In the present study, bovine serum albumin (BSA) was successfully covalently immobilized on the surface of anatase TiO2 film by a three-step method, i.e. application of H3PO4 chemisorption to increase surface -OH, which increases the amount of coupling 3-aminopropyl-triethoxylsilane (APTES), thus linking with BSA by imide bond using EDC/NHS/MES. There is no significant -OH group increase on rutile film when using the same method of phosphoric acid treatment, which suggest it is difficult for further chemical modification of the rutile film. After covalent immobilization of BSA on anatase film, an improved hemocompatibility of anti-platelet adhesion and aggregation in vitro could be recognized by LDH and SEM analysis. This study suggests BSA-immobilized anatase surface can serve as hemocompatibility material in vivo.  相似文献

Decellularized allo- or xenogeneic vascular grafts have been found to give more promising results than some biodegradable synthetic polymers. However, owing to absence of well-organized cells, especially confluent endothelial cells, their long-term patency is limited. Seeding vessel-originated cells on these grafts may overcome the deficiency. In this study, canine aortas were decellularized and cross-linked. 4′,6-Diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) and Masson’ trichrome staining showed complete removal of cell debris, while structure integrity of extracellular matrix (ECM) was remained. Human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) and human umbilical artery smooth muscle cells (HUASMCs) were seeded on these decellularized aorta patches in three manners, ECs alone (EC/O), SMCs alone (SMC/O) and ECs on SMCs layer (EC/SMC). In EC/O and SMC/O, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) examination indicated both cells could form confluent layers on the decellularized patches when seeded at high density, but their morphology and alignment changed with seeding density. In EC/SMC, ECs could grow well on SMCs layer, but their morphology, alignment, and confluence degree were deeply influenced by the density of SMCs beneath.  相似文献

Co nanoparticles embedded in a BaTiO3 matrix, namely Co-BaTiO3 nano-composite films are grown on Mg(100) single crystal substrates by the pulsed laser deposition (PLD) method at 650℃. Optical properties of the CoBaTiO3 nano-composite films are examined by absorption spectra (AS) and photoluminescence (PL) spectra. The results indicate that the concentration of Co nano-particles strongly influences the electron transition of the Co BaTiO3 nano-composite films. The PL emission band ranging from 1.9 to 2.2eV is reported. The AS and PL spectra suggest that the band gap is in the range of 3.28-3.7eV.  相似文献

Considering the one-gluon exchange interaction and phenomenological quark confinement potential, an improved light-cone effective Hamiltonian for mesons and the corresponding radial mass eigen equations in angular momentum representation is obtained. Solving the J = 0 eigen equations numerically and using a set of adjustable parameters, the obtained solutions for ground states and radial excited states can simultaneously describe both pseudoscalar and scalar flavour-off-diagonal mesons. Some radial excited states are also predicted and wait for experimental test. More results for the vector and axial vector mesons are expected.  相似文献

We propose two schemes of quantum secure direct communication (QADC) combined ideas of user authentication [Phys. Rev. A 73 (2006) 042305] and direct communication with dense coding [Phys. Rev. A. 68 (2003) 042317]. In these protocols, the privacy of authentication keys and the properties of the EPR pairs not only ensure the realization of identity authentication but also further improve the security of communication, and no secret messages are leaked even if the messages were broken.  相似文献

Co–Al2O3 granular films with a narrow distribution in cluster size of Co clusters embedded in Al2O3 matrix were prepared by sequential deposition based on self-organized growth. Resistivity dependence of giant magnetoresistance (GMR) was studied. The GMR takes a maximum of 5.2% at room temperature and 9.4% at 13 K and 5700 Gs when the resistivity of the sample is 4×105–7×105 μΩ cm. The temperature dependence of resistivities and GMR were discussed especially. A temperature dependence of conductance ρ∼exp[T1/(T+T0)] was found, which indicates the dominant conduction mechanism is fluctuation-induced tunneling. A linear relationship of GMR versus T was observed, GMR=akT, in applied magnetic field 5700 Gs. The remarkable character of temperature dependence of GMR should be due to the special microstructure that the clusters are monodispersed in the films.  相似文献

Two different potential models of molecular dynamics (MD) simulations have been applied to investigate the pressure-volume-temperature (P-V-T) relationship and lattice parameter of NaCl under high pressure and temperature. The first one is the shell model (SM) potentials in which due to the short-range interaction pairs of ions are moved together as is the case in polarization of a crystal due to the motion of the positive and negative ions, and the second one is the two-body rigid-ion Born-Mayer-Huggins-Fumi-Tosi (BMHFT) potentials with full treatment of long-range Coulomb forces. The P-V relationship at 300 K, T-V relationship at zero pressure, and lattice parameter a, have been obtained and compared with the available experimental data and other theoretical results. Compared with SM potentials, the MD simulation with BMHFT potentials is very successful in reproducing accurately the measured volumes of NaCl. At an extended pressure and temperature ranges, P-V relationship under different isotherms at selected temperatures, T-V relationship under different pressures, and lattice parameter a have also been predicted. The properties of NaCl are summarized in the pressure range 0-30 GPa and the temperature up to 2000 K.  相似文献

 运用大轨道电子束,对外开槽同轴波导回旋自谐振放大器进行了线性动力学理论分析和非线性自洽模型模拟。由线性动力学理论分析和非线性模拟得到的结果在线性增长部分吻合得很好。为了有效抑制绝对不稳定性,对电子束流的选择进行了讨论。计算结果表明:对于电压为700 kV, 电流为100 A, 电子束纵横向速度比为0.8的大轨道电子束, TE51外开槽同轴波导回旋自谐振脉塞放大器的峰值功率和峰值效率分别可以达到6.27 MW和8.96%。  相似文献
