Fast Theoretical Simulation for Design of Helical Flux Compression Generators

A theoretical scheme is derived to achieve the numerical simulation of helical flux compression generator （HFCG） design, by which not only any physical approximation is not made, but also numerical simulation can be fast obtained. In particular, an analytic formula to calculate the inductance is deduced, which is extremely close to the experimental results. The physical process of relevant interesting physical quantity, such as inductance, enlarging current, and magnetic flux density, can be calculated to compare with the experimentally quantitative results.     

Fast Optical Switching Using Oriented Cyanine Dye-Doped Nematic Liquid Crystal

A cyanine dye, 2-[7-（1,3-dihydro-1,3,3-trimethyl-2H-indol-2-ylidene）-1,3,5-heptatrienyl]-1,3,3-trimethyl-3H-indolium iodide （NK-125）, is doped in 4-cyano-4＇-pentylbiphenyl （5 CB）, and the mixture is sandwiched between two pieces of rubbed glass plates. The third-order nonlinear optical properties of the oriented NK-125-SCB layers are measured by the resonant femtosecond degenerate four-wave mixing （DFWM） technique at 760 nm. The third-order nonlinear optical susceptibility of one of the present samples is 5.5×10^-8 esu. The slow DFWM response of the NK-125-SCB layers due to a population grating is accelerated by the increasing laser power because of amplified spontaneous emission （ASE）. On the other hand, we do not observe a similar phenomenon for NK-125- polyethylene glycol （PEG-400）. Oriented NK-125 molecules in nematic liquid crystals must have very high ASE efficiency. Hence the population grating in a DFWM signal disappears within about 4 ps. It is expected that NK-125-SCB can be used as a material for very fast all-optical switching.     

离心泵快速启动过程外部特性的试验研究

介绍离心泵快速启动试验装置和试验方法,对一台出口直径为80 mm的小型管道离心泵进行试验研究,分别测试了试验泵的稳态性能和各项瞬态性能,比较分析了两者的区别。结果显示,启动过程中,离心泵的扬程紧跟转速到达最大值,转速稳定后的瞬态性能与稳态假设对应,流量和扬程的上升历程与管路阻力特性直接相关,而转速与其基本无关; 在启动初始阶段,无量纲扬程呈现很大值,继而迅速减小到低于稳态假设值,表现出明显的瞬态效应。     

基于变芯径光纤的光学系统在光造型中的应用

光学系统采用变芯径光纤，可大幅度提高光的传输效率，增加光学子系统柔性。描述了光造型工作原理及其理论依据，在介绍所研制的光的成型系统光学子系统的基础上，阐述了紫外光源的选择与设计，及变芯径光纤的设计、传输、耦合与聚焦等技术。该套基于变芯径光纤的光学子系统成本低、体积小、效率高，巳成功应用于所研制的台式低成本快速成型系统中，为该系统的进一步推广奠定了技术基础。

HL-2A装置边缘等离子体的实验观测

HL-2A装置边缘等离子体在中平面的特性是通过可移动的探针组、快速扫描气动4探针和LHW天线边缘的固定4探针进行研究的。用于测量主等离子体边缘的温度、密度、悬浮电位、空间电位、径向和极向电场、雷诺协强、径向和极向等离子体流速及其径向分布。偏滤器靶板上的14组嵌入式静电3探针阵列用于测量同一环向截面的内外中性化板上的电子温度、密度、悬浮电位及其分布。     

Tokamak Experiment and Tokamak Engineering——Development of the Plasma Diagnostics on HL-2A Tokamak

The main mission the HL-2A tokamak is of the experiments on to explore the divertor physics and to investigate the plasma confinement, transport and instabilities with high power auxiliary heating and advanced fuelling, it is necessary to develop more new diagnostics and increase the spatial and temporal resolutions of the measurements for exist system. Up to now, about 30 diagnostic systems have been moved from HL-1M to HL-2A tokamak. Other 10 diagnostic systems are being designed and installed on the device. In developed in last 2 years, will be presented.     

基于分层光学扫描的三维数字化测量技术

采用切削分层光扫描测量与计算机数据信息合成相结合的方法，有效地解决了具有复杂内外腔结构零件的三维数字化测量。该方法比传统三维测量速度快、自动化程度高，能同时准确测量零件内外腔表面，零件边缘测量误差可控制在CCD两个像素内。利用获取的铝合金精密小箱体三维数据，在计算机上重构了零件的三维模型，并用RP技术制造出了零件物理原形。     

Henry Reaction in Aqueous Media：Chemoselective Addition of Aldehydes

The chemoselective addition of aldehydes in aquoues medium was obtained under mild condition using improved Henry reaction.
