ZnO naorods on ZnO-coated seed substrates were fabricated by solution chemical method from Zn(NO3)2/NaOH under assisted electrical field. The working mechanism of electrical field was analyzed and the factors affecting the rod growth such as potential, precursor concentration and growth temperature were elucidated. The structural and optical properties are characterized by SEM, TEM, XRD, HRTEM and UV-vis. The results indicated that the nanorods have wurtzite structure without electrical field and are primarily of zincite structure under electrical field; when the electrical field is 1.1-1.3 V, not only the elevation of ion diffusion and adsorption lower the crystallite/solution interfacial energy and then the crystal nucleation barrier by increasing charge intensity, but also the production of H+ through oxidation of OH increases properly the degree of solution supersaturation near the substrate, and thus lowers the activation energy. Both the two processes do favor to rod growth. With increasing precursor concentration in this system, the average diameter and length of ZnO nanorods increase, leading to decreasing of optical transmittance. The maximum rod growth rate at given concentration of Zn2+ occurs at a specific temperature.  相似文献

Ordered porous TiO2 films, including TiO2 nanotube arrays, are fabricated by a sol-gel dip-coating approach via ZnO nanorod templates obtained from aqueous solution approach. The results indicate that the morphologies of ordered porous TiO2 films have been great affected by the sol-gel dip-coating cycle number. Open-ended TiO2 nanotube arrays can be obtained in optimum dip-coating cycle numbers. The TiO2 nanotubes with the inner diameter matching well with the diameters of ZnO nanorods, are well assembled and separate each other. When the cycle number is less than this optimum value, no intact porous TiO2 film can be obtained. As the cycle number is larger than this optimum value, an ordered porous TiO2 film with many throughout holes is formed. The evolutive mechanism of ordered porous TiO2 films is proposed.  相似文献

A simple and facile method was reported to synthesize lead oxide nanorods. Nanorods of lead oxide were obtained directly from grinding solid metal salt and sodium hydroxide in agate mortar with the assistance of a suitable nonionic surfactant in only one step, which is different from the result of hydroxide in solution. The product has been characterized by XRD, TEM and SEM. The formation mechanism of rod-like morphology is discussed and the surfactant plays an important soft-template role in modifying the interface of solid-state reaction and according process of rod-formation.  相似文献

Phthalocyanine (Pc) complexes are an important class of dyes with numerous (e.g., biological, photophysical, and analytical) applications. Among the methods used to improve the properties of these complexes, one should mention the introduction of different substituents, variation of the central metal ion, ligand exchange, and conjugation to nanomaterials (e.g., carbon-based nanomaterials and metal nanoparticles (NPs)). This work briefly reviews Pc complex conjugation to Ag and Au NPs, highlights the different NP shapes, and discusses the diversity of conjugation approaches. Moreover, the use of UV–Vis spectroscopy, powder X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, dynamic light scattering and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy to characterize Pc-NP hybrids is summarized. The effect of conjugation on Pc photo-physicochemical properties (fluorescence, singlet oxygen generation, triplet state formation, and optical limiting behavior) is discussed, and future perspectives for the synthesis and applications of new hybrids are provided.  相似文献

在氢氧化钡和氢氧化锶水溶液/Triton X-100/环己烷/正己醇四元W/O型反相微乳液中制备了钛酸锶钡纳米棒, 研究了ω0值(水与表面活性剂Triton X-100的物质的量之比)、反应物浓度、陈化时间对产品形貌和尺寸的影响, 用TEM, SAED, SEM, EDS和XRD等技术对产品进行了表征. 结果表明, 所得Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3纳米棒长约500~1200 nm、直径约为50~120 nm; 具有立方相单晶结构. 产品中钡、锶、钛的物质的量之比约为0.7∶0.3∶1.  相似文献

以Na2WO4和CdCl2为主要原料,在130 ℃水热制备了CdWO4纳米棒,并用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、粉末X射线衍射(XRD)和能谱元素分析(EDS)对产物进行了表征。结果表明,产物为长约100 nm,直径10~30 nm的CdWO4纳米棒。研究了不同反应条件下制备的CdWO4纳米棒的光致发光性能。  相似文献

The fabrication of a localized surface plasmon resonance nanosensor in a chip based format that utilizes Au nanorods (GNRs) as the optical transducer were systematically studied. (3-mercaptopropyl)trimethoxysilane (MPTMS) modified glass substrate offers GNR deposition with maximal sensitivity to local refractive index changes, which subsequently results in better optical recognition of receptor–analyte binding. Kinetics governing the mass transport and chemisorption of nanorods from bulk to solid surface can be dynamically controlled in a predictable fashion. We demonstrate that slight aggregation induced by a low ionic strength (5 mM NaCl) can facilitate the nanorod assembly to result in a dense, well-distributed surface monolayer. In high ionic media (e.g. 40–80 mM), anions present electrostatically bind with the positively charged cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) surrounding nanorod surfaces, thereby leading to instability with heavy aggregation in solution. However, once chemically bound on silanized substrates, the nanorods exhibit excellent stability in physiological buffer where high amount of ionic species are present. The fundamental study is followed by demonstration of a practical application of the fabricated biochip in label-free detection based on GNR wavelength shift of the longitudinal palsmon maxima as the optical signature of human IgG model detection.  相似文献

采用种子生长法制备金纳米棒(AuNRs)以构建光学传感器,用于 Fe3+和 Cu2+的高选择性快速可视化检测。在酸性环境中,Fe3+和 Cu2+通过与 KI溶液反应,将 I-氧化成 I2。I2刻蚀 AuNRs,导致其纵向表面等离子体共振(LSPR)吸收峰蓝移,从而实现对Fe3+和Cu2+的检测。结果表明,反应温度为50℃时,添加0.8 mL 0.1 mol·L-1 HCl、2 mL AuNRs生长液和20 mmol·L-1 KI溶液,与 2 mL 500 μmol·L-1 Fe3+或 30 μmol·L-1 Cu2+反应 25或 90 min,可将 AuNRs刻蚀至 LSPR 吸收峰消失。该方法对 Fe3+和 Cu2+检测具有高选择性和准确性,对于 Fe3+、Cu2+共存体系的检测,可通过加入适量 F-与 Fe3+生成配合物[FeF6]3-完成对 Fe3+的化学掩蔽,消除Fe3+的干扰,实现共存体系中Cu2+的准确检测。  相似文献
