大麦成熟胚细胞去分化和 再分化的组织学研究‘

大麦成熟胚细胞在诱导培养荃上首先形成水质、松软的初生愈伤组织.继代培养中，它能以一定的叔率产生几种次生愈伤组织:致密型胚性愈伤组织、易碎型胚性愈伤组织和非胚性愈伤组织.胚性愈伤组织起源于一些初生愈伤组织细胞的体胚发生及其次级的胚胎发生.体胚发生的过程同于合子胚发育，它是犬麦成熟胚组培中早期再生植株的主要途径.体胚很容易提早萌发.本文对上述过程进行了组织学分析，同时对胚性悬浮细胞和继代培养中的胚性愈伤组织进行了观察.     

Metalloporphyrin receptors for histidine-containing peptides

Two new ditopic metalloporphyrin receptors constructed by combining metalloporphyrin with crown ethers have been prepared and characterized.1H NMR and MS spectra confirmed the complexation of receptor with peptide driven by coordination interaction and hydrogen bonding.UV/vis experiments revealed that the receptors exhibited high binding affinity to histidine-containing peptides.These receptors could differentiate short peptides of C-terminal histidine and N-terminal histidine and formed the most stable complexes with tripeptide.

Investigation of the interaction between HIV-1 DNA and cyclic peptides by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry

The interaction between HIV-I DNA and five cyclic peptides (CPI-CP5) was investigated using electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS). It revealed that CPI [c(Ala-Tyr-Leu-Ala-Gly)] and CP4 [c(Pro-D-Tyr-Leu-D-Ala-Gly)] have the higher binding affinity with the duplex DNA among the five cyclic peptides.     

Single-Electron Detachment for Ti-, Fe-, Co-, Ni-, and Cu-, in Collision with Ar

By using the micro-channel plate position sensitive detector with the delay-line anode we measure the single electron detachment cross sections for some transition elements in collision with Ar in the energy region 10-30 keV. These single electron detachment cross sections perform as velocity and electron affinity dependences. The experiments are carried out using the growth rate method.     

Hyperspherical Calculations on Electron Affinity and Geometry for Li^- and Na^-

Using a model potential to describe the interaction between the core and the valence electron, we perform hyperspherical calculations for electron affinity and geometry of the weakly bound Li^- and Na^- systems. In our calculation, channel functions are expanded in terms of B-splines. Using the special properties of B-splines, we make the knot distributions more precisely, characterizing the behaviour of channel functions. This improves the convergence greatly. Our results are in good agreement with the other theoretical and experimental values.     

具有分布时滞的脉冲种群系统的动力学行为
