生物转化L-脯氨酸生成反式-4-羟基-L-脯氨酸的定量分析方法

以芴甲氧羰酰氯(FMOC-Cl)为柱前衍生剂,四硼酸钠为缓冲溶液,建立了一种柱前衍生反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)测定微生物转化L-脯氨酸生成反式-4-羟基-L-脯氨酸的定量分析方法。优化了衍生反应条件,当衍生反应体系中水和乙腈的比例为66∶34,p H值为9.9时衍生效果最佳。采用Agilent Extend C-18柱进行分离,以0.1%三氟乙酸水溶液和乙腈作为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长263 nm。L-脯氨酸和反式-4-羟基-L-脯氨酸均在0.01~5.00 mg/m L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999,检出限为5.00~7.00 ng/L,不同浓度下的平均回收率分别为98.9%~102%和97.9%~100%。该方法重现性好,精密度高,为定量分析微生物发酵液中的L-脯氨酸和反式-4-羟基-L-脯氨酸提供了有效方法。

Synthesis of novel biscrown ethers with rigid cis/trans ethylene bridge

Two novel biscrown ethers with rigid cis/trans ethylene linker were synthesized via Wittig reaction in high yield （about 80%）. Their pure cisltrans-isomers were obtained by column chromatography separation. And their structure/configuration was confirmed by ^1H NMR,^ 13C NMR, ESI mass spectrum, elemental analysis and UV-vis speca＇a.     

Zn(Ⅱ),Cd(Ⅱ)与混合配体构筑三维贯穿金属有机配位聚合物的合成、结构与荧光性能

在中温混合溶剂热条件下, 分别用锌离子和镉离子与二羧酸和二吡啶基配体反应合成出2个新颖的金属有机配位聚合物[Zn(BPDC)(BPE)·(DMF)₂](JUC-91)和[Cd(BPDC)(BPE)·(DMF)₂](JUC-92)[BP-DC:4,4'-联苯二羧酸,BPE:反式1,2-二(4-吡啶基)乙烯,DMF:N,N'-二甲基甲酰胺], 并通过X射线单晶衍射、 元素分析、 热重分析、 粉末X射线衍射、 拓扑结构分析和荧光光谱对化合物的结构、 组成和性质进行了表征. X射线单晶衍射结果表明, 化合物JUC-91和JUC-92均具有三维开放骨架结构, 其中, JUC-91具有五重贯穿的金刚石拓扑结构, JUC-92具有双重贯穿的简单立方格子结构.     

PHOTOCONDUCTIVITY STUDY OF NEW POLYACETYLENE DERIVATIVES WITH DIFFERENT SUBSTITUENTS

The photoconductivities of a series of novel polyacetylene derivatives （PAs） serving as charge generation materials in the single-layered photoreceptors were investigated using photoinduced xerographic discharge technique. It was found that the substitution can improve the photosensitivity of PAs by increasing the conjugation of π electrons. When the substituent is itself photoconductive, the photoconductivity becomes even higher. It can be concluded from cyclic voltammetry that when the HOMO level of the polymer is closer to that of the charge transport material, the photoconduction performance will be better.     

电场作用下分子导线的理论研究

摘要利用从头计算法分别在HF/6-31G, HF/6-31G*, HF/6-31G**, HF/6-31+G, HF/6-31++G, HF/6-31+G*, HF/6-31+G**, HF/D95+*, B3LYP/6-31G*和B3LYP/6-31+G*水平上计算了5个单体的聚乙炔分子导线, 从几何构型、 SCF能量和分子轨道能级三个方面讨论了外电场对分子导线的影响, 给出了聚乙炔分子导线性质与外电场变化的定量关系.     

硫化聚乙炔结构对其电子性能的影响

本文用硫原子和共轭多烯的复合物模拟硫化聚乙炔结构, 并采用一维紧束缚的LCAO-SCF-MO法, 探讨了硫化聚乙炔结构对其电子性能的影响, 揭示出影响的原因, 确定了最佳结构, 为实验合成提供了理论依据。     

Synthesis of Diphosphites from trans, trans-Spiro[4.4]nonane-1,6-diol and Their Application in Rh-catalyzed Asymmetric Hydroformylation of Styrene

Chiral diphosphite ligands were prepared by the reaction of (1R,5S,6R)-(trans, trans)-spiro[4.4]nonane-1,6-diol with chlorophosphites. The rhodium(Ⅰ) complexes containing these ligands were tested in the asymmetric hydroformylation of styrene and moderate enantioselectivity (up to 49% ee) was obtained. A pair of diastereomers 5a and 5b gave the opposite configuration of the product, which implies that the sense of enantioface selection is mainly dictated by the configuration of the terminal group on the ligand.
