of electron cyclotron resonance microwave plasma chemical vapour deposition in a hydrogen and methane mixture. The surface morphology and the structure of the fabricated films were characterized by using scanning electron microscopes and Raman spectroscopy, respectively. The stable field emission properties with a low threshold field of 5V/μm corresponding to a current density of about 1μA/cm^2 and a current density of 3.2mA/cm^2 at an electric field of 10V/μm were obtained from the carbon film deposited at CH4 concentration of 8%. The mechanism that the threshold field decreased with the increase of the CH4 concentration and the high emission current appeared at the high CH4 concentration was explained by using the Fowler-Nordheim theory.     

Anomalous magnetic properties of an iron film system deposited on fracture surfaces of α-Al2O3 ceramics

An iron film percolation system is fabricated by vapour-phase deposition on fracture surfaces of α-Al2O3 ceramics. The zero-field-cooled （ZFC） and field-cooled （FC） magnetization measurement reveals that the magnetic phase of the film samples evolve from a high-temperature ferromagnetic state to a low-temperature spin-glass-like state, which is also demonstrated by the temperature-dependent ac susceptibility of the iron films. The temperature dependence of the exchange bias field He of the iron film exhibits a minimum peak around the temperature T=5 K, which is independent of the magnitude of the cooling field Hcf. However, for T 〉 10K, （1） He is always negative when Hcf=2kOe and （2） for Hcf= 20 kOe （1Oe≈80 A/m）, He changes from negative to positive values as T increases. Our experimental results show that the anomalous hysteresis properties mainly result from the oxide surfaces of the films with spin-glass-like phase.     

在液镓电极上反丁烯二腈的电氢化二聚

在液镓电极上,反丁烯二腈（ＦＤＮ）的电氢化二聚（ＥＨＤ）不仅能在含离子型表面活性剂如四乙基对甲苯磺酸铵（ＴＥＡ－ＰＴＳ）溶液中发生,同样也能在含低浓度的强表面活性剂如ＴｒｉｔｏｎＸ－１００溶液中进行,在不含有机表面活性剂的溶液中,ＦＤＮ在滴镓电极上产生一个２电子还原波,生成为丁二腈的饱和单体。在水溶液中加入一定浓度的ＴＥＡ－ＰＴＳ或低浓度的ＴｒｉｔｏｎＸ－１００时,原来的２电子还原波分裂成两个连续     

具有垂直磁各向异性的TbCo／Cr非晶磁化膜

采用不加偏压的磁控溅射方法,制备了具有垂直磁晶各向异性的TbCo/Cr非晶垂直磁化膜,并且就Cr底层对TbCo膜磁性能的影响进行了研究。研究发现TbCo磁性层的厚度以及Cr底层的存在都会影响TbCo薄膜磁晶各向异性能的大小。对于厚度为120 nm,并且带有180 nm厚度Cr底层的Tb31C69薄膜而言,其磁晶各向异性能高达4.57×106 erg·cm-3,而对于同样厚度的Tb31C69薄膜,当它没有带Cr底层时,其磁晶各向异性能只有3.24×106 erg·cm-3。扫描电镜的观测结果表明,带有Cr底层的TbCo薄膜具有柱状结构。正是TbCo薄膜内的柱状结构导致了其磁晶各向异性的增强。     

萃取富集-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定水中镍

探讨了有机溶剂萃取和有机相经加热蒸发相结合在富集分离水中镍的应用,结合火焰原子吸收光谱法,提高了灵敏度,设备简单,操作简便,方法检出限为4.10μg·L-1。
