纤维素衍生物手性固定相研究进展

本文从用作手性固定相的纤维素衍生物种类、纤维素衍生物手性固定相制备方法及其在高效液相色谱中的应用三个方面介绍了国内外近年来的研究进展, 并展望了该领域今后的研究方向.     

7-（4-安替吡啉偶氮）-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸的合成及其与铜的显色反应

7-（4-安替吡啉偶氮）-8-羟基喹啉为安替吡啉单偶氮类试剂中的一种，该试剂可与镓（Ⅲ）、铟（Ⅲ）、铋（Ⅲ）、钯（Ⅱ）、镍（Ⅱ）、钴（Ⅱ）、铜（Ⅱ）、铁（Ⅱ）等离子发生显色反应。本文在其5位引入磺酸基，合成了7-（4-安替吡啉偶氮）-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸（分子式为C20H17N5O5S）试剂。     

咪唑-金属配合物的合成、性质及其与DNA的作用机理

Three hexakis（imidazole）metallo complexes of Co, Cd and Ni were synthesized and spectroscopically characterized. The crystal and molecular structures have been determined by X-ray crystallography analysis. The metal ions have an octahedral geometry with the MN6 chromophore. The electrochemical experimental results indicate that both [Co（Im）6]C12·2HCl·2H2O （1） and [Ni（Im）6]C12·4H2O （3） [Im=imidazole] could interact with DNA mainly by intercalation.     

Synthesis of Calix[4]arene Derivatives with NLO Properties

The new chromophore compounds with NLO properties were prepared by Knoevenagel condensation from forrnyl or diformyl calix[4/arene and isophorone derivatives in the presence of piperidine and acetic acid, respectively. In these chromophore calix[4]arenes, the ring locked trienes were employed as the conjugation bridge and electron acceptor in D-π-A units. The NMR spectra demonstrated that they existed in a cone conformation and consequently non-conjugated D-π-A units could be oriented at nearly the same direction.     

黄烷类衍生物的合成及其生物活性研究

An efficient and feasible synthetic approach was developed for the synthesis of an array of new flavane derivafives from the substituted benzaldehyde with the reduction of chalcones and subsequent cyclization as the key steps. The purity and structure of the products were confirmed by the elemental analysis and a combination of its IR, ^1H and ^13C NMR, and mass spectra. These synthetic compounds were tested for xanthine oxidase （XO） inhibitions and antifungal actions against Candida albicans, Cryptococcus neoformans, Aspergillus sp. and Trichophyton rubrum. 7-Hydrazinocarbonylmethoxy-4＇-methoxyflavane （9） was found to be the most XO inhibitory with IC50=76.4 μmol/L, and the most potent antifungal compound was 4＇-hydrazinocarbonylmethoxyflavane （12） with minimal inhibition concentration MIC=8 μg/mL against Trichophyton rubrum.     

一种新的含吡唑啉酮氨基硫脲化合物的晶体结构及其光致变色性质

A new photochromic organic compound of thiosemicarbazone, 4-（p-bromo-α-methylaminothiocarbonyl hydrazonobenzal）-2,5-dihydro-3-mcthyl-5-oxo-1-phcnyl pyrazolc, was synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, ^1H NMR spectra, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis. The compound exhibited an interesting photochromism in the solid state when irradiated by ultraviolet light at 365 nm. The photochromic kinetics was studied by the time-dependent powder UV-Vis reflectance spectra. The intcrmolecular and intramolecular hydrogcn-bonding interactions may be responsible for the photochromic phenomenon.     

Silica-supported Copper（Ⅱ） Catalyzed Coupling of Arylboronic Acids with Imidazoles

Immobilized copper（Ⅱ） in organic-inorganic hybrid materials catalyzed Ar-N coupling of arylboronic acids with imidazoles has been developed. Arylboronic acids reacted with imidazoles smoothly in the presence of a 3-（2-aminoethylamino）propyl functionalized silica gel immobilized copper（Ⅱ） catalyst （10 mol%） in methanol without any additives and bases. The reactions generated the corresponding cross-coupling products in good yields. Furthermore, silica-supported copper can be recovered and recycled by a simple filtration procedure and used for five consecutive trials without decreases in activity.     

新型纤维素衍生物手性固定相的制备及其对几种对映异构体的高效液相色谱分离

合成了一种经环十二烷修饰的纤维素酯，将其涂敷于小粒径的氨丙基化硅胶（APS）上，制备出高效液相色谱手性固定相，以正己烷、异丙醇为流动相拆分了2-对氯苯基丙腈、1-对氟苯基乙醇、1-对叔丁基苯氧基-2-丙醇、2-对氯苯基辛腈及三唑醇等5种外消旋对映体，并考察了流动相中异丙醇含量对分离效果的影响。     

手性方酰化哒嗪衍生物的合成及荧光特性研究

以3,6-二甲酰基哒嗪和丙氨酸、α-氨基苯酚、方酸为原料合成了一种新的手性方酰化哒嗪胺衍生物, 利用IR, ¹H NMR及元素分析对其结构进行了表征, 并研究了金属离子对化合物的荧光性的影响. 结果表明, Cu^2＋, Ni^2＋等金属离子对化合物产生明显的荧光猝灭作用.     

3-(4-β-D-吡喃阿洛糖苷-苯基)-4-芳基-5-芳基-1,2,4-噁二唑啉的合成及其镇静活性的研究

以豆腐果苷为原料, 与盐酸羟胺缩合反应生成4-β-D-吡喃阿洛糖苷-苯甲醛肟(2), 2与次氯酸叔丁酯发生取代反应生成4-β-D-吡喃阿洛糖苷-α-氯苯甲醛肟(3); 再将3与Schiff碱通过1,3-偶极环加成生成一系列3-(4-β-D-吡喃阿洛糖苷-苯基)-4-芳基-5-芳基-1,2,4-噁二唑啉(5a～5h). 3和 5a～5h共9个化合物均未见文献报道, 其结构经¹H NMR, IR和MS (HRMS)加以确认, 并对5a～5h进行了药理活性筛选. 结果表明, 部分化合物具有良好的镇静活性. 其中, 化合物5g (200, 100 mg•kg^－1)和5h (200, 100 mg•kg^－1)与豆腐果苷相比较具有更强的活性.
