Stability of functional differential equations (FDE) is an increasingly important problem in both science and engineering. Delays, whether uniform or non-uniform, play an important role in the dynamics of a system. Since non-uniform delay is more general and less focused than uniform delay, this paper concentrates on the stability of high-order neutral functional differential equations (HNFDE) with non-uniform delay, and proposes a sufficient condition for it. This result may be widely helpful, thanks to the frequent emergence of a HNFDE with non-uniform delay in various fields. Its effectiveness is illustrated by some examples.  相似文献

研究结构化光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)在折射率(RI)呈线性分布的液相介质环境下的响应特性。数值仿真结果表明,结构化FBG的反射谱特性强烈依赖于液相介质折射率(RI)的线性分布函数的某些特征参数,比如液相介质的RI沿FBG轴向的分布梯度、RI在FBG两端的差值等。基于理论仿真结果,建立了结构化FBG在低RI区(1.330~1.360)对液相介质的RI梯度进行测量的线性近似理论模型。通过相关实验研究,证明了理论仿真和分析的合理性及基于结构化FBG的RI梯度传感器在现实应用中的可行性。  相似文献

In this article, based on Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional method and stochastic analysis theory, we obtain some new criteria ensuring mean square stability of trivial solution of a class of impulsive stochastic differential equations with delays. As an application, a class of stochastic impulsive neural network with delays has been discussed. One illustrative example has been provided to show the effectiveness of our results.  相似文献

Reported in this paper are the results of an experiment to produce high-power microwave radiation from a gas-filled backward wave oscillator (BWO) driven by a relativistic electron beam without external guiding magnetic field. A peak power for background gas pressure at 5.25 mTorr has been observed as argon pressure from 0.75 mTorr to 15 mTorr. Operating frequency of the oscillator has been measured at 9.6 ± 0.4 GHz. The results of PIC simulation are in good agreement with the experimental results. A reasonable explanation is given for experimental results by PIC simulation.  相似文献

In this paper, a new method to realize pre-selected harmonic mixer is introduced. It includes a harmonic mixer, and a YIG turning filter (YTF) design. A digital driver is used for YTF, which can realize linearization modification and temperature compensation. We propose a directional coupler design based on coupled cavity waveguide in photonic crystals. The plane wave expansion is used to give the dispersion of the coupled cavity waveguides and two parallel such waveguides. The couple length is got from the dispersion curves. Based on the research of the dispersion, we present a directional coupler and the transmission property is given. This structure is potentially important for highly efficient directional coupler in integrate optical circuit.  相似文献

Based on the generalized Raleigh-Sommerfeld diffraction integral, an analytical nonparaxial propagation formula of a partially coherent dark hollow beam (DHB) in free space is derived. The paraxial approximation is dealt with as a special case of our general result. By using the derived formula, the nonparaxial propagation properties of DHBs are studied and are compared with the paraxial results. It is shown that the nonparaxiality properties of a partially coherent DHB are closely related to its initial beam parameters (i.e., beam waist size, wavelength, coherence length, dark size) and the propagation distance.  相似文献

To minimize traffic congestion, understanding how traffic dynamics depend on network structure is necessary. Many real-world complex systems can be described as multilayer structures. In this paper, we introduce the idea of layers to establish a traffic model of two-layer complex networks. By comparing different two-layer complex networks based on random and scale-free networks, we find that the physical layer is much more important to the network capacity of two-layer complex networks than the logical layer. Two-layer complex networks with a homogeneous physical topology are found to be more tolerant to congestion. Moreover, simulation results show that the heterogeneity of logical and physical topologies makes the packet-delivery process of two-layer networks more efficient in the free-flow state, without the occurrence of traffic congestion.  相似文献
