4-(N-甲酰基-N′-邻氯苯基硫脲)-N-邻氯苯基苯氧乙酰胺的核磁共振研究

在超声波辐射下,以PEG-400为固-液相转移催化剂,用邻氯苯胺与双酰基异硫氰酸酯反应,合成出了一种新的化合物——4-(N-甲酰基-N′-邻氯苯基硫脲)-N-邻氯苯基苯氧乙酰胺。实验中观察到了取代和加成反应的竞争。利用元素分析,1H、13C、APT及二维核磁共振技术确定了所合成的新化合物的结构。给出了该化合物的化学位移数据。所得的结果对这类化合物的结构解析很有价值。     

“包埋”极性官能团固定相对碱性化合物分离的热力学研究

以苯、吡啶、尼古丁和普鲁卡因为探测因子,考察了酰胺型、胺型、醚型和酯型4种"包埋"极性官能团的新型键合固定相对碱性化合物在流动相pH值分别为3.0和7.0时的热力学焓变.实验结果表明,新型固定相由于烷基分子链中"嵌入"极性官能团,因此在流动相pH为3.0时温度对碱性溶质的保留影响相互差异较大.在流动相pH为7.0时,根据Van′t Hoff方程计算出4种待测物质从流动相转移到固定相上的ΔH0,从ΔH0的绝对值大小、相关系数以及实际的分离效果可以发现,在分离强碱性物质时,若实验条件一样,则分离效果是酰胺型和胺型＞酯型固定相＞醚型固定相,但它们均优于传统的固定相.     

5α,11-二羟基-2-氧代桉烷-3-烯的全合成

5α，11-二羟基-2-氧代桉烷-3-(5α-Hydroxy—isopterocarpolone，1)是由贾忠建等于1996年从中药南牡蒿中首次分离得到的一种桉烷型倍半萜类天然产物．桉烷型倍半萜类化合物广泛分布于天然植物中，具有较好的昆虫拒食、抑制细胞繁殖和植物生长调节等多种生理活性．天然产物1的合成研究尚未见报道．     

MICELLIZATION STUDIES OF DODECYL BENZENESULFONIC ACID AND ITS INTERACTION WITH POLYVINYLPYRROLIDONE

Dodecyl benzenesulfonic acid (DBSA) surfactant was used in the present study to find the effect of concentration on its electrical conductance in solution from 293-323K above and below the critical micelle concentration (CMC). The micellization parameters i.e. degree of counter ion binding (β), aggregation number (n) and number of counter ion micelle(m) were measured. The interaction of DBSA with polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) was also studied at 293K throughconductance and surface tension measure ments. A number of important parameters i.e. critical aggregation concentration (CAC), Gibb‘s free energy (△G) and binding ratio (R) were determined and the effect of NaCl on the CAC and polymer saturation point (PSP) was also investigated.     

从P-Mo(Ⅴ)杂多化合物合成多形貌Al_(13)基钼酸盐晶体

以H3PMo12O4·0nH2O、H4PMo11VO4·0nH2O和(NH4)6P2Mo18O6·2nH2O3种杂多化合物为钼源,采用直接混合后陈化的方法合成了多形貌A113基钼酸盐晶体,相应A113基钼酸盐晶体的形貌和尺寸分别是斜方三棱柱形(80μm×30μm)、星形(30μm×10μm)和叶片形(500μm×150μm)。粉末X射线衍射结果表明这3种多形貌A113基钼酸盐晶体结晶较好,在2θ为6.65°、8.00°和14.16°处都有强而尖锐的衍射峰。而以Na2MoO4·2H2O为钼源时只能制得无定形簇合物。根据ICP、FTIR和TG/DTG结果给出多形貌的Al13基钼酸盐晶体的化学简式为Na[AlO4Al12(OH)24(H2O)12][MoO4]·48H2O。初步探讨了A113基钼酸盐晶体的形成机理。     

硫酰杯[4]芳烃与铜(II)双核配合物的合成与晶体结构

The X-ray crystallographic structure was reported for a dinuclear copper（Ⅱ） complex with a tetraanionic ligand of p-tert-butylsulfonylcalix[4]arene [Cu2L（CH3OH）6]·4CH3OH （H4L=p-tert-butylsuffonylcalix[4]arene）. The complex belongs to triclinic system, P1^-- space group, with a = 1.2303（3） nm, b = 1.2377（3） nm, c = 1.3110（3） nm, a =66.862（4）°, β= 67.206（4）°, γ=61.711（3）°, Z= 1, V= 1.5659（7） nm^3, Dc= 1.371 g/cm^3, F（000） = 682,μ（Mo Kα） = 0.883 mm^-1, R1 =0.0325, wR2=0.0870. In this complex, the calix[4]arene acts as a bis-tridentate chelating ligand with the 1,2-alternate conformation.     

两个含有平行交替链的新型二氰胺配位高聚物: {Mn(dmpz)[N(CN)2]2}2和{Cu(dmpz)[N(CN)2]2}2

Two new dicyanamide coordination polymers, {Mn(dmpz)[N(CN)2]2}2 (1) and {Cu(dmpz)[N(CN)2]2}2 (2)(dmpz=3,5-dimethylpyrazole), were synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and IR spectroscopy. In 1 and 2 the metal ions have two different coordination modes, where one is coordinated to four dicyanamide anions and two monodentate dmpz molecules to form a slightly distorted octahedral geometry, while the other adopts octahedral geometry, surrounded by four nitrile N atoms and two amide N atoms of the dicyanamide anions. Both complexes contain two alternating chains that are parallel to each other.     

μ-氧-双[三(对氟苄基)锡]的合成、表征及晶体结构

The μ-oxygen-bis[tri(p-fluorobenzyl)tin] was synthesized. The structure were characterized by elementary analysis, IR and ¹H NMR and the crystal structure were determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal of the title compound belongs to rhombohedral with space group R, a=1.346 4(4), b=1.346 4(4), c=1.772 9(7) nm, α=90°, β=90°, γ=120°, Z=3, V=2.783 2(15) nm³, D_c=1.625 g·cm^-3, μ(Mo Kα)=1.408 mm^-1, S=1.088, F(000)=1 350, R₁=0.027 5, wR₂=0.065 9. In compound, the tin atom has a distorted tetrahedral coordination configuration. CCDC: 257079.     

光动力化合物5-氨基乙酰丙酸的简便全合成

从γ-丁内酯出发, 首先发生醇解、氧化反应, 继而采用无溶剂法与硝基甲烷在KF/Al₂O₃催化下发生Henry反应, 再经湿Al₂O₃负载的CrO₃氧化得到5-硝基-4-羰基戊酸乙酯, 最后在Pd/C催化下还原得到5-氨基乙酰丙酸. 各步所合成化合物的结构经¹H NMR, IR, MS分析确证.
