A high order energy preserving scheme for the strongly coupled nonlinear Schrōdinger system 下载免费PDF全文
A high order energy preserving scheme for a strongly coupled nonlinear Schrōdinger system is roposed by using the average vector field method. The high order energy preserving scheme is applied to simulate the soliton evolution of the strongly coupled Schrōdinger system. Numerical results show that the high order energy preserving scheme can well simulate the soliton evolution, moreover, it preserves the discrete energy of the strongly coupled nonlinear Schrōdinger system exactly. 相似文献

Exact solution of Schrdinger equation with q-deformed quantum potentials using Nikiforov–Uvarov method 下载免费PDF全文
In this paper,we present the exact solution of the one-dimensional Schrdinger equation for the q-deformed quantum potentials via the Nikiforov–Uvarov method. The eigenvalues and eigenfunctions of these potentials are obtained via this method. The energy equations and the corresponding wave functions for some special cases of these potentials are briefly discussed. The PT-symmetry and Hermiticity for these potentials are also discussed. 相似文献

ABSTRACTWe present a simple coarse-grained model in which each amino acid residue is represented by one coarse-grained particle for interacting protein complex. In order to determine the coarse-grained potential function of the interaction between amino acid residues, free energy profile as a function of the distance between amino acid side chains is investigated by using all-atom molecular dynamics simulations with thermodynamic integration method. The Langevin dynamics simulation with Gō-like model and our coarse-grained model reproduces homotetramer complex structure of GCN4-pLI and shows that interaction between hydrophobic amino acid residues promote the association of GCN4-pLI monomers. 相似文献

Novel exact solutions of coupled nonlinear Schrōdinger equations with time-space modulation 下载免费PDF全文
We construct various novel exact solutions of two coupled dynamical nonlinear Schrōdinger equations. Based on the similarity transformation, we reduce the coupled nonlinear Schrōdinger equations with time-and space-dependent potentials, nonlinearities, and gain or loss to the coupled dynamical nonlinear Schrrdinger equations. Some special types of non-travelling wave solutions, such as periodic, resonant, and quasiperiodically oscillating solitons, are used to exhibit the wave propagations by choosing some arbitrary functions. Our results show that the number of the localized wave of one component is always twice that of the other one. In addition, the stability analysis of the solutions is discussed numerically. 相似文献

In this paper, we study the Cauchy problem of the inhomogeneous energy-critical Schrōdinger equation: iаtu=-△u-k(x)|u|4/N-2u,N≥3. Using the potential well method, we establish some new sharp criteria for blow-up of solutions in tile nonradial case. In particular, our conclusion in some sense improves on the results in [Kenig and Merle, invent. Math. 166, 645-675 (2006)], where only the radial case is considered in dimensions 3. 4. 5. 相似文献
