By the reaction of poly(bromoacetyl styrene) (EBPS) with thiaurea (TU), a kind of novel chelating resin with heterocyaclic ring of sulfur and nitrogen, poly[4-(2-amino)thiazoleyl-4-vinylben=ene], was synthesized. 首次利用锡粉对环状碳酸酯(1,3-三亚甲基碳酸酯)(TMC)进行催化开环聚合,研究了催化剂种类,催化剂的用量,反应时间,反应温度,单体纯度对聚合结果的影响,GPS检测结果表明:用金属锡粉做催化剂,能得到M^-nmax=57000(M^-w/M^-n=1.6)的线型高分子量聚碳酸酯(PTMC),而锌粉则没有明显的催化活性,单体纯度对聚合物分子量无显影响。 相似文献

Diethyl carbonate has been synthesized via the alcoholysis of ethyl carbamate in supercritical ethanol under catalyst-free conditions.The influences of various parameters such as reaction temperature,reaction time,reaction pressure,ethanol/ethyl molar ratios and reaction loading volume on the yield of DEC were studied systematically.The experimental results indicated that the alcoholysis of ethyl carbamate was greatly improved in supercritical ethanol.The optimal reaction conditions were as follows:a reaction temperature of 573 K,a reaction time of 30 min,a reaction pressure of 13.2 MPa,an ethanol/ethyl carbamate molar ratio of 10 and a reactor loading volume of 285 μL respectively.The optimal yield of DEC was 22.9%. 相似文献

在无机钙钛矿太阳能电池的研究中,薄膜制备工艺是影响钙钛矿太阳能电池光电转换效率(PCE)的重要因素之一. CsPbBr3钙钛矿作为稳定性极好的无机钙钛矿之一,因其前驱体盐(PbBr2, CsBr)溶解度差异过大,通常采用多步法进行制备.而由于对成膜机理的认识不充分,导致制备的薄膜存在薄膜形貌差、前驱体反应不完全等问题.本文通过旋涂不同次数的CsBr溶液,探究了CsPbBr3钙钛矿的成膜机理.成膜过程中CsBr扩散进入预先沉积的PbBr2薄膜完成反应,短暂反应时间使薄膜深层反应不充分而薄膜表面过度反应,CsPb2Br5和Cs4PbBr6等相伴随CsPbBr3钙钛矿出现,反复退火形成的薄膜阻挡CsBr扩散加剧了这一现象.适当地延长前驱体的反应时间,能为CsBr扩散及反应提供更充分的空间.基于优化反应时间, CsPbBr3钙钛矿薄膜形貌得到改善、其晶粒尺寸得到提升,钙钛矿薄膜... 相似文献

以Pb(NO3)2, Na(S2CNEt2)·3H2O为反应物, 在去离子水中合成含硫金属有机配合物Pb(S2CNEt2)2. 氩气保护下, 在油酸和十八烯混合溶液中热分解前躯体Pb(S2CNEt2)2, 反应时间分别为30, 60, 90, 120 min, 获得PbS量子点样品a, b, c, d. 通过红外光谱分析和热重-差热等手段对前躯体进行表征, 证明配体Na(S2CNEt2)·3H2O中的两个硫原子与Pb2+配位成功. PbS量子点样品X射线衍射和透射电子显微镜分析表明, 合成的PbS为类球形纯立方晶系PbS纳米晶; 对PbS量子点样品紫外-可见吸收光谱和光致发光谱进行研究发现, 吸收光谱和光致发光谱随着反应时间的增加顺序红移, 表明优化热分解反应时间可以调控PbS量子点的吸收光谱和光致发光谱. PbS量子点样品a发射峰在1080 nm, 与硅基太阳能电池相匹配, 可作为硅基荧光太阳能聚集器的荧光材料.

采用凝胶注模成型工艺制备了Y2O3陶瓷部件,研究了分散剂加入量、pH值和固相含量对浆料粘度影响,单体、交联剂、引发剂、催化剂和温度对凝胶反应时间的影响,以及烧结后陶瓷制品的线收缩率.结果表明最佳工艺参数为:分散剂聚丙烯酸铵加入量为0.8vol;,pH值为9,固相含量为65vol;,浆料的粘度为1.07 Pa·s;单体丙烯酰胺为3.5wt;,交联剂N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为0.35wt;,引发剂5wt;过硫酸铵溶液为0.9vol;,催化剂N,N,N',N'-四甲基乙二胺为0.2vol;,反应温度为50℃,凝胶反应时间为25 min.在2000℃温度下烧结后,陶瓷制品的最小线收缩率为3.0;. 相似文献
