新工科项目“地方(行业)高校化学类专业应对产业变化的升级改造研究与实践”的实施

This "emerging engineering education (3E)" project "Upgrade and Practice of Chemistry-related Majors of Local and/or Specialized University Responding to the Industry Changes" was supported by the Ministry of Education. To aim at the issue of how to upgrade the chemistry-related majors of a local and/or specialized university responding to industry changes, an investigation on local regional economy and industry changes was carried out, the capability requirements of 3E for talents were analyzed, and the training objectives, graduation requirements as well as the new teaching models were also studied for the major to meet the future requirements. The practical experience for 3E construction of chemistry-related majors by selected universities was suggested.     

应用化学"113"人才培养体系的探索

In order to bridge the gap between the supply and the demand of talent cultivation, the existing talent cultivation system of applied chemistry specialty is reformed and a new "113" talent cultivation system is guided by Outcome-Based Education (OBE) education. The advanced engineering education mode is adopted to provide students with an engineering education based on the background environment of the conceptual-design-implementation-operation (CDIO) process. The characteristic "three modernizations" education mechanism, namely, cooperative education, family training and personalized guidance, are implemented. By building a new system of "113" talents training, an engineering talent training environment is formed, which takes the family as a unit, the enterprise as the background, and the project as the carrier. The problem of separating the supply from the demand of talents training for applied chemistry specialty will be fundamentally solved.     

以"人才培养"为中心,全面推进一流专业建设

专业是本科教育的"四梁八柱"。专业建设是一项系统工程,涉及教师、学生以及进行教育教学活动的条件和保障等多方面内容,专业建设的水平和质量直接影响人才培养的质量。本文以湖南大学化学专业为例,分析了专业建设的现状,指明了限制专业发展的问题,同时立足"人才培养"这一中心任务,针对专业建设的短板和不足,从专业建设的软硬件方面提出了改革举措,为一流专业建设提供了借鉴和思路。

目前,我国高等教育发展已经进入“深水区”和“无人区”,校、院层面围绕人才培养建立的管理机制、服务机制需要广大教育工作者的探索与实践。吉林大学化学学院充分利用职称评聘、教师能力发展、学生活动、教学改革和课程建设等方面的政策导向,健全奖励激励制度,加强配套经费支持,探索构筑了以教师和学生为主体,涉及教学、管理和服务的“三维”立体化保障体系,有效地促进和保障了学院高质量拔尖创新人才培养。

实施全面化学教育 提高人才培养质量

戴安邦教授在进行科学研究的同时 ,毕生致力于人才培养工作。先生长期从事化学基础课教学 ,由于其讲课丰富、生动形象 ,在解放前已名誉金陵 ,所著“无机化学教程”仍为经典之作 ,文革以后先生年事已高 ,致力于培养中青年教师。在此期间先生力主改革 ,对教学思想发表了许多精辟之言。早在 6 0年代 ,先生就提创启发式教学 ,著有“启发式八则”一文。他一贯重视实验教学 ,明确反对“抓方配药”式的实验教学 ,大力提倡加强实验室建设营造一个好的环境使学生做实验如同化学家做研究一样 ;为此先生用自己的科研奖金在我院设立“戴安邦实验奖” ;特别是他提出的“全面化学教育”的思想在我院人才培养过程的各个环节中起到指导作用。南京大学化学化工学院于 1 991年被国家教委批准为首批国家基础科学研究和教学人才培养基地。“基地方案的制定和实施”97年获国家教委优秀教学成果二等奖 ,并于 1 998年在国家自然科学基金委组织的中期评估中获得优秀基地的称号 ,　 1 999年又以优异成绩顺利通过了教育部组织的基地挂牌验收。在戴安邦教授逝世一周年之际我们将本院十年来的人才培养及基地建设的成果作一总结 ,以告慰先生在天之灵     

浅谈三年"拔尖计划"经历的收获与期望

This article briefly discusses the harvest and impression of Top Talent Training Program in terms of mechanism of student recruitment and training, individualized course selection, specialized scientific research training, and foreign exchange, from the point view of top talented students of Sun Yat-Sen University. This article also puts forward some expectations and considerations for the 2.0 plan of Top Talent Training Program.
