笼形聚偕胺肟树脂的研究─—H_2PtCl_6在酸处理树脂上的吸附过程

H2PtCl6可被一系列的酸处理定形聚偕胺肟树脂所吸附，吸附容量的大小与处理树脂的质子酸的Pka值有关．认为是解高度低的酸所处理的树脂上的伯胺基成盐的机会较少，即树脂的吸附中心保留着较多的空穴，有利于H2PtCl6的接近而被吸附下来．吸附动力学的研究表明化学反应是吸附速度的控制因素。

含5—氟尿嘧啶生物可降解聚磷酰胺的合成及其抗肿瘤活性研究

通过Ｌ－赖氨酸（Ｎ＾１－５－氟尿嘧啶）烷基酯双盐酸盐与二氯磷酸乙酯，二氯膦甲酸乙酯，二氯膦乙酸乙酯共聚，合成了三类１２种侧链含５－氟尿嘧啶的聚磷酰胺。聚合物的结构经ＵＶ，ＩＲ，ＨＮＭＲ及元纱分析鉴定。聚合物用微量细胞培养四氮唑实验方法（ＭＴＴ法）进行了对人肝癌细胞系Ｂｅｌ－７４０２细胞的微量培养实验。     

含羟基芳基或氨基芳基的磷酰胺酯衍生物的合成

采用均相反应的方法合成了6个含羟基芳基或氨基芳基的磷酰胺酯衍生物:[(ClCH_2CH_2)_2NP(O)(OPh)(XArY)](X:O,NH;Y:m或p-OH或NH_2).用元素分析、红外光谱、氢核磁共振谱及质谱证实了它们的组成及结构.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of 3,3‘—（Hexane—1,6—diyl）bis（1—acetyl—5,5—dimethylhydantoin）,a New Inducer of Differentiation

The title compound C20H30N4O6, Mr = 422.48)was synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method. It crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P ī with cell parameters: a = 8.330(2), b = 8.468(2), c = 16.017(3) A, α = 97.30(3), β = 92.33(3), γ = 103.94(3)o, V = 1084.7(4) A3, Dc = 1.294 g/cm3, Z = 2, F(000) = 452 and μ = 0.096 mm-1. The structure was refined to R = 0.0483 for 3732 observed reflections with I>2(I) and wR = 0.1335 for 4828 unique reflections. The hydantoin rings are planar and the two ring planes of one molecule are paralleled to each other.     

铽、铕-邻啡啰啉-芳香化合物三元配合物的合成和性质研究

本文对Ln(phen)(C₆H₅COO)₃、Ln(phen)₂P-(OC₆H₄CHO)₃·3H₂O.Ln(phen)₂P-(OC₆H₄COOC₂H₅)₃(Ln=Tb、Eu)固体配合物的制备和光谱性质进行了研究。根据元素分析、红外光谱、摩尔电导测定,X射线粉末衍射、热重差热分析以及紫外可见光谱确定了其组成及配位形式,并对其发光性能进行了研究。     

诱导效应指数与脂肪族胺、醇和醚的气相碱性

用烷基诱导效应指数I和RX分子中质子亲合原子X所带电荷qx及元素电负性XN与 脂肪胺，醇、醚的气相质子亲合PA进行关联，结果表明，脂肪胺，醇、醚的气相碱 性可以用下式定量描述：PA(kJ.mol^-1)-2732.0333-2457.1510∑I-1492.2351qx- 732.6277XN利用上式对64种化合物的气相碱性进行预测，平均相对误差为0．34％ ，预测值和实验值的偏差均在实验误差范围内。     

INVESTIGATION OF THE ATRP OF n-BUTYL METHACRYLATE USING THE Cu（I）／N,N,N＇ N＂ N＂-PENTAMETHYLDIETHYLENETRIAMINE CATALYST SYSTEM

The polymerization of n-butyl methacrylate was investigated using the Atom Transfer Radical Polymerization technique with CuBr and CuCl/N,N,N‘,N“,N“-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine catalytic systems. Various combinations of catalyst systems and initiators were utilized in order to optimize the polymerization conditions and to obtain well-defined polymers (i.e. controlled molecular weights and low polydispersities). It has been found that the optimal initiator for this system is a chlorine-based initiator, when the catalyst used is a Cu(I) salt in conjunction with the N,N,N‘,N“,N“-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine ligand. Bromine-based initiators tend to result in large amounts of initial termination, leading to polymers with less than ideal chain end functionality, even if CuCI is used as the Cu(I) species to invoke the halogen exchange. Additionally, the effects of the polymerization temperature, copper(I) species and the initiator structure were determined.
