通过采用预估校正的时域有限差分法求解麦克斯韦-布洛赫方程,我们研究了飞秒激光脉冲在三能级有机分子(4,4-二甲氨基二苯乙烯分子)介质中传播时脉冲的频谱演化情况.在单光子共振情况下,即入射脉冲频率等于1、2能级之间的共振频率,对大面积入射脉冲,由于强的二次激发的作用,电场频谱中出现了在ω32附近振荡的频率成分,ω32是2、3能级之间的共振频率,说明对大面积入射脉冲二能级模型已经失效,需要采用多能级模型来描述分子介质.在双光子共振情况下,即入射脉冲频率等于1、3能级之间的共振频率的一半,由于介质中放大的自发辐射和四波混频的作用,部分入射脉冲能量转化为高频和低频电场成分的能量,分子介质表现出了很强的光功率限幅特性.  相似文献

A novel method of obtaining shearing interferogram by slightly moving the crystal in a photorefractive interferometer is proposed. This method can measure the phase of an object itself instead of its diffraction field, and it is easy to realize continuously changeable shearing distance in any lateral direction and introduce carrier fringes at the same time. A simple and sensitive method was conducted for the determination of trace amounts of proteins with benzeneazo-8-acetylamino-1-naphthol-3,6-disulfonic acid sodium salt (azophloxine, AP) using a Rayleigh light-scattering (RLS) technique. At pH 2.60 and in the presence of an emulsifier OP microemulsion, the RLS of AP can be greatly enhanced by proteins, owing to the interaction between AP and protein. The enhanced intensity is proportional to the concentration of proteins. Four proteins, including bovine serum albumin (BSA), human serum albumin (HSA), lysozyme (Lys) and gamma globulin (gamma-G) have been tested. For example, the linear range of BSA was 0 - 0.06 microg mL(-1) with detection limits of 2.38 ng mL(-1). The method was applied to the analysis of protein in human urine and penicillin samples with satisfactory results. The relative standard deviation was in all instances less than 4.0%, and the recovery was in the range of 97.5 - 104%.  相似文献

It is established that the unilateral Hele-Shaw problem for flows in a channel when there is bulk anisotropy and Saffman–Taylor boundary conditions on the free boundary can be reduced to the isotropic case using a linear non-orthogonal coordinate transformation. Correspondingly, any exact solution of the Hele-Shaw problem for an isotropic medium generates a set of solutions for an anisotropic medium for arbitrary orientation of the principal axes of the permeability tensor with respect to the direction of the channel axis.  相似文献

在相对论σ-ω-ρ模型的平均场近似下, 研究了质子中子星物质在均熵状态下的组成、温度和物态方程. 如给定每一个重子的熵, 一些热力学量的值将随重子密度的增加而增加, 当考虑超子时, 这些值会减小. 给定重子密度, 中子在S=2时的组分比S=1时的小, 而质子、电子、μ子在S=2时的组分比S=1时的大, 特别是在低密度区域. S是每个重子的熵. 保持重子密度不变, 在低密度区域, 超子在S=2时的组分比S=1时的大, 在高密度区域则相反. 同样, 在同一重子密度处, S=2时的温度、能量密度及压强分别比S=1时的大. 另外, 有限熵对粒子组分和温度的影响比对质子中子星物质的物态方程的影响大. 还研究了反粒子的贡献, 他们确实很小.  相似文献

We study the variation of the gain and the differential gain for a quantum well laser based on the CdZnTe alloys. We calculate theoretically the optical gain of CdZnTe based quantum well laser, as function of the alloys composition for various values of carrier’s densities. Our study is based on the parabolic model with the intraband relaxation taken into account. Finally, we investigate how the composition alloys affects the differential gain of quantum well lasers.  相似文献

The conductivity of acceptor-doped LaNbO4 has been investigated in the temperature range 300 to 1200 °C as a function of the oxygen pressure and water vapor pressure by means of impedance spectroscopy and EMF measurements. The conductivity is predominantly ionic below 800 °C in air and for higher temperatures under reducing conditions. Protons are the major ionic charge carrier in the presence of water vapor. A maximum in proton conductivity of ∼ 0.001 S/cm was obtained at 950 °C in atmospheres containing ca 2% H2O. At high temperatures (> 1000 °C) under oxidizing conditions, electron hole conduction prevails. The conductivity has been modeled assuming that oxygen vacancies and protons compensate the acceptor doping. Transport coefficients describing mobility of defects and thermodynamic constants for the incorporation of protons have been derived.  相似文献
