殊途同归的光本性之争

 很久以来,人们对光就进行了各种各样的研究。光的本性到底是什么,这个问题长久以来困扰了很多有智之士。光的波动说笛卡儿（R.Descartes,1596～1650）就光的本性问题,在1637年提出两种假说。一种假说认为,光是类似于微粒的一种物质;另一种假说认为光是一种以“以太”为媒质的压力。虽然笛卡儿更强调媒介对光的影响和作用,但他的这两种假说为17世纪的微粒说和波动说的争论埋下了伏笔。17世纪中期,意大利的格里马第（F.Grimaldi,1618～1663）首先注意到衍射现象,这是光的波动理论的萌芽。     

SBIRS-HIGH对导弹上升段位置测量精度及中末段位置预报精度的分析

根据目前的技术水平分析了高空天基红外系统(SBIRS-HIGH)的技术参数;理论上计算了SBIRS-HIGH对导弹上升段的位置测量精度以及中末段任意时刻飞行位置的预报精度;研究了SBIRS-HIGH对中段和末端导弹拦截系统的导引能力。     

氪灯和氙灯光谱强度分布和光谱效率测量

氪灯、氙灯光谱强度分布和光谱效率测量是反映氪灯、氙灯性能的关键指标。介绍了一套新型的氪灯、氙灯光谱强度分布和光谱效率检测系统。该系统是一套测量连续发光灯和脉冲闪光灯发光性能及效果的综合检测设备。该检测单元采用计算机进行操控,人机界面良好,便于检验人员进行氪灯和氙灯光谱强度分布和光谱效率的批量检测。检验人员利用该系统可进行装机模拟试验和可靠性试验,可对氪灯和氙灯的性能进行必要的分析研究,不断地积累了氪灯和氙灯的检验数据和经验。     

FTIR光谱遥测红外药剂的燃烧温度

本文利用遥感FTIR光谱，对红外药剂的燃烧特性进行了研究。在分辨率为4cm^-1时，收集4700－740cm^-1波段的光谱。从HF等燃烧产物发射的分子振转基带精细结构的谱线强度分布，可以对燃烧温度进行遥感测定，并给出了燃烧温度随时间的变化关系，实验结果表明燃烧表面附近温度梯度很大，存在着急剧的变化温度场，同时也说明，在不干扰火焰温度场的情况下，利用遥感FTIR光谱对剧烈的、非稳态快速燃烧的火焰温度进行连续实时的遥感测量，是一种快速、准确、灵敏度高的测温方法，显示了它在燃烧温度测量、产物浓度测试以及燃烧机理研究等方面的应用前景。     

区间中立型大系统的强壮稳定性

本文讨论中立型大系统,获得了这类问题稳定性的一些充分判据,作为特殊情况,还得到了与[1-11]中相应的一些不同的结果.这些结果并不象文献[1]和[2]那样,要求a_(ii)的上界q_(ii)小于零.     

A Class of Two-mode Nonclassical State via Generalize Super Positions of Two-mode Coherent States

A new method is introduced to generate a elliptical hollow beam inside a cavity. Using a matrix eigenvalue method, the laser resonator with optical diffraction elements is theoretically analyzed and simulated. A elliptical hollow beam of good quality is realized experimentally. The interaction between linearly polarized elliptical hollow beam and a two-level atom is investigated theoretically. Although the linearly polarized elliptical hollow beam does not carry angular momentum, it can produce very high torque. The atoms initially at rest and located at off-beam- axis positions will rotate under the drive of the torque of the beam. The atomic motion trajectory in the field of elliptical hollow beam has been demonstrated. The study shows that the elliptical hollow beam might be a useful tool in the study of vortex property of Bose-Einstein condensate or ultra cold atom media.     

A Reliability Analysis of Calculated Results for Odd-Even and Odd-Odd Nuclei in Relativistic Mean-Field Theory

We calculate the binding energies of Ni, Cu, Xe, Cs, Pt, Au, Np, Pu isotope chains using two interaction parameter sets NL-3 and NL-Z, and compared the relative errors of the even-even nuclei with those of odd-even nuclei and odd-odd nuclei. We find that the errors of binding energy of odd-even and odd-odd nuclei are not bigger than the one of even-even nuclei. The result shows that comparing with even-even nuclei, there is no systematic error and approximation in the calculations of the binding energy of odd-even and odd-odd nuclei with relativistic mean-field theory. In addition, the result is explained theoretically.     

新可调谐超短脉冲OPA——OPerA-TOPAS-White

Coherent（相干）公司（www．coherent．com．cn）推出新的非共线光参量放大器（NOPA）OPerA^TMTM-TOPAS-White，可以从紫外到近红外连续调谐．即使采用脉冲宽度超过100fs的钛宝石超快放大器泵浦，非共线设计使OPerA-TOPAS-White仍然能够输出25fs以下的超短激光脉冲．相比之下，采用传统OPA获得超短脉冲需要更复杂而且更昂贵的超短卖出放大器系统泵浦．     

具有模糊数的模糊多目标群体决策优选模型与方法

多目标群体决策问题是运筹学的一个重要研究领域，目前已经提出了一些有效的决策方法。但对目标值和权重均为模糊数的模糊多目标群体决策问题却研究不多，本对此类模糊多目标群体决策问题进行了探讨，利用相对正理想方案与相对负理想方案概念定义了相对差异距离，进而建立了模糊多目标群体决策优选模型与方法，并通过战役决心方案的评价说明了该方法是可行、有效的，可作为军事决策与决策支持系统的备选方法。
