一种新型芴类衍生物的光谱性质研究

合成了具有大π共轭性的对称型芴类衍生物9,9-二(2-乙基已基)-2,7-二(2-(4-甲氧基)苯-2,1-乙烯基)芴(简写为MO-Flu-MO)。通过元素分析、质谱、紫外-可见光谱和红外光谱对其进行了表征。测试了该染料在乙腈、二氯甲烷、四氢呋喃和正己烷4种不同极性溶剂中的线性吸收光谱和单光子荧光谱。结果发现溶剂效应对吸收光谱和荧光光谱表现出不同程度的影响,对产生这些光谱行为的主要原因进行了讨论。

Syntheses of Tetrahydropyrrolizino[2,1-c]quinoline Derivatives

The three title compounds were prepared from 2-phenylaminomethyl-3H-1,2-dihydro-l-pyrrolizinols via an intramolecular Friedel-Crafts reaction. 2-Phenylaminomethyl-3H-1,2-dihydro-1-pyrrolizinols were prepared from 2-phenyl-aminomethyl-3H-1,2-dihydro-1-pyrrolizinones via reduction. The heterocyclic ring system of pyrrolizino[2,1-c] quinoline has not been found in literature.     

杯芳烃衍生物和丙烯酰胺作为复合功能单体的分子印迹聚合物对海因类化合物的选择性识别研究

以杯[4]芳烃衍生物+丙烯酰胺作为复合功能单体,将其运用到分子印迹技术中,对海因类化合物R-苄基海因进行选择性识别.研究结果表明,由单一的杯[4]芳烃衍生物或丙烯酰胺作为功能单体的分子印迹聚合物对R-苄基海因的选择性均不高,而由杯[4]芳烃衍生物+丙烯酰胺作为复合功能单体的分子印迹聚合物对模板分子具有较高的特异选择性.
