利用恒电位电解技术,直接从无支持电解质的AgNO3和Cu(NO3)2混合溶液中,在钛片表面上沉积具有松树枝状结构的双金属Ag-Cu纳米颗粒。SEM图像表明,树枝长度随铜比例的增加而增加;随着电解的不断进行,双金属纳米颗粒直接沉积于树叶顶端,形成花蕊芯状结构。松树枝状结构的形成是Ag+和Cu2+的扩散过程与电迁移过程共同作用的结果。研究了肼在这种双金属Ag-Cu纳米颗粒上的循环伏安特性,结果表明,肼在这种以钛为基体的树枝状双金属Ag79Cu21,Ag71Cu29和Ag54Cu46纳米电极表面上的吸附为多层吸附,由此建立超低浓度肼的电化学检测法,在1mol·L-1NaOH溶液中的检测下限分别为0.0941、0.0369和0.264μmol·L-1。 相似文献

A novel Ti-supported gold catalyst (nanoAu/Ti) with a nanoporous 3D texture has been fabricated using a hydrothermal method. Au particles were stably deposited on the Ti surface from the mixture of aqueous tetrachlororoauric acid and polyethylene glycol at 180 °C. Voltammetry (CV) and chronoamperometry were used to characterize the nanoAu/Ti electrode and assess its electroactivity towards glucose oxidation. Compared to polycrystalline Au, the nanoAu/Ti electrode shows similar CV profiles in alkaline solution. However, in an alkaline solution containing 10 mM glucose, the nanoAu/Ti electrode presents much higher anodic current densities and a more negative onset potential (ca. ?0.75 V) for glucose oxidation than a bulk Au electrode. Analysis for Tafel plot of the nanoAu/Ti electrode shows that electro-oxidation of glucose takes place via a one-electron rate-determining step. Results indicate a high and (relatively) stable electrocatalytic activity of the nanoAu/Ti for glucose oxidation. 相似文献

Consider the determination of Dirichlet-to-Neumann (D-to-N) map from the far-field pattern in inverse scattering problems, which is the key step in some recently developed inversion schemes such as probe method. Essentially, this problem is related to the reconstruction of the scattered wave from its far-field data. We firstly prove the well-known uniqueness result of the D-to-N map from the far-field pattern using a new scheme based on the mixed reciprocity principle. The advantage of this new proof scheme is that it provides an efficient algorithm for computing the D-to-N map, avoiding the numerical differentiation for the scattered wave. Then combining with the classical potential theory, a simple and feasible regularizing reconstruction scheme for the D-to-N map is proposed. Finally the stability estimate for the reconstruction with noisy input data is rigorously analyzed. 相似文献

We theoretically and numerically studied the transmission of light through a subwavelength-perforated metal film in the presence of an external magnetic field. The perforated metal films are found to exhibit a magnetoinduced light transparency due to cyclotron resonance. The localized waveguide surface plasmon (SP) resonance mode and periodicity-structure-factor-induced SP resonance mode are discussed by application of a static magnetic field. The field distributions are localized separately on the left and right metal-air surfaces for structure-factor-induced resonance mode. And for localized cavities resonance mode, standing electromagnetic fields can also be entirely localized inside the nanohole region. 相似文献

Directly monitoring mitophagy-specific viscosity dynamic in living cells is of great significance but remains challenging. Herein, this study reported a novel mitochondria-targeted fluorescent probe DPAC-DY based on vibration-induced emission (VIE) for monitoring viscosity changes during mitochondrial autophagy. This probe contained N,N'-diphenyl- dihydrodibenzo[a,c]phenazine (DPAC) as the VIE core and two positively charged pyridinium moieties for mitochondria anchoring. As the ambient viscosity increased, the vibration of DPAC-DY could be hindered, and subsequently resulting in the enhancement of fluorescence emission. In vitro and intracellular experiments indicated that the probe DPAC-DY showed highly sensitive response to viscosity due to VIE mechanism. Importantly, by virtue of this probe, in situ and real-time visualization of the specific viscosity dynamics during the mitochondrial autophagy process was achieved. Thus, this work provides a novel strategy for VIE-based viscosity response sensors applied to specific organelles and offers a platform for in-depth study of mitochondrial viscosity-related diseases. 相似文献
