利用次氯酸根(ClO-)的氧化性质和Cu+与Cu2+不同的配位性质,一种高效的可用于探测ClO-的铜离子化合物CS1被合成出来。通过吸收和发射光谱系统地研究了CS1对ClO-的传感性能。结果表明,在Cu+存在条件下,CS1的光谱强烈受到OCl-影响:最大吸收峰从396 nm红移到545 nm(Δλ=149 nm);520nm处的荧光强度降低近25倍。以Cu+和ClO-为输入信号,以470 nm和396 nm吸收峰比值(A470/A396)为输出信号,构建了一个基于CS1的AND逻辑门,并且可以用乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐(EDTA)对其进行简单重置。 相似文献

In France, hot water quality control inside buildings is occasionally assured by disinfection treatments using sodium hypochlorite (between 0.5 and 1 ppm residual free chlorine). This disinfectant is a strong oxidizer and it could interact with metallic and polymer pipes used in hot water systems. To assess the long-term performance of these pipes, it is then necessary to study the impact of these treatments on the material behaviour, in particular for polymeric materials, even at relatively low disinfectant concentrations as used in potable water treatments. The objective of this work was to study the influence of sodium hypochlorite concentration on PERT/Al/PERT (PolyEthylene Raised Temperature) pipe degradation. Pipe samples were filled with chlorinated water solutions (concentrations ranging between 0 and 100 ppm) and maintained in static conditions during 270 days at 70 °C. The antioxidant depletion profile through a PERT wall was monitored using the oxidation induction time (OIT) method, which is a conventional technique of Differential Scanning Calorimetry. Chemical changes on the aged polymer were checked by Infrared Spectrometry. OIT change showed that the PERT stabilizing system was rapidly chemically consumed by the action of chlorinated water at 25 and 100 ppm concentrations. However, PERT degradation was strictly confined to the immediate inner wall. Only a 0.3 mm thick layer (inner part of the pipe) showed significant antioxidant depletion. An increase of the OH and C-O-C infrared bands was also observed on inner part of any samples during ageing which characterize the oxidation of the PERT on the inner wall. 相似文献

Abstract A highly selective and sensitive method is described for the determination of para- as well as ortho-isomers of aminophenol. The method involves oxidative coupling of aminophenol with Berthelot hypochlorite-alkaline phenol reagents. The reaction yielded a blue chromophose with p-aminophenol (∑=10,000 at 633 nm) and a dark green chromophore with o-aminophenol (∑=1436 at 845 nm). 次氯酸根(ClO~-)在人体免疫系统中发挥着重要的作用,其识别与检测备受关注。本文设计合成了一种含有喹唑啉酮骨架的腙型荧光探针(HEMQ),并通过~1H NMR、~(13)C NMR、高分辨质谱(HRMS)表征了其结构。探针HEMQ在V(乙醇)∶V(水)=1∶1(c(PBS)=0.02 mol/L,pH=8.7)溶液中对ClO~-具有良好的选择性且响应快速,荧光发生显著猝灭。探针HEMQ对ClO~-具有较高的灵敏度,检测限为1.0×10-4mol/L。此外,ClO~-可引起探针溶液由黄色到无色的颜色变化,因此HEMQ可作为比色、荧光双通道响应的ClO~-探针。 相似文献

用原子矩阵法探讨了次氯酸钠水溶液的不稳定性及其影响因素。结果表明,NaClO的强氧化性主要是靠NaClO分解出的原子氧[O]而得以体现,反应时间越长,分解越彻底,次氯酸钠水溶液的反应宏观表现为准一级反应,浓度和温度都不同程度地影响了次氯酸钠水溶液的稳定性。 相似文献

A chemiluminescence method for the determination of folic acid by the sodium hypochlorite–folic acid–semicarbazide hydrochloride system with a new flow injection technique has been established. The new method can perform simple, sensitive and rapid determinations of folic acid. The response to the concentration of folic acid, in the range of 1.0×10−75.0×10−5 g/ml, is linear. The relative standard deviation of the method is 2.3% (Cs=4.0×10−6 g/ml, n=11). The detection limit is 2.7×10−8 g/ml. This method is suitable for automatic and continuous analysis, and has been successfully tested for the determination of folic acid in a folic acid tablet. 相似文献
