白光横向平顶光束在定向背光式自由立体显示器中有重要应用.本文提出一种采用带蝶形小孔阵列的衍射掩模片获得白光横向平顶光束的方法.根据广义惠更斯-菲涅耳衍射积分和多波长叠加原理,推导出光强分布计算式.设计一套实验装置,数值模拟并实验验证出射光束在不同距离的横向光强分布以及小孔蝶形凹度(蝶形中心高度与边长的比值)对横向光强分布的影响.结果表明:当选择小孔蝶形凹度为0.50—0.66时,可以得到平顶因子F 0.89的白光横向平顶光束,横向平顶光束的宽度随着传输距离的增大而增大,而平顶因子基本不变.实验还发现柱面透镜的折射色散和衍射色散可以互相抵消,使白光横向平顶光束基本无色散. 相似文献

Ag nanostructures on TiO2 films were deposited by RF magnetron sputtering under variable deposition parameters, such as DC potential, RF-power and total pressure. The concentration, shape, and distribution of the deposited nanostructures and continuous Ag films on thin films of TiO2 can be tailored by careful variation of the deposition parameters. Controllable clusterlike, islandlike and film Ag structures on TiO2 film were obtained, respectively. DC potential was found as an appropriate parameter to tailor the change of Ag nanostructure and the overall Ag amount. Scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) is not only an excellent tool for the study of static geometric structures and electronic
structures of surfaces due to its high spatial and energy resolution, but also a powerful tool for the study of surface dynamic
behaviors, including surface diffusion, molecular rotation, and surface chemical reactions. Because of the limitation of the
scanning speed, the video-STM technique cannot study the fast dynamic processes. Alternatively, a time-dependent tunneling
current, I-t curve, method is employed in the research of fast dynamic processes. Usually, this method can detect about 1000 times faster
dynamic processes than the traditional video-STM method. When placing the STM tip over a certain interesting position on the
sample surface, the changing of tunneling current induced by the surface dynamic phenomena can be recorded as a function of
time. In this article, we review the applications of the time-dependent tunneling current method to the studies of surface
dynamic phenomena in recent years, especially on surface diffusion, molecular rotation, molecular switching, and chemical

Structural optimization and segregation behavior of quaternary alloy nanoparticles based on simulated annealing algorithm 下载免费PDF全文
Alloy nanoparticles exhibit higher catalytic activity than monometallic nanoparticles, and their stable structures are of importance to their applications. We employ the simulated annealing algorithm to systematically explore the stable structure and segregation behavior of tetrahexahedral Pt–Pd–Cu–Au quaternary alloy nanoparticles. Three alloy nanoparticles consisting of 443 atoms, 1417 atoms, and 3285 atoms are considered and compared. The preferred positions of atoms in the nanoparticles are analyzed. The simulation results reveal that Cu and Au atoms tend to occupy the surface, Pt atoms preferentially occupy the middle layers, and Pd atoms tend to segregate to the inner layers. Furthermore, Au atoms present stronger surface segregation than Cu ones. This study provides a fundamental understanding on the structural features and segregation phenomena of multi-metallic nanoparticles. 相似文献

Layered LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 cathode material is synthesized via a sol-gel method and subsequently surface-modified with Eu2O3 layer by a wet chemical process. The effect of Eu2O3 coating on the electrochemical performances and thermal stability of LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2@Eu2O3 cells is investigated systematically by the charge/discharge testing, cyclic voltammograms, AC impedance spectroscopy, and DSC measurements, respectively. In comparison, the Eu2O3-coated sample demonstrates better electrochemical performances and thermal stability than that of the pristine one. After 100 cycles at 1C, the Eu2O3-coated LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 cathode demonstrates stable cyclability with capacity retention of 92.9 %, which is higher than that (75.5 %) of the pristine one in voltage range 3.0–4.6 V. Analysis from the electrochemical measurements reveals that the remarkably improved performances of the surface-modified composites are mainly ascribed to the presence of Eu2O3-coating layer, which could efficiently suppress the undesirable side reaction and increasing impedance, and enhance the structural stability of active material. 相似文献

通过制作亲碳性铟锡氧化物(ITO)/Ti复合电极,改善移植型碳纳米管(CNT)冷阴极的导电电极与CNT膜层之间附着性能,从而消除CNT与电极间的界面势垒和非欧姆接触对CNT阴极场发射均匀性和稳定性的影响.采用磁控溅射技术和丝网印刷工艺制作了ITO/Ti基CNT阴极.用X射线衍射仪和场致发射扫描电子显微镜表征CNT阴极结构,结果显示热处理后的ITO/Ti基CNT阴极中可能有TiC相生成,从而使得导电电极与CNT形成有中间物的强作用体系.该体系降低甚至消除电极与CNT之间的界面势垒,增加了CNT与电极间形成欧姆接触的概率.用四探针技术分析电阻率,结果表明ITO/Ti复合电极具有电阻并联效果,CNT阴极导电性能提高.场致发射特性测试表明ITO/Ti基CNT阴极的场致发射电流达到384μA/cm2,较普通ITO基CNT阴极的场致发射电流有显著提高,能够激发测试阳极发出均匀、稳定的高亮度荧光.制作ITO/Ti复合电极是实现场致发射稳定、均匀的低功耗CNT阴极的有效途径. 相似文献
