α-Si：H/SiNx叠层薄膜对晶体硅太阳电池的钝化

利用等离子增强化学气相沉积法在硅衬底上制备了 α-Si:H/SiN_x叠层薄膜用来钝化晶体硅太阳电池. 用有效少子寿命表征薄膜的钝化效果, 通过模拟高频电容-电压测试结果分析薄膜钝化的机理. 将α-Si:H/SiN_x薄膜的钝化效果与使用相同方法制备的 α-Si:H薄膜进行对比, 发现 α-Si:H/SiN_x 薄膜的钝化效果明显优于 α-Si:H薄膜. 不同温度下热处理后, α-Si:H/SiN_x薄膜的钝化效果随着温度的上升先提高后降低. 在最佳热处理温度300 ℃下进行热处理, α-Si:H/SiN_x 薄膜的钝化效果能在90 min内始终保持优于 α-Si:H薄膜. 模拟计算结果表明, α-Si:H/SiN_x薄膜的钝化效果与 α-Si:H/Si界面处的态密度有关. 关键词： 太阳电池 钝化 α-Si：H/SiN_x薄膜')" href="#">α-Si：H/SiN_x薄膜 热处理

本文研究了经济代理人在劳动负效用情形下,考虑Knight不确定的消费和投资与退休选择问题.劳动则会带来代理人的效用损失,而Knight不确定将影响决策行为.代理人有权利选择退休.退休行为使得代理人避免了效用损失,却必须要放弃工资收入.本文利用动态规划方法解自由边值问题,得到了代理人最优消费和投资组合策略的显式解.     

关于α-shifting环，α-sy环和α-sc环

本文讨论α—shifting环、α—sy环、α—SC环以及α—rigid环之间的关系．在α—compatible和C。条件下,分别给出α-shifting环、α—sy环和α—sc环与相关环之间的等价关系,推广Pourtaherian—Rakhimov的一些研究结论．     

Projective Brauer Theory

In this article, we define and study a new concept of projective Brauer characters. Following the direct approach as taken in Navarro (1998 Navarro , G. ( 1998 ). Characters and Blocks of Finite Groups. Cambridge , UK : Cambridge University Press . [Google Scholar]) and Isaacs (1975 Isaacs , I. M. ( 1975 ). Character Theory of Finite Groups . New York : Academic Press . [Google Scholar]), we study the resulting projective blocks of projective Frobenius characters and projective Brauer characters of a given group determined by certain linkage condition as an introduction to a projective extension of classic Brauer theory.

In this note,we answer a question of Hong et al. (2003 Hong , C. Y. , Kim , N. K. , Kwak , T. K. ( 2003 ). On skew Armendariz rings . Comm. Alg. 31 ( 1 ): 103 – 122 .[Taylor &; Francis Online], [Web of Science ®] , [Google Scholar]) by proving that if α is a monomorphism of a reduced ring R, and R is α-skew Armendariz, then R is α-rigid.     

Uncertain programming model for uncertain optimal assignment problem

This paper employs uncertain programming to deal with uncertain optimal assignment problem in which profit is uncertain. Within the framework of uncertain programming, it gives the uncertainty distribution of the optimal assignment profit, and the concept of α-optimal assignment for uncertain optimal assignment problem is proposed. Then α-optimal model is also constructed. Taking advantage of properties of uncertainty theory, α-optimal model can be transformed into a corresponding deterministic form, which can be solved by Kuhn–Munkres algorithm.     

高压下α-石英和柯石英的相变行为

利用金刚石压腔和同步辐射X射线衍射技术,对α-石英和柯石英在常温高压下的相变行为进行了研究。实验结果表明:α-石英在约23 GPa开始发生结构相变,在约44 GPa相变完成,直至59 GPa仍能观察到结晶态;柯石英在约22 GPa转变为柯石英-Ⅱ相,高于36 GPa时,继续发生结构转变,直至59 GPa仍有结晶态;氖气和氩气所提供的不同静水压条件对α-石英和柯石英的高压相变行为影响不大。实验结果为进一步厘清二氧化硅物相的压致相变行为和相变机制提供了实验支撑。
