乙酰化淀粉/DL-丙交酯接枝共聚物的合成及降解性能研究

用醋酸乙烯酯和玉米淀粉反应制备出了不同取代度乙酰化淀粉，再用乙酰化淀粉同DL－丙交酯接枝共聚合成乙酰化淀粉／DL－丙交酯接枝共聚物。研究了原料配比，淀粉取代度对接枝反应单体转化率（C％），接枝率（G％）接枝效率（GE％）和接枝支链数均分子量（Mn)的影响，结果表明在给定的试验条件下接枝共聚反应的C％，G％，GE％和Mn可分别达到40％，225％，80％和1．4万。接枝共聚物在磷酸缓冲溶液和户外土壤掩埋降解实验表明，在160天内样品失重率分别为71％和60％，表明合成的乙酰化淀粉／DL－丙交酯接枝共聚物具有很好的降解性能。

对由二乙烯三胺与联苯甲酰合成的标题化合物进行了ＭＳ、ＩＲ、ＵＶ、ＮＭＲ谱的表征及Ｘ射线单晶衍射结构分析。该化合物Ｍｒ＝２７７．３９，晶体属Ｐ２１／ｎ空间群，晶胞参数ａ＝０．９４４２（２）ｎｍ，ｂ＝１．４３４４（４）ｎｍ，ｃ＝１．１８２４（３）ｎｍ，β＝１１２．９２（２）°，Ｚ＝４，Ｄｃ＝１．２５ｇ·ｃｍ＾－３。晶体结构由直接法解出，１８２７个可观察衍射参与最小二乘法修正，最终偏差因子Ｒ＝０．０５０     

单分散交联聚甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯树脂的制备及亲合纯化伴刀豆球蛋白-A

采用一步种子溶胀聚合法制备了颗粒呈单分散的交联聚甲基丙烯酸环氧丙南树脂，对其环氧基的组成比进行了表征，并以氨基葡萄糖为配基，首次制备了纯化粗品伴刀豆球蛋白-A(Ⅲ）(Con-A，Ⅲ)的聚合物基质的高效亲合色谱柱。配基在树脂上的键合量为8．2mg／g，对纯化后的Con-A（Ⅲ）的吸附量为13．4mg／g。使用该亲合色谱介质成功地从粗品Con-A中快速纯化了Con-A，电泳分析显示为一个主要的谱带，纯度从15％提高到95％。

合成了１５个新的１－（取代恶唑基）－１，２，４－三唑和１（取代嘧啶基）－１，２，４－三唑化合物，经元素分析、ＩＲ、ＨＮＭＲ和ＭＳ证实基，对其代表化合物进行抑菌及植物生长调节活性的初步观察。     

SYNERGISTIC MODIFICATION OF EPDM AND CROSSLINKING AGENT IN IMMISCIBLE BLENDS OF POLYVINYL CHLORIDE WITH LOW DENSITY POLYETHYLENE

The synergism of ethylene-propylene-diene monomer copolymer （EPDM） and dicumyl peroxide （DCP, a crosslinking agent） in low density polyethylene （LDPE）/poly（vinyl chloride） （PVC） blends was investigated. When EDPM and DCP are added to the blends simultaneously, the tensile properties could be improved significantly, especially for the blends with LDPE matrix. For example, incorporation of 10/1 （mass ratio） EPDM/DCP improves the tensile strength of the LDPE/PVC （mass ratio 80/20） blend from 7.9 MPa to 8.5 MPa and the elongation at break from 25% to 503%. Results from selective extraction, phase-contrast microscopy and thermal analysis reveal that the improvement in the tensile properties of the blends with LDPE matrix is principally due to the formation of a fine crosslinking network of the LDPE and EPDM phase. The outstanding modification effect of EPDM is explained by its dual functions： molecular entanglement with LDPE and the enhanced efficiency of DCP in the blends.     

N，N′—1，2—丙水杨酰胺合铜（Ⅱ）酸根的双核Cu（Ⅱ）配合物的合成与磁性

合成了一类新的金属配合物[Cu(sampn)CuL](sampn^4-:N，N′－1，2－丙水杨酰胺根离子；L：2，2－联吡啶或1，10－菲绕啉），经元素分析、IR、电子光谱等手段推定配合物具有酚氧桥结构，Cu（Ⅱ）离子和配位环境为畸变四方构型，测定了配合物的变温磁化率，其数值用量二乘法与修正的Bleaney-Bowers方程拟合，从中得到较大的θ值，表明双核分子间有较大的分子间相互作用。     

铟参与的4-溴-1，1，1-三氟-2-丁烯与α-烷氧基醛亚胺的烯丙化反应：4，4，4-三氟-γ-羟基缬氨酸的合成

铟参与的4-溴-1,1,1-三氟-2-丁烯与α-烷氧基醛亚胺的烯丙化反应以中等的产率和高非对映选择性生成了高烯丙基胺3.从甘油醛亚胺和4-溴-1,1,1-三氟-2-丁烯反应制备的高烯丙基胺3g出发,以7步反应24%的总产率合成了4,4,4-三氟-γ-羟基缬氨酸11.     

由莰烯一步合成ω-丙酰基莰烯

ω 丙酰基莰烯学名1 (3,3 dimethylbicylo [2 2 1]hept 2 yl) 2 butanone是一种新型香料,由莰烯经过多步反应合成得到[1]。本文在文献[2]的基础上,用氯化锌作催化剂、乙醚与乙酸乙酯的混合液为溶剂,添加少量三乙胺,使丙酸酐与莰烯(1)发生反应,一步合成了ω 丙酰基莰烯(2),按纯莰烯计算,GC得率达38%,同时副产丙酸异冰片酯(3)。两者在纯化后进行了IR、1HNMR、13CNMR与MS表征。1　实验部分1 1　仪器与试剂　岛津GC 9A气相色谱仪,OV 101玻璃毛细管柱,30m×0 25mm,气化室250℃,柱温80℃,维持2分钟,升温速率5℃/min,终温200℃,维持10…     

Synthesis of 1-Bromo-3-methoxy-4-propoxy-5-iodobenzene——A Novel Efficient Process for the Synthesis of Brominated Aromatic Compound

The reaction of aromatic carboxylic acid with oxalyl chloride gives rise to the corresponding acid chloride which without purification is treated with the sodium salt of mercaptopyridine oxide in the presence of 2,2-azo-bisisobutyronitrile (AIBN), radical initiator to give a brominated aromatic compound. After etherification and oxidation, 5-iodovaniline was converted to trisubstituted benzene carboxylic acid which give 1-bromo-3-methoxy-4-propoxy-5-iodobenzene by this new brominating process with a yield of 74%.
