走近电离辐射

 提起辐射,人们很自然地联想到手机、电脑的电磁辐射,对电离辐射则比较陌生。其实,这种电磁辐射就是电离辐射的一种。电离辐射还包括电子、质子、中子及较重粒子的粒子源,微波辐射,光辐射,同步辐射等。我们的生活环境中存在着天然电离辐射和人工电离辐射,可以说,电离辐射就在我们身边。电离辐射可以造福于人类,它在工业、医学、农业上有着广泛的应用;电离辐射也可以给人类带来巨大的灾难,特别是核武器和辐射事故的发生。因此,我们对待电离辐射这把双刃剑时,既要充分利用它来造福人类,又要严防它的危害。     

蓝光相变光盘的多层膜结构设计

为了使光盘获得优良的记录／读出性能并能够长期稳定地使用，必须优化设计相变光盘的多层膜结构。采用自行设计的模拟分析相变光盘读出过程设计软件，从光学角度出发模拟计算了蓝光(405nm)相变光盘的膜层结构，研究了多层膜系的反射率和反射率对比度等光学参量与各层膜厚度和槽深的关系。研究得出的最佳多层膜结构为：下介电层／记录层／上介电层／反射层的厚度对于台记录为100nm／10nm／25nm，／60nm，而对于槽记录则为140nm／15nm／30nm，／60nm，槽深为50nm。模拟计算结果对于将来高密度蓝光相变光盘的制备具有一定的指导意义。     

Crystal Structure of Adduct 2-Phenyl-imidazo [ 4,5-f ] 1,10-phenanthroline Methanol

The structure of the title adduct comprises a phenanthroline derivative 2-phenyl-imidazo[4,5-f]1,10-phenanthroline and a methanol.The composition of the crystalline adduct was characterized as C19H12N4.CH3OH.It belongs to orthorhombic system,space group Pna21 with a=1.3693(4)nm,b=2.2988(7)nm,c=0.51338(15)nm,V=1.6160(8)nm^3.Z=4,and final R1=0.0423.wR2=0.1012 .Crystal structure shows that all the 19 carbon atoms and 4 nitrogen atoms are coplanar.The bond length data indicated that a very extensive conjugation system was formed.This conjugation makes the compound being a potentially excellent energy transformer used for luminescent materials.     

二次锂电池正极材料LixNi0.3Co0.7O2的XPS与XRD研究

结果表明，ＬｉｘＮｉ０．３Ｃｏ０．７Ｏ２具有六方晶系Ｒ３＾－ｍ空间群结构。当Ｘ－１，０．３１５时，其晶胞参数分别为ａ＝２．８２６ｎｍ，ｃ＝１４．１３０ｎｍ和ａ＝０．２８０８ｎｍ，ｃ＝１．４２５３ｎｍ；ＭＯ６（Ｍ＝Ｎｉ，Ｃｏ）八面体中Ｍ－Ｏ平均距离分别为０。１９４１ｎｍ和０．１９３３ｎｍ。ＸＰＳ分析结果表明ＬＩｘＮｉ０．３ＣＯ０．７Ｏ２表面存在Ｌｉ２Ｏ，同时探讨了其中过渡金属离子的３ｄ电子结构变化。     

Fluorescence Microscopy of Nanoscale Silver Oxide Thin Films

The experimental conditions for photoactivated intermittent fluorescence from nanoscale silver oxide were studied with fluorescence microscopy.Strong fluorescence was observed from the Ag2O particles with size of 10-20nm excited with both blue and green light .We observed the saturation of Photoexcitation with blue light and explained the experimental results using the model of agglomeration of silver atoms to form small clusters and the fluorescence of Ag2 and Ag3 clusters.     

Cr^4＋：YAG可饱和吸收特性测量

测量了Cr4+:YAG材料的可饱和吸收特性,用多种数据分析方法处理了实验结果,Cr4+:YAG的基态吸收截面σgs=11×10-19cm2,激发态吸收截面σes=1.2×10-19cm2。     

稳态锁模产生4ps激光脉冲

首次利用ＧａＡｓ光电导开关，控制Ｎｄ：ＹＬＦ激光器腔内Ｑ值，实现稳态锁模，获得脉宽和能量稳定性极高的４ｐｓ激光脉冲。
