Pt/钇稳定氧化锆固体电解质在高温下的电化学性质 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
用交流阻抗技术研究了二电极、三电极Pt/钇稳定氧化锆(简称YSZ)高温固体电化学体系.开路电位下,Pt/YSZ体系只有一个阻抗半圆,对应于电极体系的电化学活化控制过程,极化电阻随温度变化的表观活化能为171.5kJ/mol.Pt/YSZ界面的双电层电容约为300μF/cm2.阳极极化下,交流阻抗极化电阻显著减小;阴极极化下,极化电阻反而增大,并出现浓差控制现象. 相似文献

以Y(NO3)3和NH4HCO3为原料,通过向Y(NO3)3溶液中滴加NH4HCO3的方式制备了化学组成为Y2(CO3)3·2H2O的先驱沉淀物。研究了先驱沉淀物煅烧过程中的物相变化。先驱沉淀物1100℃煅烧4h后得到了平均粒径为60nm的无团聚Y2O3超细粉体。所得粉体不添加任何添加剂,在1700℃下真空烧结4h得到了透明Y2O3陶瓷。 相似文献

Y2O3涂层负载Pd整体式催化剂的制备和催化性能 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
以Y(NO3)3为前驱体制备了Y2O3涂层的堇青石蜂窝陶瓷载体.扫描电子显微镜、X射线能谱和超声波振荡等表征结果表明,Y2O3涂层不但具有良好的抗振荡性和粘结强度,而且具有很强的吸附催化剂活性组分(H2PdCl4)的能力,适合制备负载型Pd催化剂.以甲苯和乙酸乙酯完全燃烧为模型反应考察了催化剂的活性,发现以Y2O3涂层堇青石蜂窝陶瓷为载体的整体式Pd/Y2O3催化剂具有良好的催化活性和热稳定性,甲苯和乙酸乙酯催化燃烧的T99分别为210和300℃;催化剂经900℃焙烧4 h后,T99仅提高20℃,表明催化剂具有很高的热稳定性.催化剂的X射线衍射、拉曼光谱和程序升温还原结果表明,Pd/Y2O3催化剂经低温焙烧时,Y2O3和PdO均高度分散在堇青石蜂窝陶瓷的表面,而高温焙烧使催化剂活性组分PdO晶粒增大,从而导致催化剂活性下降. 相似文献

The heat capacity of 9.70 and 11.35 mol% yttria stabilized zirconia ((ZrO2)1–x(Y2O3)x; x=0.0970, 0.1135) was measured by adiabatic calorimetry between 13 and 300 K, and some thermodynamic functions were calculated and given in a table. A large excess heat capacity extending from the lowest temperature to room temperature with a broad maximum at about 75 K was found in comparison with the heat capacity calculated from those of pure zirconia and yttria on the basis of simple additivity rule. The shape of the excess heat capacity is very similar to the Schottky anomaly, which may be attributed to a softening of lattice vibration. The amount of the excess heat capacity decreased with increasing yttria doping, while the maximum temperature did not vary. The relationships among the excess heat capacity, defect structure and interatomic force constants, and also the role of oxygen vacancy were discussed.This revised version was published online in November 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date. 相似文献

An impedancemetry method is employed to investigate a porous gold electrode in contact with a solid oxygen-conducting electrolyte on the basis of zirconium dioxide of the same cationic composition, whose samples differ in the oxygen content. Upon reaching a stationary state, the interphase oxygen exchange rate is independent of the previous treatment and oxygen stoichiometry of the sample. The results are linked to the existence on the electrolyte surface of a layer whose structure differs from the bulk structure. 相似文献

Y2O3 has a crystal structure of c-type rare-earth oxide. Y2O3 does not show an oxide ionic conductivity. On the other hand, CeO2 based oxide is one of the most interesting of the fluorite oxides since the ionic conductivity of it is higher than that of yttria-stabilized zirconia. However, CeO2 based oxides are partially reduced and develop electronic conductivity under reduced atmosphere.In this study, the effective index for the improvement of ionic conductivity in Y2O3 and CeO2 systems was defined using ionic radii from the viewpoint of crystallography. Experimental results from high-energy ball milling of alumina-yttria powder mixtures have been analyzed with models collected from the literature. Depending on the milling conditions, either there is formation of an intermediate phase in the alumina-yttria system (yttrium aluminum perovskite, YAP), or the sample becomes mostly amorphous. Variations due to milling tool material can be accounted for by local models based on the Hertzian theory of elastic bodies, but the effects of changing mills are poorly accounted for by published models. Therefore, the concept of an impact frequency distribution over the energy spectrum is introduced as a tool for studying the characteristics of the mills. The pressure on the powder trapped between two colliding bodies has been found to be the factor deciding the outcome of the process. The threshold behavior of the system yields an amorphous structure for low pressures, and formation of YAP when impact pressures exceed the threshold value. 相似文献

Nanophase europium-doped yttrium carbonate precursors are subjected to heat treatments, ranging from 300 °C to 1100 °C for dwell times of 5 min, 30 min, and 180 min. XRD, TEM, FT-IR, fluorescence, fluorescence excitation, and fluorescence lifetime measurements are used to characterize the materials. Upon heating, the material transitions through several amorphous stages until it reaches the crystalline cubic Y2O3 phase. DSC measurements show an exothermic transition at 665.7 °C, indicating the formation of crystalline Y2O3. The grain size development is fitted by the relaxation equation and yields an activation energy of 50.3 kJ/mol. The amorphous phases are characterized by inhomogenously broadened optical spectra. Heating up to 700 °C leads to an increased fluorescence lifetime (from about 1 ms to 2.4 ms). As the material is heated to higher temperatures and completes the formation of the crystalline cubic Y2O3 phase, the optical spectra become narrower and the fluorescence lifetime decreases to about 1.2 ms. 相似文献

采用浸渍法制备了Pt/γ-Al2O3和Rh/CeO2-ZrO2-Y2O3,然后将两者按一定的比例混合制江涂覆在蜂窝载体上制得整体式催化剂,用汽车尾气模拟气对催化剂的性能进行了评价. 结果表明,Pt/γ-Al2O3催化剂中引入Rh/CeO2-ZrO2-Y2O3组分后极大地提高了催化剂的低温活性和热稳定性,催化剂的起燃温度仅为240 ℃; 在900 ℃水热老化后,催化剂的起燃温度仅升高约20%. 这说明Pt/γ-Al2O3与Rh/CeO2-ZrO2-Y2O3之间存在一定的协同效应. 相似文献
