光信息综合实验中光源的选择和性能改善

在光信息综合实验中,在分析氦氖激光器的优缺点的基础上,阐述了半导体激光器的显著优点以及存在的一些局限性。利用实验室现有的器件,引导学生对半导体激光器进行了光束准直和整形以提高激光器的性能,并用已优化的半导体激光器作为光源进行了全息光栅和全息透镜的制备以及电光调制和液晶光阀等实验。结果表明,性能改善的半导体激光器完全可以取代氦氖激光器,可满足光信息综合实验的要求。在整个设计制作过程中,培养了学生分析问题和解决问题的能力。     

普通物理实验考试方式探索

通过比较、分析近年来普通物理实验考试情况,发现变换考试方式利于培养学生独立思维,提高学生独立实验操作能力,关键是要具备足够多的实验项目供学生选择。对已有一定实验基础的学生,合适的考试方式可调动学生学习的积极性,教学效果会更好。     

关于Michelson—Morley实验曲线的分析

一、引言 1887年,迈克耳孙同莫雷合作,更新了他在1881年所设计的干涉仪,进行了一项测量地球上“以太风”的著名实验,试图证实绝对静止“以太”的许在。同年秋,他们联合署名发表了题为“论地球与光以太的相对运动”的论文,将这项实验及其结果公诸于世。在这篇论文中,记载了他们由实验观测值和预期理论值画出的曲线(图1)。

The title compound （C26H20ClN3O3） has been synthesized by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction from isatin, sarcosine and （Z）-4-（4-chlorobenzylidene）-2-phenyloxazol-5（4H）-one through a one-pot procedure, and its structure was confirmed by IR, IH NMR, elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group PI, with a = 9.3903（19）, b = 11.398（2）, c = 12.603（3） A, α = 83.495（3）, β = 68.988（3）, γ = 67.178（3）^o, V= 1160.1（4）A^3 Z = 2, Mr= 457.90, Dc= 1.311 g/cm^3, p = 0.198 mm ^-1, F（000） = 476, the final R = 0.0489 and wR = 0.1144 for 3109 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ（I）.

The CDF Date Acquisition System for Tevatron Run Ⅱ

The CDF experiment at the Fermilab Tevatron has been significantly upgraded for the collider Run Ⅱ,which started in march 2001 and is scheduled to alst until 2006,Instantaneous luminosities of 10^32cm^-2S^-1 and above are expected.A data acquisition system capable of efficiently recording the data has been one of the most critical elements of the upgrade.Key figures are the abilitity to deal with the short bunch spacing of 132ns.event sizes of the order of 250kB,and permanent logging of 20MB/s ,The design of the system and experience from the first months of data-taking operation are discussed.
