反相液相色谱法测定啤酒花浸膏中的α-酸和β-酸

用反相液相色谱法测定了啤酒花浸膏中α-酸和β-酸含量,以NovapakC18(150 mm×3.9 mm ID,4 μm)为分析柱,甲醇∶水(85∶15,v/v,磷酸调pH=2.5)为流动相,紫外313 nm检测.样品用甲醇溶解过滤后直接进样,外标法定量.α-酸和β-酸的线性范围分别为0.042 5-0.690 mg/mL、0.020-0.32 mg/mL,平均加样回收率分别为98.2%,97.3%,RSD%分别为1.3%、1.2%(n=5),最低检测浓度均为0.001 mg/mL.本法7 min完成一次分析,具有简单、快速、准确等特点.

系统介绍了ONOO^-活性氧的化学性质，并对其参与的主要化学反应进行了分类和总结．同时，比较了近年来用于ONOO^-检测的方法，并重点论述了荧光光谱分析方法尤其是酶催化动力学荧光分析法在检测ONOO^-活性氧方面的优势和最新的研究进展．     

几种N-取代马来酰胺酸辅酶模型的核磁共振研究

我们对8种N-取代马来酰胺酸辅酶模型与不同类型的亲核试剂反应后生成的产物进行了¹H、¹³C NMR的研究, 测得¹H、¹³C谱化学位移,研 究探讨其规律性, 并测试了IR谱和元素分析.     

O—糖基—甲氧甲酰基膦酰胺酯的合成及其和生物活性研究

合成了一系列新型Ｏ－糖基－甲氧甲酰基膦酰胺酯，并对Ｏ－糖基亚磷酰胺酯与氯甲酸甲酯的Ａｒｂｕｚｏｖ反应及其它有关反应进行了讨论，产物的结构经ＨＮＭＲ、＾３１ＰＭＲ、ＩＲ及元素分析确定，初步的生物活性测定结果表明，化合３ｃ对人肝癌Ｂｅｌ－７４０２细胞和人白血病ＨＬ－６０细胞有一定的抑制作用，化合３ａ对烟草花叶病毒有一定的抑制活性。     

二取双恶唑啉衍生物的合成及其在不对称环丙烷化反应中的应用

通过双亚氨酸盐酸盐与手性胺醇反应简便地合成了二取代双恶唑啉衍生物, 并将其与铜配位运用于重氮醋酸酯对烯烃的不对称环丙化反应, 不对称诱导反应光学产物收率最高达95%d.e.     

Low-threshold, high-efficiency, high-repetition-rate optical parametric generator based on periodically poled LiNbO3

We report a high-repetition-rate optical parametric generator (OPG) with a periodically poled lithium niobate (PPLN) crystal pumped by an acousto-optically Q-switched CW-diode-end-pumped Nd:YVO_4 laser. For the maximum 1064nm pump power of 970mW, the maximum conversion efficiency is 32.9% under the conditions of 250℃, 1064nm pulse repetition rate of 22.6kHz and pulse width of 12ns, and the PPLN OPG threshold in the collinear case is less than 23.7μJ. The output power increases with the increase of the crystal temperature. The 1485－1553nm signal wave and 3383－3754nm idler wave are obtained by changing the temperature and the angle of the PPLN crystal.     

Mid—Infrared Optical Parametric Oscillator Based on All—Solid—State—Pumped Periodically Poled LiNbO

We report the tunable mid-infrared generation with a periodically poled LinbO3(PPLN).Using an all-solid-state pumped Nd:YVO4 laser as the pump source and a PPLN nonlinear crystal with grating periods of 28.2-30.8μm,we have achieved wavelength conversion in the 2.90-4.05μm spectral range by period tuning.The use of confocal cavity design has brought a compact,all-solid-state configuration with an average output powers of idler up to -200mW.The maximum power of 277mW was obtained at the wavelength of 3.35um.
