在盐酸介质中 ,高锰酸钾可氧化多巴酚丁胺产生化学发光 ,甲醛对该反应有较强的增敏作用 ,据此 ,建立了流动注射化学发光法测定多巴酚丁胺的方法 ;方法的线性范围为0.1~100mg·L -1,检出限为0.07mg·L -1 ,相对标准偏差为1.2 %(n=11,ρ=1.0mg·L -1) ;该法用于药物中多巴酚丁胺含量的测定 ,结果令人满意。  相似文献

多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极测定多巴酚丁胺的研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
研究了多巴酚丁胺在多壁碳纳米管修饰电极上的电化学行为,建立了一种直接测定多巴酚丁胺的电化学方法。在0.3mol·L-1H2SO4底液中,氧化峰电位为0.57V(vs.Ag/AgCl),峰电流与多巴酚丁胺的浓度在5.0×10-8~1.0×10-5mol·L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系。该法的检出限为3.0×10-8mol·L-1。平均回收率为99.15%。1.0×10-5mol·L-1多巴酚丁胺平行测定8次的标准偏差为4.8%。用拟定的方法测定了多巴酚丁胺注射液中多巴酚丁胺的含量,结果满意。  相似文献

Summary Dobutamine is one of the synthetic catecholamines acting directly onβ 1-receptors. For the analysis of dobutamine in rat plasma samples, a selective and sensitive liquid chromatographic method is described. After a simple liquid-liquid extraction, separation of the analyte was performed using a reversed-phase ion-pair system with an octyl modified silica column. The solute was detected by fluorescence detection, applying an excitation wavelength of 285nm and an emission wavelength of 313nm. The (im)possibilities of the application of the normally used assays for the isolation, concentration and quantitation of catecholamines are discussed. By the addition of a minimum amount of modifier to the mobile phase, the selectivity of the system was increased significantly. With this method the detection limit is 9ng/ml in 0.2ml plasma samples. The application of the method is shown in rat plasma samples by measuring the concentration-time curves to establish plasma level-effect relationships for this drug.  相似文献

在玻碳电极(GCE)上制备了聚对氨基吡啶(POAP)修饰膜电极,并研究了多巴酚丁胺(DBTM)在POAP电极上的电化学行为。POAP修饰电极对DBTM的氧化有良好的电催化作用。循环伏安(CV)图上出现两个氧化峰(P1,P2)和一个还原峰(P3)。在最佳实验条件下,P1氧化峰电流与DBTM浓度在9.12×10-10~8.15×10-7mol L和3.19×10-6~3.40×10-5mol L范围内呈良好线性关系,开路富集5min检出限可达9.12×10-11mol L。  相似文献

Ionophoric, extraction, acidic and hydrophobic properties of 3-(4-tolylazo)phenylboronic acid (TAPBA) were studied. Determined Kd value equals to 36±2, pKa equals to 8.6±0.5. TAPBA extracts dobutamine from water into chloroform and transports it across a bulk chloroform membrane. The recovery is 83% (pH=7.5), the transport rate – (6.5±0.5)×10−7 mol/h. 1H and 13C NMR data confirm the formation of an 1:1 complex between arylboronic acid and catecholamine. TAPBA was used as electrode-active component of plasticized membrane electrodes with cationic and anionic responses to catecholamines and phenolic acids, respectively. For the diethyl sebacate-plasticized membrane, a slope of electrode function to dobutamine is 56±2 mV/decade; the detection limit is 1.3×10−5 mol/l; the linear range – 5×10−5–1×10−2 mol/l; the working pH-range – 4.8–7.6; the response time – 5–10 s. ISE gives incomplete cationic function to less lipophilic catecholamines. The membrane with cationic additive shows an anionic response to caffeic acid in wide pH range.  相似文献

A novel voltammetric biosensor based on nano‐TiO2/nafion/carbon nanoparticles modified glassy carbon electrode (TiO2/N/CNP/GCE) was developed for the determination of dobutamine (DBA). Characterization of the surface morphology and property of TiO2/N/CNP layer was carried out by the scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy. The electrochemical performance of the modified electrode was investigated by means of the cyclic voltammetry, differential pulse voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy techniques. Effective experimental variables, such as the scan rate, pH of the supporting electrolyte, drop size of the casted modifier suspension and accumulation conditions of DBA on the surface of TiO2/N/CNP/GCE were optimized. Under the optimized conditions, a significant electrochemical improvement was observed toward the electro‐oxidation of DBA on the surface of TiO2/N/CNP/GCE compared to the bare GCE. Under the optimized conditions, a wide linear dynamic range (6 nM–1 µM) with a low detection limit of 2 nM for DBA was resulted. The prepared modified electrode shows high sensitivity, stability and good reproducibility in the determination of DBA concentrations. Satisfactory results were obtained for DBA analysis in the pharmaceutical and clinical preparations using TiO2/N/CNP/GCE.  相似文献

在0.1mol/L H2SO4底液中,用碳糊电极吸附伏安法测定多巴酚丁胺,阳极峰电位为0.46V(υS.SCE),峰电流与多巴酚丁胺的浓度在3.0×10-9~1.0×10-6mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系.该法检测下限为1.5×10-9mol/L,回收范围为94.00%~102.59%,相对标准偏差为3.1%(n=9).本文还对反应机理进行了初步探讨.  相似文献
