废水中偏二甲肼在Ni/Fe催化剂上的催化分解研究

研究了Ni/Fe催化剂对废水中偏二甲肼臭氧化分解的催化作用,考察了组分含量、体系的pH值和偏二甲肼初始浓度对催化反应的影响.结果表明,Ni/Fe催化剂对水中偏二甲肼的臭氧化具有良好的催化活性.催化剂组分含量、体系的pH值和初始浓度对反应的影响程度不大.对催化剂的XRD表征结果表明,催化剂主要由尖晶石结构的铁酸盐和FeNi3合金相组成,催化剂的良好催化性能与催化剂中尖晶石结构的铁酸盐和FeNi3合金相的形成有关.     

SYNERGISTIC MODIFICATION OF EPDM AND CROSSLINKING AGENT IN IMMISCIBLE BLENDS OF POLYVINYL CHLORIDE WITH LOW DENSITY POLYETHYLENE

The synergism of ethylene-propylene-diene monomer copolymer （EPDM） and dicumyl peroxide （DCP, a crosslinking agent） in low density polyethylene （LDPE）/poly（vinyl chloride） （PVC） blends was investigated. When EDPM and DCP are added to the blends simultaneously, the tensile properties could be improved significantly, especially for the blends with LDPE matrix. For example, incorporation of 10/1 （mass ratio） EPDM/DCP improves the tensile strength of the LDPE/PVC （mass ratio 80/20） blend from 7.9 MPa to 8.5 MPa and the elongation at break from 25% to 503%. Results from selective extraction, phase-contrast microscopy and thermal analysis reveal that the improvement in the tensile properties of the blends with LDPE matrix is principally due to the formation of a fine crosslinking network of the LDPE and EPDM phase. The outstanding modification effect of EPDM is explained by its dual functions： molecular entanglement with LDPE and the enhanced efficiency of DCP in the blends.     

Knoevenagel condensation catalysed by poly（vinyl chloride） supported tetraethylenepentamine （PVC-TEPA）

Poly(vinyl chloride) supported tetraethylenepentamine (PVC-TEPA) has been found to be an efficient catalyst for the Knoevenagel condensation. A wide range of aromatic aldehydes easily undergo condensations with ethyl cyanoacetate and malononitrile in the commercial 95% ethanol in refluxing using PVC-TEPA as catalyst to afford the desired products of good purity in moderate to excellent yields. A recycling study confirmed that the catalyst could be reused, the yield of the desired condensation product were not reduced. The merits of this protocol are environmentally benign, simple operation, convenient work-up and good yields. Furthermore, the catalyst can easily be recovered and reused at five times with comparable yields.     

酞菁氧钛/卟啉氧钒复合体系光导性能的协同增强效应

在酞菁氧钛（TiOPc)／卟啉氧钒（VOTPP）复合光生材料中发现了光敏性的非线性增强现象，对复合体系的电子跃迁光谱和X射线衍射图的研究结果表明，在基态下两种材料之间没有明显相互作用，光致放电研究说明，该现象来自光激发状态下复合体系中的隙间态跃迁对光导的贡献，XPS测试结果表明酞菁氧钛与卟啉氧钒分子之间存在着定向的部分电荷转移，光致激发状态下的电荷转移是协同增强效应的起因，这种协同增强效应为利用弱的电子给体与弱的受体复合体系设计新型光导材料与器件提供了新方法。     

硫酸氢钠催化合成己酸异戊酯的研究

己酸异戊酯是应用最广泛的食用香料之一。通常它是在硫酸催化下由己酸和异戊醇酯化反应而得[1] ,硫酸虽然活性高 ,价廉 ,但选择性差 ,产品质量不好 ,设备腐蚀严重 ,同时产生大量废液 ,污染环境。已发现对甲苯磺酸、磺酸树脂、固体超酸、杂多酸、氯化铁以及过渡金属硫酸盐等均可作为酯化反应的优良催化剂[2～ 7] 。本文探讨了硫酸氢钠催化羧酸的酯化反应 ,结果发现它具有良好的催化性能 ,且后处理方便 ,无污染。1　实验部分在装有分水器、温度计和回流冷凝器的四颈烧瓶中 ,加入一定量分析纯的己酸、异戊醇、甲苯和催化剂硫酸氢钠 (ＮａＨＳＯ…     

