A capacitive sensing method based on electropolymerized o-phenylenediamine film doped with pentoxyverine ion-pair complex as selective element was successfully developed for the determination of pentoxyverine. Ion-pair complex, pentoxyverine-tetraphenylborate or pentoxyverine-picrolonate, was embedded in electropolymerized o-phenylenediamine film by electropolymerizing technique. The effects of working frequency and test solution pH on the detection of pentoxyverine were investigated in detail and optimized. For the sensor modified with pentoxyverine-tetraphenylborate, calibration curve was linear over the concentration range of 5.0×10−7 to 1.0×10−4 M with a detection limit of 1.0×10−7 M at pH 7. The proposed sensor exhibited high selectivity and sensitivity to pentoxyverine. The results in sample analysis confirmed the usefulness of the proposed ISC sensor for quantitative analysis, and also indicated that this method might find applications in the assay of other drugs. 相似文献

Abstract The use of liquid and poly(vinyl-chloride) membrane electrodes which are sensitive and reasonably selective for pentoxyverine determination is described here. The electrodes are based on the use of pentoxyverine-picrate, pentoxyverine-picrolonate and pentoxyverine-tetraphenylborate ion association complexes as electroactive materials in nitrobenzene or in poly(vinyl chloride) matrix. These electrodes show near Nernstian response values in different concentration ranges, depending on the nature of the used counter-ions, at 3.3–7.8 pH range. Potentiometric determination of pentoxyverine citrate with use of these electrodes gives good results which later on are compared with those obtained by non-aqueous titration. 相似文献

In this work, CE separation with end-column Ru(bpy)3(2+) ECL detection for the quantitative determination of pentoxyverine was firstly performed. The experimental conditions, such as the applied potential, injection voltage, injection time, and the pH of separation buffer, were discussed in detail. Gold nanoparticles were found to enhance the ECL intensity at an appropriate volume ratio of nanogold with Ru(bpy)3(2+) but without changing their nanoproperties proved by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and UV-vis spectra. The detection limits with or without nanogold were 6 nM and 0.6 microM, respectively. Successful separation of pentoxyverine, chlorpheniramine, and lidocaine was achieved. This method was also applied to monitor drug binding with HSA, and the binding constant for pentoxyverine was estimated as 1.8 x 10(3)/M. 相似文献
