采用高温固相法,先在空气气氛下制备了SrAl2O4∶Eu,Dy,后对其进行还原→氧化→还原处理.X射线衍射结果表明,经过还原→氧化→还原处理后样品的晶体结构没有改变.样品的发射光谱测试表明,在高温空气气氛下有少量的Eu3+还原成Eu2+.Eu3+和Eu2+有不同的发光特性,Eu3+产生的是线状特征光谱,发射峰值在592,616 nm.Eu2+产生的是带状光谱,带的中心位置在513 nm.经过还原处理的样品和经过氧化处理的样品相比,Eu2+的浓度得到显著提高,而Eu3+的浓度则急剧下降.对Eu2+的氧化、Eu3+的还原的机理进行了细致地讨论.另外,样品的热释光谱测试表明,经过氧化气氛处理和经过还原气氛处理过的样品的热释光峰值有很大的变化,但陷阱能级深度基本不变,在0.65 eV左右.这表明,对长余辉材料SrAl2O4∶Eu,Dy进行还原→氧化→还原处理,Eu离子价态和发光强度会产生变化,并不影响其中Dy离子的陷阱能级. 相似文献

Coloured conical emission (CCE) is investigated experimentally in a β-barium borate crystal excited by intense second harmonic femtosecond pulses. Contrary sequences of green and red conical emission with variable diameters are observed at different incidence angles, which is consistent with the calculation results based on the phase matching condition. As its broad range spectrum, CCE offers an alternative means to produce an ultrafast broadband light source. It is found that the spectrum of green CE shifts toward longer wavelengths as the length of BBO crystal increased. 相似文献

In optical parametric chirped pulse amplification (OPCPA), the degradation of temporal contrast of the compressed signal pulse mainly results from spectral clipping in the grating stretcher with finite size of the optics, parametric fluorescence (PF) and the spectral variations transferred from temporal fluctuation of the pump pulse. We present a first-principles investigation of the crystal and electronic structure as well as the average insertion voltage of the Li-site (by Na and Cr) and metal-site (by isovalent Ni, Zn, Ca, Mg and Mn and aliovalent Cu, Al, In, Mo and Zr) doped LiCoPO4. The results show that both the Li-site doping and metal-site doping may reduce the volume change of the material during Li extraction/reinsertion process. The metal doped at Li-site will block the path of Li ion diffusion. The doping by aliovalent transition metals will introduce defect levels in the energy band. A temperature tunable photonie bandgap fiber (PBGF) is demonstrated by an index-guiding photonic crystal fiber filled with high-index liquid. The temperature tunable characteristics of the fiber are experimentally and numerically investigated. Compression of transmission bandwidth of the PBGF is demonstrated by changing the temperature of part of the fiber. Due to X-ray attenuation being approximately proportional to material density,it is possible to measure the inner density through Industrial Computed Tomography(ICT) images accurately. In practice,however,a number of factors including the non-linear effects of beam hardening and diffuse scattered radiation complicate the quantitative measurement of density variations in materials. This paper is based on the linearization method of beam hardening correction,and uses polynomial fitting coecient which is obtained by the curvature of iron polychromatic beam data to fit other materials. Through theoretical deduction,the paper proves that the density measure error is less than 2% if using pre-filters to make the spectrum of linear accelerator range mainly 0.3 MeV to 3 MeV. Experiment had been set up at an ICT system with a 9 MeV electron linear accelerator. The result is satisfactory. This technique makes the beam hardening correction easy and simple,and it is valuable for measuring the ICT density and making use of the CT images to recognize materials. 相似文献

城市污泥中重金属的难降解和高毒性限制了污泥的资源化利用.以北京G和Q污水处理厂的压滤出厂污泥为实验材料,采用BCR三步浸提法对污泥中铅砷镉Pb,As,Cd的三种形态进行提取,以HNO3-HClO4进行全量消解,利用ICP-MS检测Pb,As,Cd的全量和各形态的含量,从而为北京城市污泥的资源开发研究提供基础数据.实验结果表明,北京城市污泥中Pb和Cd含量比上世纪末明显降低:其中,G污泥中Pb,As,Cd的全量(干重)分别为19.60,37.96和1.34 mg·kg-1,而Q污泥中分别为19.58,23.46和2.30 mg·kg-1;两种污泥中Pb含量相差甚微,G污泥中As明显高于Q污泥,而Cd则显著低于后者;两种污泥中相应金属的三种形态的变化趋势基本一致:Pb与As以HAc酸溶态为主,H2O2可氧化态最少;而Cd主要以NH2OH-HCl可还原态存在,HAc酸溶态最少.三种重金属中生物毒性大的形态均占70%以上. 相似文献

基于多元线性回归的逐步分析算法 ,依据小麦粉的近红外吸收特性机理 ,对小麦粉的近红外光谱(10 0 0~ 2 5 0 0nm)划分三波段 (Ⅰ :10 0 0~ 14 0 0nm ;Ⅱ :14 0 0~ 186 0nm ;Ⅲ :186 0~ 2 5 0 0nm) ,并进行了各波段的光谱信息提取 ,确定了回归特征波长 ,对不同波段建立的回归模型进行了比较 ,给出了各段回归的最佳数学模型。通过对小麦粉近红外谱的信息提取及蛋白质成分的定量分析 ,比较和讨论了不同波段所建模型对小麦粉蛋白质含量的近红外分析结果 ,在应用中有一定的参考价值。 相似文献