Mg改性对Co/γ-Al2O3-TiO2催化燃烧丙烷性能影响

采用分步浸渍法制备了系列Mg改性的Co/γ-Al_2O_3-TiO_2催化剂,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外可见漫反射光谱(DR-UV-vis)、N_2吸附-脱附(BET)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和H_2程序升温还原(H_2-TPR)等技术对催化剂进行表征,并考察了其对丙烷燃烧的催化性能。结果表明,Co在原始γ-Al_2O_3-TiO_2载体和Mg改性MgO/γ-Al_2O_3-TiO_2载体上均以Co_3O_4的形式存在;Mg掺入后与Al_2O_3作用形成MgAl_2O_4尖晶石,改善了载体的织构性质,提升了Co_3O_4在催化剂载体表面的暴露数量和分散程度。此外,MgAl_2O_4与Co_3O_4相互作用提升了Co_3O_4颗粒表面Co~(3+)/Co~(2+)和O_(ads)/O_(latt)的比例,并削弱了Co-O键键能,从而提升了其对丙烷的催化燃烧活性。当Mg负载量为15%(质量分数)时,在Co/MgO(15%)/γ-Al_2O_3-TiO_2催化剂上进行丙烷燃烧,丙烷90%转化率的温度比无Mg掺杂的Co/γ-Al_2O_3-TiO_2催化剂的降低了45℃,并且连续反应40 h其活性保持稳定。     

NdOx作为助催化剂对PtRu/C电催化氧化甲醇活性的影响

采用沉积-还原法制备了PtRu-NdOx/C催化剂, 借助TEM、EDS和XRD等测试手段对其进行了微结构和组成的表征. 结果表明, 催化剂中Pt与Ru以合金形式存在, 而Nd的氧化物则以无定形形态存在. 催化剂粒子的平均粒径在2 nm左右, 晶胞参数为0.3896 nm, Nd氧化物的加入对PtRu合金的晶体结构影响不明显. 采用循环伏安法和计时电流法, 比较了PtRu-NdOx/C催化剂和PtRu /C催化剂对甲醇氧化的电催化活性, 结果表明, 加入Nd的氧化物作为助催化剂能明显提高PtRu /C催化剂对甲醇氧化的电催化性能.     

以催化油浆窄馏分为添加剂的Al－MCM－41分子筛的合成

 采用阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂，以正硅酸乙酯为硅源，以硫酸铝为铝源，水热合成了以催化油浆窄馏分为添加剂的高比表面积Al－MCM－41介孔分子筛，并利用XRD，HREM，TG－DTA及N2吸附－脱附等测试手段对合成样品进行了表征．合成的Al－MCM－41分子筛的比表面积和孔体积分别达到1295m2／g和1．5cm3／g，其平均孔径为4．3nm．重点研究了Al－MCM－41分子筛结晶度、晶胞参数、比表面积、孔体积及平均孔径等结构性质随催化油浆窄馏分添加量及其组成的变化规律，并从合成机理上进行了解释．     

Cu/SiO2催化剂上苯胺和乙二醇一步合成吲哚的研究

采用浸渍法，制备了用于合成吲哚的Cu/SiO2催化剂，研究了不同载体和活性组分Cu对苯胺和乙二醇一步合成吲哚反应的催化活性，发现γ-Al2O3、活性炭、Na-Y，SiO2-MgO、MCM41、SiO26种载体中，SiO2是最好的载体；催化剂活性组分Cu含量为0.78mmol/gSiO2时，吲哚的收率高达88%，考察了水蒸汽、氢气、反应温度及接触时间等因素对反应性能的影响，并对催化剂进行了TG测试，得到了Cu/Sio2催化剂催化合成吲哚适应反应条件。     

Reduction of 4-nitrophenol catalyzed by nitroreductase

The reduction of 4-nitrophenol catalyzed by nitroreductase in the presence of NADH was investigated in this paper.4-Amino- phenol and 4-bydroxylamino-phenol were found in the reductive products.The relationship between reaction time and the reductive ratio were studied.The similar reducing ratios of 4-nitrophenol were obtained under aerobic and anaerobic conditions.The results indicated that an oxygen-insensitive reaction was proceeded in the reduction of 4-nitrophenol and nitroreductase was an oxygen- insensitive enzyme.The reductive products of 4-nitrophenol were determined by HPLC and MS.
