非晶硅薄膜的低温快速晶化及其结构分析

在镀铝的廉价玻璃衬底上高速沉积的非晶硅薄膜在不同的温度下退火10min.退火温度为500℃时,薄膜表面形成了硅铝的混合相,非晶硅薄膜开始呈现了晶化现象 退火温度为550℃时,大部分(约80%)的非晶硅晶化为多晶硅,平均晶粒尺寸为500nm 退火温度为600℃时,几乎所有的非晶硅都转化为多晶硅,其平均晶粒尺寸约为15μm.     

Exact Solution of an Extended Hubbard Model with Electron—Lattice Interaction for an Organic Ferromagnetic Polymer

Using an exact diagonalization method,we study an extended Hubbard model with an electron-lattice interaction for an organic ferromagnetic chain with radical coupling.The result shows that the ferromagnetic ground state originates from the antiferromagnetic correlation between adjoining sites,which is enhanced by the on-site e-e repulsion.The intersite e-e repulsion induces the inhomogeneous distribution of the charge density.The dimerization is decreased by the e-e interaction and the radical coupling.The electron-lattice interaction and the radical coupling can transfer the spin density and charge density between the main chain and the radicals.     

Covariant Perturbation Theory of Non—Abelian Kinetic Theory

A “double perturbation” theory is presented in the framework of the kinetic theory of quark-gluon plasma.A solvable set of equations from the double perturbation are derived and proven to be gauge invariant.The Landau damping rate for the plasmon at zero momentum is shown to be a convergent series in correlators.     

亚皮秒光脉冲在密集色散管理光纤中的传输特性

文章从包含高阶效应的非线性薛定谔方程出发,基于一种二阶和三阶色散都作了完全补偿(零路径平均色散)的光纤级联系统模型,用数值法对亚皮秒(几百飞秒)高斯光脉冲在密集色散管理光纤(放大周期远远大于色散补偿周期,La>>Lc)中的传输特性做了研究.结果表明啁啾化亚皮秒光脉冲在短周期色散补偿光纤中可以实现稳定传输.色散管理的密集化程度越高,即色散补偿周期越短,光脉冲在光纤中传输时的呼吸度越小,前后脉冲间的相互作用也越弱,有利于提高光纤传输系统的性能.此外,由于色散管理孤子的系统功率较小,因此高阶非线性项的影响不大.     

基于VAGUE集多准则决策的模糊TOPSIS方法

给出了V AGUE集之间距离的新定义,在此基础上,提出一个基于V AGUE集多准则决策的模糊TOP-S IS方法,它为决策系统提供了一个有用的工具,并通过例子阐明本文方法的有效性.     

A TVD Type Wavelet-Galerkin Method for Hamilton-Jacobi Equations

In this paper,we use Daubechies scaling functions as test functions for the Galerkin method,and discuss Wavelet-Galerkin solutions for the Hamilton-Jacobi equations.It can be proved that the schemesare TVD schemes.Numerical tests indicate that the schemes are suitable for the Hamilton-Jacobi equations.Furthermore,they have high-order accuracy in smooth regions and good resolution of singularities.

引进了随机环境中多物种分枝随机游动的一般模型.在分枝过程非灭绝的情况下,讨论了系统的状态分类,得到了系统暂留及强常返的充要条件是存在k个定义在整数集上的函数分别满足某种性质.最后给出了系统强暂留的充分条件.     

养殖池塘沉积物的重金属分布及污染特征

浙江省淅西北地区淡水养殖池塘沉积物重金属调查研究表明，养殖池塘沉积物中7种重金属元素分布不均衡，差异也较大，除Hg和Cr元素外，其余重金属元素已大大超过土壤本底值．虽然其实测含量都未超出国家规定的标准值范围，但沉积物中重金属元素对养殖水环境、养殖品种存在的潜在污染与危害值得关注．污染指数评价显示，养殖池塘沉积物中主要污染物质为Cu和Cr，而Hg、Pb污染程度相对较轻．     

短脉冲激光辐照下金属镜面波纹损伤机理研究

用脉冲Nd：YAG激光(波长1．06μm、半高宽10ns)辐照了多种金属膜层镜面，用光学与原子力显微镜观察到某些样品损伤区或周围有规律的波纹图案，波纹周期从几微米到几十微米。通过分析实验结果，这里提出了波纹产生的光学模型，认为光路系统中某些元件的衍射或者强光与元件表面相互作用过程中产生的干涉可能会导致元件表面波纹状损伤图案。通过理论计算，初步解释了实验中波纹的周期和其他现象。     

A Multi-component Matrix Loop Algebra and Its Application

A set of multi-component matrix Lie algebra is constructed. It follows that a type of new loop algebra A^- M-1 is presented. An isospectral problem is established. Integrable multi-component hierarchy is obtained by Tu pattern, which possesses tri-Hamiltonian structures. Furthermore, it can be reduced to the well-known AKNS hierarchy and BPT hierarchy. Therefore, the major result of this paper can be regarded as a unified expression integrable model of the AKNS hierarchy and the BPT hierarchy.
