New complexes,of bis(2,2'-diamino-4,4'-bithiazole)sulfate nickel(Ⅱ) and bis(2,2'-diami-no-4,4'-bithiazole)sulfate cobalt(Ⅱ),have been prepared.The complexes were characterized by infrared and UV-Vis spectroscopy,1H NMR,elemental analyses and molar conductivity.The effect of these complexes on the DNA synthesis of sarcoma 180 cells has been studied by the technique of isotopic liquid scintillation.The results indicated that complexes show ability to inhibit DNA synthesis of the tumor cells.In order to provide a molecular basis for understanding the biological effects,the probe,[trana-en2Os(η2-H2)](CF3SO3)2 (en,ethylenediamine) as a monitor was first used to explore interaction of the complexes with 2'-deoxyguanosine-5'-monophosphate (dGMP). 相似文献

以白杨素为先导化合物, 对其进行磺化, 磺化衍生物与锌络合, 在含水10%的二甲基亚砜(DMSO)溶液中重结晶, 得双核锌配位化合物[Zn(C15H8O7S)(DMSO)]2•H2O. 采用IR, 1H NMR, DSC-TGA, 元素分析和X射线单晶衍射法对标题化合物进行了表征和晶体结构测定. 标题化合物属正交晶系, 空间群Pbcn, Zn(II)的配位数为5, 配位原子均为氧原子, 每个五配位的锌都具有四方锥型的配位构型, 被2个配体5-羟基氧负离子-7-羟基黄酮-6-磺酸根的5-羟基氧负离子桥联, 形成了一个中心Zn2O2的菱形平面. 水溶性白杨素黄酮配体与Zn(II)通过氢键、π-π堆积和配位作用自组装形成了一个三维结构的超分子化合物. 差示扫描量热分析(DSC-TGA)结果表明,标题化合物配体骨架分解温度为518.26 ℃. 同时, 标题化合物固体具有较强的光致发光现象, 在λex=423 nm条件下可发出λem=488 nm的黄色荧光, 并对其发光机制进行了探讨. 相似文献

Ag/MEH-PPV {poly[2-methoxy-5-(2-ethylhexyloxy)-1,4-phenylenevinylene]} composite films were prepared by the pulse current electrodeposition of Ag nanoparticles followed by spin coating of MEH-PPV and their enhanced electrochromic coloration was investigated. A relatively uniform Ag nanoparticle array was obtained by the electrodeposition and distinct plasmon absorption bands of Ag nanoparticles were observed. The absorption maximum of Ag/MEH-PPV was much higher than that of MEH-PPV, indicating that the Ag nanoparticles induced an enhanced absorption. In addition, the electrochromic absorption was 1.6 times higher at 500 nm wavelength, with a clearly different coloration compared to MEH-PPV. 相似文献

The effect of sulfate on Fischer-Tropsch synthesis performance was investigated in a slurry- phase continuously stirred tank reactor(CSTR)over a Fe-Mn catalyst.The physiochemical properties of the catalyst impregnated with different levels of sulfate were characterized by N_2 physisorption,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),H_2(or CO)temperature-programmed reduction(TPR),Mφssbauer spectroscopy,and CO_2 temperature-programmed desorption(TPD).The characterization results indicated that the impregnated sulfate slightly decreased the BET surface area and pore volume of the catalyst, suppressed the catalyst reduction and carburization in CO and syngas,and decreased the catalyst surface basicity.At the same time,the addition of small amounts of sulfate improved the activities of Fischer- Tropseh synthesis(FTS)and water gas shift(WGS),shifted the product to light hydrocarbons(C_1-C_(11)) and suppressed the formation of heavy products(C_(12 )).Addition of SO_4~(2-)to the catalyst improved the FTS activity at a sulfur loading of 0.05-0.80 g per 100 g Fe,and S-05 catalyst gave the highest CO conversion(62.3%),and beyond this sulfur level the activity of the catalyst decreased. 相似文献

The adsorption of CO2 on a raw activated carbon A and three modified activated carbon samples B, C, and D at temperatures ranging from 303 to 333 K and the thermodynamics of adsorption have been investigated using a vacuum adsorption apparatus in order to obtain more information about the effect of CO2 on removal of organic sulfur-containing compounds in industrial gases. The active ingredients impregnated in the carbon samples show significant influence on the adsorption for CO2 and its volumes adsorbed on modified carbon samples B, C, and D are all larger than that on the raw carbon sample A. On the other hand, the physical parameters such as surface area, pore volume, and micropore volume of carbon samples show no influence on the adsorbed amount of CO2. The Dubinin-Radushkevich (D-R) equation was the best model for fitting the adsorption data on carbon samples A and B, while the Preundlich equation was the best fit for the adsorption on carbon samples C and D. The isosteric heats of adsorption on carbon samples A, B, C, and D derived from the adsorption isotherms using the Clapeyron equation decreased slightly increasing surface loading. The heat of adsorption lay between 10.5 and 28.4 kJ/mol, with the carbon sample D having the highest value at all surface coverages that were studied. The observed entropy change associated with the adsorption for the carbon samples A, B, and C (above the surface coverage of 7 ml/g) was lower than the theoretical value for mobile adsorption. However, it was higher than the theoretical value for mobile adsorption but lower than the theoretical value for localized adsorption for carbon sample D. 相似文献

The reactivity of Cu+ with OCS on both singlet and triplet potential energy surfaces (PES) has been investigated at the UB3LYP/6-311+G(d) level. The object of this investigation was the elucidation of the reaction mechanism. The calculated results indicated that both the C–S and C–O bond activations proceed via an insertion–elimination mechanism. Intersystem crossing between the singlet and triplet surfaces may occur along both the C–S and C–O bond activation branches. The ground states of CuS+ and CuO+ were found to be triplets, whereas CuCO+ and CuCS+ have singlet ground states. The C–S bond activation is energetically much more favorable than the C–O bond activation. All theoretical results are in line with early experiments. 相似文献

During the outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic, drawing on Massey's experience, combined with the rapid development of information technology in China, the teaching team of organic chemistry adopted the multi-teaching strategy of "teacher-centered and student-centered", and the teaching mode of "teacher-led and self-taught by students". A general method in considering the core electronic correlation energies has been proposed and introduced into the standard Gaussian-2 (G2)[7] theory by small post-Hartree-Fock calculations. In this paper an additional MP2(FC)/6-31G(d) calculation over the G2 procedures is employed and examined in modification in modification to the flaw of Frozen-Core (FC) approximation of G2 vai eq.:

It has been shown that the over-all average absolute deviation for the 125 reaction energies of the G2 test set (test set 1) is slightly reduced from 5.09 to 5.01 kJ, mol(-1) while for the 55 D0 values, which have been used for the derivation of the A coefficient of the empirical High-Level...更多-Correction (HLC), it is also reduced from 4.99 [for both G2 and G2(COMPLETE)[8]]to 4.77 kJ• mol(-1). 正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为前驱体,在碱性条件下制备含有无定形SiO2颗粒的溶胶,以甲基三乙氧基硅烷(MTES)在酸性条件下获得聚甲基硅氧链,二者混合后应用同步辐射X射线进行混合溶胶的SAXS散射强度测定,计算了溶胶的平均回转半径、平均粒径、两相界面层厚度、散射体体积分数、两相间比表面积等参数,辅以光子相关光谱法(PCS)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)观测溶胶粒度,证实SiO2颗粒被MTES混合物连接成族团.实验发现所测混合溶胶样品均表现出对Porod定理的负偏离,说明溶胶中颗粒与溶剂之间存在很明显的两相间界面层. 相似文献
