Reaction of hexafluoropropylene and its oligomers with acetone oxime

Reactions of perfluoropropylene and its oligomers with acetone oxime in the presence of a base afford perfluoroalkyl and/or perfluoroalkenyl ethers of acetone oxime. When heated to 100 °C, the 3-perfluoro-2-methyl-2-pentenyl ether of acetone oxime (3) is quantitatively converted to 4-hydroxy-3-methyl-5,5-bistrifluoromethyl-4-pentafluoroethyl-1-pyrroline (4), the structure of which was established by X-ray diffraction analysis. A convenient one-stage synthesis of perfluoro-3-isopropyl-4-methyl-3-penten-2-one (7) was proposed.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. 有机锡聚醚的合成及性质的研究

利用界面缩聚技术,将二烷基二氯化锡、二(β-烷氧羰乙基)二氯化锡与有机二元醇、酚、硫醇反应,制成了一系列新的有机锡大分子化合物.对这些新化合物进行了分子量、红外光谱、TG/DTG测试.对有机锡大分子化合物阻止聚氯乙烯(PVC)热分解性能进行了测定.结果表明,新合成的有机锡聚醚化合物可作为PVC热稳定剂使用.     

Effects of fluorine atoms on the optical nonlinear response of stilbene derivatives

The effect of fluorine atoms on the second-order optical nonlinear response of 4-nitro-4′-methoxy-trans-stilbene and polyene derivatives containing up to three double bonds (n=1, 2, 3) has been investigated within a semiempirical context (PM3 Hamiltonian). Experimental data reported in literature indicate a β_vec(SHG) value of 34, 47 and 76 (×10⁻³⁰ esu) for n=1, 2, 3, respectively, at 0.65 eV in CHCl₃ solutions. Our calculations show that fluorinating the nitrophenyl group the β_vec(SHG) is doubled. Further increase in the second-order nonlinear response can be obtained fluorinating the CC bond linkers between the aromatic moieties.Besides, the effect of different donor-acceptor pairs has been studied and the results interpreted in the two-state model context.Some results concerning the third-harmonic generation (THG), γ (THG), are presented, and a possible interpretation proposed.     

Synthesis of difluorinated pseudopeptides using chiral α,α-difluoro-β-amino acids in the Ugi reaction

2,2-Difluoro-3-(2-hydroxy-1 R-phenylethylamino)-3 S-phenylpropionic acid 3, obtained by a Reformatsky-type reaction of ethyl bromodifluoroacetate with (4R)-2,4-diphenyloxazolidine, was used as a classical carboxylic acid in the Ugi reaction to prepare various difluorinated pseudopeptides 5a-n. Compounds 5 were then deprotected by hydrogenolysis to furnish difluorinated pseudopeptides 6.     

Tetrabutylammonium cyanide catalyzed diasteroselective cyanosilylation of chiral α-hydroxyketones

Tetrabutylammonium cyanide has been used as non-metallic catalyst for the diastereoselective cyanosilylation of α-hydroxyketones derived from the chiral pool. This affords α-substituted-α,β-dihydroxynitriles with high levels of asymmetric induction.     

Arylcarbamoylated allylcarbamido-β-cyclodextrin: synthesis and immobilization on nonfunctionalized silica gel as a chiral stationary phase

Four new chiral stationary phases based on mono-(6^A-allylcarbamido-6^A-deoxy)-arylcarbamoylated β-cyclodextrin were synthesized. The chiral stationary phase of phenylcarbamoylated β-cyclodextrin exhibited excellent separation capability for a variety of chiral compounds. Compared with the previous work, it was found that the spacer remained on the surface of the silica gel and decreased the enantioseparation capability.     

Enthalpies of transfer of acetonitrile from water to aqueous methanol, ethanol and dimethylsulphoxide mixtures at 298.15 K

Previous studies have established that the extended coordination model of solvation can satisfactorily account for the variation in the transfer enthalpies of solutes in mixed-solvent systems. The model parameter relating to the solute-induced disruption of the solvent structure shows a marked dependence on the nature of the mixed solvent. In the present paper we report the transfer enthalpies of acetonitrile from water to aqueous methanol, ethanol and dimethylsulphoxide (DMSO) systems. Analysis of these in terms of the extended coordination model confirms both the model's ability to account for the experimental data, and the variability of the structural disruption parameter. The solvation parameters recovered from the analyses indicate that the net effect of acetonitrile on the solvent structure is a breaking of solvent-solvent bonds. The extent of bond breaking of the solvent increases from MeOH to EtOH.     

Reaction of dibenzylphosphine oxide with α,β-unsaturated O-methyloximes

The reaction of dibenzylphosphine oxide with O-methyloximes of some ,-unsaturated ketones results in the phosphorylation at the -carbon atom to form methoxyiminophosphine oxides, whereas the reaction of dibenzylphosphine oxide with O-methyloximes of ,-unsaturated aldehydes affords aminodihydrophosphole oxides.     

系列单取代烷氧基-2-羟丙基-β-环糊精的合成与表征

以环氧氯丙烷和脂肪醇为原料, 通过相转移催化法合成了乙基、正丙基、正丁基和正戊基缩水甘油醚(1～4), 并利用所合成的缩水甘油醚和β-环糊精为原料, 分别在弱碱水溶液(1.5%)和强碱水溶液(30%)中制备并用硅胶柱分离出单2位取代的乙氧基、丙氧基、丁氧基和戊氧基-2-羟丙基-β-环糊精(1a～4a)和单6位取代的丙氧基、丁氧基和戊氧基-2-羟丙基-β-环糊精(2b～4b), 利用薄层色谱、红外光谱、差热扫描量热分析、质谱和核磁共振等手段对所合成的产品进行了表征.     

Synthesis of β-amino carbonyl compounds via a Zn(OTf)2-catalyzed cascade reaction of anilines with aromatic aldehydes and carbonyl compounds

A Zn(OTf)₂-catalyzed cascade reaction of anilines with aromatic aldehydes and carbonyl compounds was described. This one-pot three-component reaction afforded the corresponding β-amino carbonyl compounds, β-amino esters, and β-amino ketones in good to excellent yields. The reaction was also applied for the liquid-phase synthesis of β-amino carbonyl compound library using PEG as a support.
